This website is a complete joke and has to be a scam. I ordered my items in the beginning of April, I understood it was going to take a lengthy time 10-25 days to receive the order but as of today May 10th nothing has been received. I am so disappointed because I was really looking forward to my items. I noticed after I ordered the merchandise the company does not even have a contact number... I'm assuming I know the reason for that (to take your money). I did receive a tracking number and postal tracking stop showing any movement since April 12th, it is now May 10th. There's no way to contact this company, I tried email and live chat, none of the options worked. Will never shop with this company again and will notify all my friends!
I didn't receive the order my order no- LL**************, its been 8 months back till now i did not get it so i kindly suggest customers not to order and waste our valuable money...

I have contacted my post office and was told my package still shows in a processing center in LA. Customer service is awful, I have asked for a refund and I receive the same generic message. I recently wrote a review about my order which i received half and loved it. Ordered 3 shirts in size XXL (I normally wear L-XL, I'm 6'2" 200 lbs). The items that arrived are sized for a small Asian girl. No joke. Shirt bottom comes up above my belly button on one of them. Complete waste of time and money.

I've only ordered one dress from dresslily, but I did receive it, it did look exactly like the photo and the material was a lot higher quality than I actually expected for an $11 dress. I read the bad reviews about dresslily before ordering, but since there were some good reviews, I figured I'd take my chances for such a cheap dress and I'm happy I did. I am scared of ordering again, just based on how many bad reviews they have. But based on the one time I used that website, I had a really good experience.
My mother in law bought 3 dresses for me here and one of them is good. The others are ok but i wont wear them because they are NOT EVEN quality. At one point on the breast/ chest line it looks like they CUT IT WRONG AND IMPROVISED by sewing a triangle of material there... Ummm? And the buttons are sewed just as tacky as it seems, OVER the triangle mess up AND it doesnt end there! Oh no... then they switch sides after the waistline and continue sewing buttons down the OTHER side of the seam? Thats just one dress! The 2nd "dress" in question had uneven breasts? Seriously, you get what you pay for here. At least they came in the right colors lol. I couldnt tell my mother in law they sucked so there they in my closet never worn.

I ordered a cute bathmat on March 25,2017 and was told it would be 15-30 days to get here. After 30 days, I contacted them. First, I was ignored, so I had to contact them again days later. The next time, they sent me a message saying that it takes a long time to ship, check my post office, etc. and to contact them AGAIN by May 6,2017 if it still was not here -- as if that should be my job. So, on May 6th, I contacted them about it, and they told me that the package was not found, there are none left to ship me (which is not true seeing that I have the option to buy the same one on their website). I demanded a full refund and plan to never shop here again. Such a frustrating waste of time!

The bride was very clear, i am wearing NAVY. Not royal blue. I was sent a size 2 ROYAL BLUE dress. You know, NAVY is the blue that you look at and say, "is that black? No, it's blue". That's navy. They were completely unwilling to work with me toward a solution other than 10% discount on their stuff... seriously? Anyone want a size 2 royal blue dress?

This company is horrible, i order this dress and i never got it because this dam company put the wrong zip code on the package so the mailman sent it back to them, i thought it was my mistake so i looked at my account and my information is all correct, the company emailed me saying because its my fault there should be no compensation in my case, i did send them proof that its not my fault that i do go the right info for the shipping address but they do not wanna help me, i needed this dress no later then may 24th for a graduation and they wont even send me other dress asap and because of there screw up i get no refund and no dress for the graduation, i will never be ordering from this company again

I ordered two orders from Dress Lilly within one day. There is no indication as to where my things are in the mail and only a small portion of my order has been shipped. I go on a cruise in 19 days and based on these reviews I may not receive my items in time or they may not fit. I have called and no one has answered the phone. I guess If these reviews are any indication I am going to have to fight to get my money back. I should have checked it out.
