I ordered and paid for 3 shirts - ALSO PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING - 3-7 DAYS. It's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. When I wrote a ticket asking what happened they informed me my items were delivered. Well - now - they're still showing sitting in CHINA somewhere. Told them to refund my money and keep the shirts - STILL NOTHING. Also - when you try to track your item - the #'s aren't valid.
I ordered a dress atleast 5 weeks ago and still never received it. I keep putting in " tickets" with the same response that it's on the way!

I wish I would have done more research before ordering from DressLily. I ordered some swimsuits and paid for expedited shipping to receive them before leaving town (3-7 days according to their website). I contacted them when 7 days had passed and the package had not arrived. I was informed that they could not control shipping times and had no explanation for why they offer various shipping time frames. I got back into town, and found that the package still had not been delivered. I contacted the site and was informed that my "package had been destroyed" since I was not home to receive it. I checked the tracking ID and saw that it was actually returned to sender. They are now refusing to give me a refund and I am going through a Paypal dispute to get my money back. Beware of shopping on this website!

I ordered a swim suit and it says it was delivered on saturday june 24 2017. I waited all day that day and nothing was delivered. I tried calling them and they have a bank number thats not associated in any way with them. I tried tracking the order its saying the order number is not found. Im starting to think this site is a scam.

I order 2 shirts back in early May. I purchased each for events that I had in mid June. It is now the 25th of June and I still don't have my order.
It took them less than 25 hours to take my money, but I sent in a request to customer service nearly a week ago with no response and I still don't know where my order is.
Tracking information isn't showing me anything, just that it has "shipped out"

They are in China. Quality of clothing is cheap and terrible, and even though they say you can return within 30 days they have their website set up so it is impossible to do so. I just threw away $50.

Absolutely horrible experience! I bought a bathing suit back in March of 2017 it is almost July of 2017 and I still don't have my bathing suit. I got tracking information that was last updated April 26th. I contacted customer service and their response was to check my address, contact my postal office, check my mailbox, or talk to my family and neighbors. SERIOUSLY!?!?!? Do they really think after 3 months I haven't done any of those thimgs? They also told me that their items can't be tracked online... So why do they offer for you to pay for tracking and why did I receive tracking information until the end of April? I'm incredibly disgusted with this website, I will never order from them again

I have ordered twice and both orders were a complete Disappointment! There was an item that I didn't receive in both orders. The sizes 2-3 sizes too small (example a 2XL fit like a Medium) and the quality was not as described. My last order was supposedly shipped on 5/10/17 & I still don't have it as of today.
I asked for a Refund the 1st time but they didn't do it, just gave me dresslily credit for the item I didn't receive. The other items that were too small I gave away to others because the return process is a pain in the neck. I requested a Refund again this time around as I've waited for 1.5 months and still don't have my item. The tracking # appears to be fake as nothing comes up under it.

This was my first time ordering from dresslily and now I am sincerely apprehensive regarding the validity of this website. So many bad/negative reviews. I ordered a swim dress on June 15,2017. It is now June 23,2017 and the item is still processing. I noticed it took less than 24hrs for them to bill me, but yet the shipping appears to be taking longer than it should. I will no longer have need for the item if not received by June 29,2017. So I will try and start the refund process then.

My wife ordered two dresses one for My Daughters Graduation and one for herself. Back around May 23,2017. They came the following week, but a PS is still too big for my Daughter, The one for my wife correct size Med but just looks wrong doesn't fit right! She ordered the correct size of dresses but both don't fit! We want out money back! Trying to contact customer support to get instruction on how to return is Fruitless! It took a day to keep entering her email account and kept saying invalid Email! How can That be when that's the Email she used when ordering! I altered the email slightly and got in, and they sent a Ticket # but THATS IT! They said wait 24 hrs and they will reply with instructions but never heard from them again! Keep trying to call the Number but always say sorry were off line! Trying to Chat same thing Off Line! Unable to get ANY response at all Still Invalid Email No matter which way it is typed in! Today marks 30 days since ordering... I know they just avoiding ALL contact to make refund! How can a company operate like this and expect to do good business and get repeat customers? I guess to them ONE TIME sale is all they care about! GREEDY company... all sales final NO MATTER WHAT! $50.00 down the drain! How to ever contact them is beyond me! FBN crappy company!

I ordered 4 Tunics and having to return all four. The sizes are way smaller than indicated. Not happy about not being able to get a refund only store credit (wallet). I have read and reread the Terms and Conditions and it does not state that a refund will only be in "store credit".

Hey everyone, so as promised I'm back to report my experience. After reading all of the reviews I. Was. Terrified. But, Dress Lily provided a tracking number on the confirmation email, in which I was able to track my order all the way to my front door. I even received email alerts each time the package arrived at a transfer station. I placed my order on June 21 and 3 out of 4 items were delivered on July 3... just in time for the holiday! I'm happy to report I received my partial order with the items just as described/depicted on the Dress Lily website (correct size & color). I've even received compliments from friends and co-workers. It appears the 4th item was shipped separately and is in route through a different vendor. Mind you, these were all on sale or on clearance, so needless to say I'm very very pleased with my purchase. As always, I will return to let you all know when/if I receive my 4th and last item. Signed... even more optimistic.:-)

I ordered an item 10 days ago. The item hasn't even shipped. I tried to cancel my order, but they say they have shipped it. I contacted Fed Ex, they told me Dresslily has printed a lable, but the item I purchased has not been delivered to Fed Ex to shop. So I guess Dresslily feels that printing a label and keeping the merchandise are the same as shipping? I have to contact my bank to request a refund.

I really LOVE DessLily, so I am very confused to see so many negative reviews about shipping and customer service! If you read about shipping BEFORE you purchased... it plainly states it can take up to 45 days! (I have ordered MANY times and usually have received in as soon as 2wks but before 30days.) I also I checked the size chart before ordering and figured out the correct size to order! I did order a bra that didn't fit and they credited my account AND told me to donate the one I had! I have had problems, Once I did not receive an item by the 45th day and they resent! BUT they always responded to my emails within 2 days and been really nice and polite! I have never had any complaints about their customer service! SO, just know it may take a month to get your items... but it WILL BE WORTH THE WAIT!. They have really nice items and really great prices!
I order a shirt for the 4th July shirt on May 23.2017 it wasn't even ship till 6/08/2017. 18 days REALLY. So if it doesn't come in B4 the 4th it is useless to me till next yrs. NEVER will I buy anything from them cause of the 18 days to even get out of their warehouse. SLOW SLOW SLOW.
