IS DRESS LILY A FRAUD? IM $90 IN TO IT AND TWO WEEKS WITH ONLY E: MAILS SAYING MY ORDER WAS SENT. THE LIVE CHAT SAYS TRY WHEN THEY ARE IN BUSINESS HOURS WHICH SEEM TO BE NEVER.
