Growing up on an island in Alaska in the 1960s, almost everything was ordered through the mail. Believe me, I could share some horror stories. It took me a lot to try that again.
I was scrolling along online one day, and an ad popped up. It showed this gorgeous dress, retro style. It was listed for half the cost from other sites I had looked at. I had to bite! To give a brief idea of what I ended up with; my GORGEOUS halter style, 1950s replica. You have to check sizes carefully. They don't always match up; in fact, they usually don't. Use the sizing guide everytime! Shipping takes a bit, but considering it is free, I can't complain. On my second order; yes I liked the clothes and prices so much I ordered again; there was a slight problem due to them being out of stock on 2 items. I contacted their support page. It takes a few because my email (read "ticket" here), gets read by them, and I get reply the following day. The staff was so helpful. I'm still kinda shaky on a computer, but they "talked" me through it and I was able to get pretty much what I ordered; I just changed the color!
Since I actually spoke of two orders, and I see you want an order ID, I guess I will use the number of the one I interacted with stall.
I ordered something on May 2nd it was shipped out May 3rd here it is June 1st and I have not received it and everytime I contact customer support they say it's on its way

Read the measurements on each item. They vary by length and bust size. Take an actual tape measure and run from your shoulders to the length listed.
Do not be put off by the sizing scales; Asian clothes run much smaller for labels.
They must be listening to their customers because I got my dresses in less than a week, and WITHOUT any surprise extra duty at the door.
All of my dresses fit, look beautiful and I'm very happy. But if you're spending $20 on a dress, don't expect designer, think more Old Navy. Decent dress, not expensive, fits well.
Just be a smart consumer and actually measure. I'm plus-size and all my dresses fit.
I was not happy with the quality of the clothes I ordered but concluded that I got what I paid for.
Dresslily.com responded by giving me a full refund. I can not imagine trying again to order from them but that was very commenable.

Ordered expedited shipping and instead of coming in 3-7 days I was informed it would be 7-10 days. It was 10. They would not refund the shipping charge. The dress was cheaply made and did not fit well. They would not allow me to return it and gave me a partial refund of $8 from the total I had spent. NEVER AGAIN! Horrible business.

I ordered my item at the end of April. It has been over 25 business days, which is the maximum amount of time specified on the shipment email, And I still have not received my order. I contacted the company x2, and I was told to wait a full 2 months for the order. They will not reimburse me. If the website specifies the 2 month shipment period when ordering a product, then there would not be an issue. I will NOT order from this company again.

I ordered shower curtains to use as backdrops for a princess photo shoot. Ordered them almost three weeks ago. They sent me a tracking number with in the first week. Dress Lily say that their customer services are available 24/7 but this is a lie. There is never anyone available via your website - regardless of what time of day or what day of the week. Some clothing fits OK - some is made so badly with the stitching and shaping in all the wrong places. Over all, the products are very cheap and thin and look quite different from the pictures on the website. I ordered 4 items. 1 is what I wanted. 1 the fabric is really thin and see through. 1 is poorly made with bad cut and stitching and 1 is badly sized. I wont shop from Dress Lily again or recommend it. It looks like you are getting a really good deal. You are actually flipping a coin that's worth maybe £50 and you have 1/4 chances of getting what you want and 3/4 chances of getting ripped off.

Ordered a dress f$37.11 sems like a great price, measured and ordered the appropriate size acoording to website. Paid extra for quick shipping, it came very quickly, but I had to pay an extra $26 for duties when it arrived! Dress is skin tight, material is very cheap, loose threads and seams coming undone. Paid over $80 Canadian for a dress that can not wear unless taken to a seamstress to fix it! I just want to return it- will not shop from here again!
