Most of the sizes I purchased were too small, NOT The American women sizes I AM used to. So difficult to find out how to return items, This company is crooked. A sham! Do not buy from them, or say good-bye to your money.
I have been purchasing items off this site for about a year. I received my favorite dress there and was able to utilize their point system, so it was practically free. I would recommend this site to anyone that likes fashionable, and affordable clothing!

Ordered a 20$ dress then read the reviews. Ya I was scared my order would never come, came today. Was thinking by reading the reviews that it would be too small but was pleasantly surprised. It fits perfectly I love it. My only complaint would be that there is no washing instructions. I felt I had to leave my positive review after reading all the negative ones.

I didn't read any reviews before I ordered, then when I went to see the status I realized this was a company in China. Read some reviews and got scared. But today (10 days after I ordered) my 2 shirts where delivered. I was very pleased.

I bought a dress from DressLily, but i ordered size that was too small on me. I'm not one who would want to put up with the hassle of contacting customer service, exchange policy, and returning my purchase. But the dress is so pretty and well made, that I want to have the correct size on me. I decided to contact their customer service, expecting long and extensive process of exchange and return. To my surprise, they answered me very quickly to tell me that they will mail the correct size and I don't have to return the smaller size. I'm beyond pleased with their help and service, and the dress is so beautiful.
I tried three times over the course of two weeks to unsuccessfully order the same garment. The lack of communication and flippant handling of the order in simply cancelling without giving me an opportunity to respond is unacceptable. I have yet to receive notice on my refunds on the first two orders placed. I only received the last one which I did not ask to cancel. When I asked what the status was of that order as it was "processing" I was told it was cancelled again after I had been advised to attempt to reorder it. NEVER AGAIN. I also operate an e-business and have never seen anything so incredibly disorganized and difficult.

I read the reviews and took everything into consideration but I guess reviews don't lie. Their customer service is awful. I ordered 3 dresses. One was on back order which they did not tell me and they gave me a hard time on a refund. When I did get the refund it was not for the full price. Next, I had paid for expedited shipping but it took longer than that to arrive and they said expedited shipping only gets it out of there warehouse faster so skip the expedited shipping - it's not worth it. Then I finally get the 2 other dresses and 1 does not fit. We used their size chart as well as compared the model size. I asked to return the dress and they want pictures to show how the dress does not fit! Pics of my daughter absolutely not! Now they will not do a return and I am stuck with a dress. Do not use them!

I purchased an item that I never received. I waited a while for delivery since item was being shipped from China before I contacted them. When I contacted Dresslily for a refund they said it was over 3 months so they would not give me a refund. Why should I pay for an item that I never received?! Terrible customer service. Terrible. I paid extra for "standard shipping" which states all over their website that that is 6-8 business days. On the afternoon of the 8th business day I emailed them asking for a full refund as I paid for shipping so it would be here in time for my holidays. They told me that standard shipping is 10-25 days and that I should just wait! My boyfriend also ordered off dress lily the day after me, paid standard shipping also and on the afternoon of the 8th day his clothes still haven't even been shipped! We spent over £140 together and they've happily taken our money but not given us our products in the time promised. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Find another company. I've attached screenshots which should show their incompetence.

I've ordered 2 lots of clothing in the past 2 months from this site and both arrive within 2 weeks of ordering. The items were as described. The only feedback I would offer is that the online help staff need upskilling and better customer service. They are very hard to get hold of and when you do reach them, their English is below par and I didn't feel confident that they had done all they could to help me once the contact was over. However they more than made up for it by delivering my items quickly. Had my experience with the staff been better, I would've awarded them 5 stars.
A month after my purchase of more than 200 and receiving nothing, I started asking them when my packages would arrive. They start with a list of excuses in every message letting me run around to the local post office (even though the local post would never deliver Dresslily packages) and letting me call to the courier service (who promised several times to deliver but never show up) and asking for more and more time.
Now, 4 months later, they could only say my order is lost or returned and they will only pay me back less than half of the amount. They try to be nice by promising 200 points for a future purchase. Do they really think I will buy from them again. I LOST MORE THAN 200. Idiots! DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I ordered 2 swimsuits that were shipped out April 14th, and still have not received. Customer Service states that the shipping should take 10-25 business days, it has been more than 25 business days and still have not received my order. Will never use again!

The bathing suits came after about 3 to 4 weeks. They were very reasonable in price. The quality is what is to be expected. They are both cute and just fit. I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal. The suits should last a season or two. One was slightly tighter than the other. They were what I expected based on prior reviews.
