Buyers beware This is a terrible site! The sizes are very screwed up even with US conversion of the items, the fabrics are cheap, you can never get a hold of customer service and the responses always 24 hours or more to any question. Returning things is a nightmare! Finally I did put a dispute in with PayPal to get the instructions on returns and then it sounds like where you send it in California, that distributor takes no complaints and it sounds like my items may never be returned which means I won't even have the cheap items but I will not get a refund! This is the most horrible online site that I have ever experienced and I guess it's a live and learn situation and an expensive lesson! This place is awful and the quality of the clothing is awful so don't waste your hard earned money. I wish I would've read the Better Business Bureau reviews before I ordered from them because the better business bureau reviews are highly negative. They did finally come up with an attempted solution of giving me a $20 credit on my account for my next order and there will be no next order EVER! Hate this online company and I give them "F" in quality and customer service.

I ordered a dress that I haven't received. I contacted DressLily through email and they suggested that I should try to find where my order is. That was impossible as the tracking number did not work.

I have not received quite a lot of items from my orders. When I try to contact dresslily it is impossible the way the contact site is set up. Eg they say enter a code and their is no code there. Don't even think about returning an item if you don't like it, it doesn't fit or it is not what you expected. In my opinion, returns are a nightmare and customer service is terrible.

I ordered a bathing suit for my daughter on April 18 and i got an email that it shipped out the next day. According to tracking it got to US customs on April 30. I still have not received my order. I contacted my post office and they dont have it so I contacted support through the company website. They told me to contact the post office and to wait under JUNE 19TH for my package which is past the 25 days that i was originally told. This company isn't customer focused like they claim. I am far from happy. All I want is a refund on my order. I spend thousands online and this is one company I will not order from again.

Like alot of people i had only got part of my order. But they refunded my money on the part i did not recive. So they did what they said they were going to do.
I only received half my order. Support told me to wait for 2 weeks after my item was suppose to have arrived and also to contact my post office. I was not happy with this response. After leaving a review support contacted me and issued a refund. Thank you for the refund.
My items where shipped on April 8th. They were suppose to take 10-25 days. I received one item but not the second item. I contacted their support. They told me to contact my local post office. They then told me I needed to wait till June 8th... Seriously why do you put it is suppose to take 10 to 25 days if that is not a correct time line. If you do not know how long it is going to take you should clearly state that on the shipping timeline rather than 10 to 25 days. You should do the work of tracking the item down rather than expect the customer to do it. This will be my last order.
Great culture, supportive environment. When projects get hard everyone is helpful and kind. There is a lot of trust in the team and there is nobody I don't like. There is a great social culture too if you want it, with people regularly going to the pub after work or meeting up for stuff on the weekend. Great office location, flexible working hours. My advice to EVERYONE: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DRESSLILY. I ordered two dresses, first off when you receive the product, they are not shipped from the company with a return label in the package, in case the item you bought does not fit. They offer no phone number in customer service. The only address on the package you get is some foreign address. I sent my package back over 3 weeks ago, i just wanted to exchange for a different size, and have not heard a word. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I will never order again I ordered over 3 items paid for expedited shipping and still haven't received my items I advise everyone to never ever order from them again I ordered in April its May and I'm still waiting one of my items were unable to be shipped because apparently it's on back order

I used to order a lot from this website, the products are worth the wait and the price is low. However, last time I encountered the dark site of it. They shipped me a package and due an error on the side of the delivery company, they forgot to put the package on my claim voucher, so it got sent back to dresslily warehouse. After 2 months of non-arrival, I contacted support with my question where the package is and they just told me it has been delivered, it is out of our hands, read our Q&A, nothing we can do for you. After contacting the delivery company, they told me they had returned my package, I sent in a ticket again, asking to resend my package, cause it had been legally returned and they were obliged to hand me over the goods upon which they told me they would start an investigation. Finally they contacted me and told me they didn't have the goods anymore and offered me a 60% refund, best they could do. I got angry, told them it wasn't legal, upon a return of goods they HAVE to offer a full refund. Finally they 'made an exception' for me and offered me a near full refund (they used some excuse about dollar-euro exchange rates) of the products I did receive. The entire process took over a week and lots of calling. After this, I will never place an order again, since they will obviously try anything to not be responsible if something ever would go wrong. Better go to Aliexpress, they take responsibility.

Dresses are looking great in pictures but when they deliver it to you its totally different products. The quality of the fabrics are very cheap and the sizes are inconsistent. I ordered XS and its even bigger than the XXL that I ordered. One of my order just arrived today after few months and guess what. It's not even close to the picture. Normally a 2x would be way too big but I read that their clothes run small. They're not kidding! 5 shirts and I won't wear any of them. They're pretty but... as others have stated I waited forever to get the order only to find that they're too small! Ordered 4/8... received 3 of the 5 after a month (I too paid for expedited shipping) and finally the other 2 shirts arrived today 5/19. I wish I could send back or exchange but I have a feeling that'd be a waste of energy.
