I ordered two items from Sammy's dress to try them out. I saw all the negative reviews and got worried but there was an outfit I liked I could not find anywhere else. Received my two items and they were only ok quality. I can sew so I fixed them up quick, wore it and loved it. So, I ordered from them again; this time ordering multiple items. HUGE MISTAKE! If you order any more than 3 items you will only get a few (usually the cheapest items you ordered) They say the other items are out of stock and not refund your money or offer a very small refund. I ordered $75 and they offered a refund of $20; when it should have been closer to $50 for the items I did not receive. The items I DID receive were of such poor quality they are unwearable. I have now spent 2 months trying to get my money back or get the items I ordered. I finally called Paypal to resolve the issue and they are refunding my money. Please look carefully at the reviews here. Many 5 star reviews do not sound like real people who have really used Sammy's Dress. IF you order, please only order 2 items as a time to ensure you get your items. Also, realize that you may have to fix your own garments for them to be usable. Remember, you get what you pay for!

If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

ONLY PAY THIS COMPANY THROUGH PAYPAL! That way when they never deliver, never return e-mails, and don't seem to have a working phone number; you can open a dispute and maybe get your money back. I ordered 6 items (3 coats and 3 hats, all in different sizes). First I got an e-mail saying the order had been sent. When I clicked on the e-mail to track the package the number did not work. Then a week later I get an e-mail from them saying that they could not send 2 coats (but wait... hasn't my package already been shipped?!?!) do I want a refund or a a refund in my "wallet"... essentially credit at the dresslink website. Ok, so I want a refund because I no longer thrust this company at all and then am told it will be partial and take 45 DAYS! I paid through Paypal so I know they can process the refund almost instantly. So here I sit no money refunded, no coats, no hats. Read the reviews here closely and decide for yourself how many 5 star reviews are legit. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews: (

Tip for consumers:
Use Paypal so you can open a dispute and get your money back if all else fails; even if it is after the 45 days. Paypal will automatically close your dispute but it will still keep a record that it was opened against this company.

Love Victoria's Secret. The website has become a much better option for me but I wish they would change 2 things to get a 5 star rating. 1. Shipping costs are a little high, especially when it's usually tiny items that don't weigh much 2. Offer Site - to - Store; many times my store does not have everything VS carries so I have to buy on-line; Why can't i get it shipped to the store for free?

Love the website design, love VS! Also, I have ordered through the website many times and have never had a problem. It is amazing.

Used to LOVE etsy. I had wonderful sellers that truly made hand made items. They were beautiful and amazing. After a brief break ( about 6 months - 1 year) I went back to on line shopping. I am so SAD! Where did all the real artists go? I was looking for a cute Frozen dress for my daughter's birthday, that I just don't have time to make. I have seen a ridiculous amount of sellers claiming hand made items but I know I have seen them on Amazon (for way less) from China sellers. If I wanted that I could pay way less on Amazon. When I looked closer into ETSY's new policies, this is actually ok to do. To the true artist still on ETSY: you do amazing work I hope that the Chinese re-seller trend does not destroy you business. My issue with ETSY is that if you allow re-sellers than you have to monitor it somehow so shoppers can choose to buy from handmade businesses only and you need to monitor business that are claiming handmade when it is obviously not hand made by them!
