I ordered a swimsuit in size 6xl after reading the model stats including what size she was wearing if I bought a swimsuit at the store it would be a 3XL the swimsuit I got was at the biggest a 1xl. I will be leaving this review wherever I can as I am extremely disappointed and found no way to do a return unless what you had sent me was a different size than what I ordered.
I recently purchased two swim suits, I contacted dresslily customer services two weeks after my transaction because my order was still "processing" and not shipped. They told me one item was on back order and should be shipped within 5-10 days. After another week went by and my order still stated "processing", I contacted them again... this time they told me my swim suit had been "discontinued". This swimsuit still shows it is available online! This company scams you, they are dishonest and unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone orders from this site. It has been nearly one month and the one swim suit that was not "discontinued" shows it is still "processing" and has not shipped. Horrible company!

Whenever I have bought anything from them, I have been surprised at the quality of the items for their super low prices. I am aware of the shipping times, and know it will be a longer time before I get their items, but if you are aware of that, you should have no problems. The one time I had to cancel an order due to the shipping time (it was an order placed for a Christmas present and I didn't place it soon enough to receive it in time), the staff was friendly, fast, and very quickly refunded my order. I really enjoy this store overall! Fun, cute items too!
WORST SITE EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. I NEVER received my item and when I tried contacting them via their "customer service" email address I discovered that it's invalid. Next I tried contacting them on their chat and literally every time they were "offline" so I couldn't reach them there either.
Finally, I was able to catch them online and sent a message explaining that it had been months and my item was never delivered, and all I got was an automated message that didn't help at all.
So clearly they either don't have real people to deal with customers or they're incredibly lazy and disorganized. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I reported them to Better Business Bureau and all of you who have had bad experiences should too!

So, I pretty much love this site. They have everything from men's clothes to shoes to jewelry to shower curtains and so much in between. Admittedly, their shipping takes a while, but it's so worth it. Most of their clothing has a size chart so you know exactly what size to order so it fits right. I'm a picky shopper but I've managed to expand my wardrobe thanks to DressLily's expansive selections. Totally worth checking out because chances are, you'll find something you'll love.
I guess if you want to shop at dress lily, i should be ok. They refunded my money and everything is ok now. I must have been kind of angry and jumped the gun.

I sent dress lily an email regarding my package that had the wrong address. The post office said they returned the item. I understand that the item was not yet received by dress lily yet, but they automatically told without any research that since it was my error that I would not me compensated for it. What type of customer service is that? Even if you do have the correct address on your ship to address, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And then you only can contact through email they have no telephone contact.

Purchased 2 items by accident. I didn't know they were in my cart. I went to cancel order and no one ever responded. Cheaters. Thieves. Don't use this horrible excuse for a company.
I was looking for a prom dress when this site popped up. At first I thought that the dresses were just cheap and bad quality, because who sells dresses for that cheap, right? The deals are too good to be true. I ordered a dress anyways, wanting to check it out, and was immensely surprised at the great quality!
Overall, there's a great selection of dresses, from vintage (my favorite) to formal, at really awesome prices.
If you need the item in a certain time frame I would order months in advance. This is the second time I have ordered from them for it to be 6 weeks later and still nothing. I have a baby shower this weekend and no dress.

Careful with sizes. They are based typical oriental frames, not western. A 3x mens wouldn't fit a skinny 12 year old. Were trying to wiggle out of a return / refund until I got PayPal involved, then got a full refund.

DO not order from this place. I ordered 4 things... I was going on vk and ordered 3 weeks prior to trip. I than live messaged and they said 3 items were on back order, so i said well ship the one thats in stock and refund me for the rest.
Needless to say this was a month ago... No refund and no items! Pisses me off not only can they not tell you items are back ordered but i have to live chat to aak where my money or items are?

In your last reply... you said to check my account for your message. There was no new message! You don't want me to reply here because your other potential customers might read my issues with dresslily. Reading other people's reviews only validates my complaint.
I ordered for 4 shower curtains, I even paid expedited delivery. I understand I will have to pay local custom as required. NOt only it was not expedited, they split the delivery into 2 which resulted to me paying DHL twice. I only ordered once but will need to pay 2 separate deliveries! The first was $22.00 then DHL wanted me to pay additional $17 for the missed item. That's a total of $39 for shipping alone. I don't think it will cost me that much if they had shipped it all together. Imagine if they split my order into 4?! 1 WEBSITE 2 DIFFERENT WAREHOUSES?!
I ordered 3 items in early March. Two arrived right away, but the swimsuit Tankini I was told was on back order. I have contacted Dress Lilly 3 times through their infamous ticket system to keep being put off. They have told me that it shipped on March 14,2017... it is now May 14. Now they tell me to go to the Post Office. I just want a refund ASAP! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Hope I get my refund and don't want another excuse. $17.76

Great customer service! I ordered a swim suit back in January. I sent them an email at the beginning of April because I still had not received my order. They shipped out a new swim suit without question. Upon arrival, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size and that the swim suit was way to small. I sent them another email requesting an exchange. They emailed me back saying that there was no need to exchange it, that they would ship out a new swim free of charge, and for me to give the other swim suit to someone that needed it. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Thank you so much!
I Ordered 5 items 3-15-17. I received 3 of my 5 items several weeks after ordering. I contacted them via live chat as their phone number didn't work. They assured me it was still in transit and they verified they were able to track the 2 items. I received one a week later but have still not received the 5th item as of 5-11-17. This is the most frustrating site I have ever used. I would like a full refund for my entire order for the hassle. One item I received was too big, two were too small and the other one I can deal with. They were all the same size. Never make the mistake of ordering from this company. Live chat never worked after my first contact.

Placed an order for 5 Hawaiian shirts on expedited delivery a couple of weeks ago. One of them as a birthday present for my brother.
A parcel arrived today. 2 shirts.
The sizing is awful, I ordered 3xl based on the profile of the shirt shown the website and their sizing charts. In NA the 3xl that I received would be considered a medium, not even close to fitting this guy (xl).
If this is the kind if quality I am to expect from China I'll pass.
