WORST SITE EVER.
My order has been stuck on processing for a long time now, Ive emailed them 3 times and they are not replying to any of them. Ive paid $62 and they wont ship anything out to me.
I paid through a debit card so theres not much i can do. I HATE DRESSLINK. I WANT A REFUND.
I have searched many shopping sites before buying a t-shirt, but I found my choice at DressLink.com, It was having perfect quality. I also referred the same to my friends

I ordered a pair of what I thought were gray UGG boots with the bows on the back and it took one month to get my order got it yesterday and I crush the box and they are not real and have a bright silver strip go on around the bottom of him like I am ready for a disco party I will be calling my credit card company

I ordered £1,095 worth of children's clothes and they never delivered it, when i questioned them about it they either IGNORE me or said that they didn't receive the payment but i have a bank statement that says otherwise, so i seriously advise AVOIDING purchasing anything off them!

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 11/05/17 AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TODAY FROM DRESSLINK SAYING THEY ARE WAITING ON PAYMENT. THE PAYMENT HAS ALREADY WENT THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. I ordered many itmes over this site and whether or not something goes well is pretty much a lucky guess.
However, and this is a HUGE problem: There is no way to have a satisfying solution if something goes wrong.
It IS overseas for most people, so sometimes things will simply get lost on the way. On this occasion, you cannot expect any help from their customer service. No matter how many mails you send, you will get the same standard text with some variations that basically states they definitely sent it so as a conclusion it must definitely have arrived. This is not how shipping from the other side of the world usually works, however. They will refuse to refund you anything, or at least compensate for it.
Basically, if this is how they treat loyal customers, I can only see this company as a massive fraud.
You CAN order on this site if you want to risk losing your money and basically hope everything goes well, but you have to make sure that you use PayPal and alert any problems to them within their 40 days time frame, because as soon as your compensation relies on the dresslink customer service, your order and money will remain lost.

I order forn$1,500 for 2weeks now and my orders still on process, sent. Them email after 10days I was told my. Items will. Ship in 10 hours but four days after 10hiur no shipping or tracking number. Trust me: this site is a scam and fraud like SAMMYDRESS.COM TOO.

I ordered a delicate, shimmery and elegant evening gown for my college prom from DressLink, which a friend of mine had recommended. Apart from the fact that it took them a little longer than normal to ship my product, everything, from their communication channel to the product delivery on my doorstep, was stellar. The product was as good as its portrayal on the website and hence, I would recommend everyone to use this website at least once to get an idea of how good these guys are. As the portal's motto goes, to try our utmost to offer best price, I think the deal I got was really fine. The gown I bought was worth its money, in fact, I think, before buying from here I had researched well on the internet for the same piece of gown and to my surprise, DressLink was offering the same gown at a much much dearer rate. From now on, I don't know why I would login anywhere for shopping but on to Dresslink! They sent my stuff, I however don't recommend you to pay for faster shipping because they won't send it out faster. Great customer service, when I asked them something they replied right away.
Why take the risk on a company with so many bad reviews? The only good reviews are off staff who have been paid to do so as i have emailed several employees of dresslink myself! Please do not be fooled!
I made the mistake of ordering £1095. 31 of kids clothes off them, but they never arrived. When i chased them with trading standards they said they could not do anything as they are under Chinese laws!
So all i could do was share my horrible experience.
After posting my previous review about dress link being a fraud and taking money off many innocent people, but not delivering the products!
Then getting their staff to post good reviews to fool people.
They emailed me to say they would refund me if i took the review down, this was 2 months ago and still no refund and now they are ignoring my emails again, like they did the first time.
They will never change so please don't take the risk like i did! This company shouldn't even be allowed to trade with the amount of people they have let down! Please don't be one of them.

I have always gotten my packages, they come usually 25 days after for me and I use the china post service. The quality of the clothing is pretty good my winter jacket that I ordered has held up in the wash machine and dryer and has lasted the winter so far^.^
I have to admit all the bad reviews people are leaving scared me away at first, so I started with something small and now order large amounts. You guys who have lost the packages must be rude to the service or something because i am always polite when something is taking too long and the fix it always within 24h.
Heck, they even gave me a refund for a product I still have because it didn't fit right.
I will always recommend this site to my friends and family ALWAYS because I truly enjoy what they have to offer.
Though I do recommend you wash the clothes right away because of slight smell and residue that makes me itchy (i think it is dust)

Answer: I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.
