I ordered an item 10 days ago. The item hasn't even shipped. I tried to cancel my order, but they say they have shipped it. I contacted Fed Ex, they told me Dresslily has printed a lable, but the item I purchased has not been delivered to Fed Ex to shop. So I guess Dresslily feels that printing a label and keeping the merchandise are the same as shipping? I have to contact my bank to request a refund.

Please note that all our items have varying processing times that are clearly marked on the product page.
The total time it will take to receive your item is the processing time plus the shipping time.
With our registered and expedited post, we offer our customers a tracking number. You can use this to track the status and whereabouts of your items online.
We have sent you a tracking number to your account. Please login to check your ticket and find the tracking number.
Kindly note that once we ship out the package, the shipper will take a few days to update the status of package online.
