I ordered March 23,2017 and today is May 2nd they sat the deadline for May 25th. SMH. I am a first time buyer from this company and I am very disappointed. Tried live chat, email, a phone number I found on line and some crap called pissed consumer. What I found strange was the number I called was not in my recent call list as if I never made the call. When I look though my order it say delivered and has a box for you to check that say it was delivered. Why do companies try to take people hard earned money. I have copied all of my emails and will be taking action against this company. They also have the audacity to still send me emails as if I will buy something else.

This is the worst company I only got half my order and then they give me some BS about shipping. Then they have the nerve to offer me 10% off - ha you think im ever shopping with you again. FORGET IT!

Bad business
May 5, 2017

I ordered a shower curtain for Christmas. It never came, so I contacted dress lily. They never responded until my third attempt! They told me it was to long of a time period to receive a refund. This company is bad new.

Ordered 4 shirts and 2 pairs of shorts... got everything i ordered but the 4 shirts i ordered all are about a size medium... I ordered 2XL in case of shrinkage but theres not a chance in hell they are 2XL... another rip off place!

Ordered two mermaid blankets 5 months ago, I finally got one of them and am still waiting on the other. Every time I contact them I get excuses about their shipping times and the last time I spoke with them (which is live chat) they told me I had to deal with the post office directly! I'm SO Furiuos! As much as I needed the item for a gift (months ago)- I just want my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered several shower curtains to use as backdrops, without any problems except that it took a long time to get to me, approximately 3 weeks. When I went to order
2 more of the shower curtains, I paid for them in full, but only 1 of them got sent to me. When I sent a ticket in to ask why I'd not received the other item, they kept posting the link that said items were delivered. I sent a copy of the shipping list, showing only 1 item was enclosed in shipment. I just want the other item that I've paid for.

Never again!

I ordered a dress on 2/18/17 and did not receive it until 4/27/17. When it finally arrived, the dress was poorly made and a big disappointment. I have a cloth, bargain shower curtain that is made with better material. I donated the dress to a charity store. Never again!

I have ordered from dresslily.com 4 times, and I have received all my orders, none were lost in the mail, none were damaged during shipping. Shipping on 3 of my orders took about 2 months to receive, 1 order was given free expedited shipping which I received in about 2 weeks. If you can plan ahead to order the items you need in advance this is a great site to use, and very affordable! I have gotten many compliments on the items I have purchased from this site and also have yet to meet anyone on the street wearing the same outfit as me.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter and myself in Feb 2017, We received hers but have not received mine and it is almost MAY! I have tried many times to contact them. I got 1 reply but it was not to reviling. All subsequent attempts have been mailfailuredeamons telling me my email was invalid, has anyone else had this problem? And what I read here from some of the Customer Service replies that they have 24/7 support, haha.

Fake Tracking numbers

I ordered some things for my girlfriends birthday. Everything seemed good till I checked tracking number. Number they give was no good. I emailed due to no actual phone number to talk to a real person. After getting the same fake number several times I was given a new tracking number and sure enuff it doesn't work either.

I ordered 3 dresses from Dresslily after my sister promptly got hers but it was still a chance i took despite the numerous bad reviews. To my surprised, they shipped out quickly. I ordered on 21 Apr 2017 and received my package on 27 Apr 2017. And i used the free flat rate shipping. It was quite a pleasant surprised as i was prepared to wait a long time based on all the reviews.
One of the dresses were no longer available but they sent me a message with 2 options, i could replace it with another dress of the same value or refund it back to my wallet to use on my next purchase. Overall i'm very pleased. As for the dresses i received, they fit very well and looked great.
Some tips...do not rely on their US/UK/EU sizes stated...it doesn't translate. Instead use their measurements in cm or inches. measure yourself and then compare it against their measurements. I managed to order the right sizes from doing this. So yes, despite being a S/M or UK 8/10...i had to order either L or XL depending on the measurement for individual dresses.
Another tip is to pick items with the tag on it that says "Priority Dispatch". i think it is more likely that you will not face issues with these items.

I ordered a shower curtain that has been in transit for a month now. Of course I contacted the company, which is in reality Kathy Lee Gifford's sweatshop on the island of no returns and got received an email stating, " it's been shipped and we have no control over the mail service but keep those binoculars handy so you'll be ready if and when it comes" signed sweatshop joe. A month and a half later and no order in sight and sweatshop joe has been replaced by thin air. I will never buy from this outfit again.

I read all the reviews-after I placed order-This is a wonderful company-I had amazing success with the sizes! I am a 2x in the United States-so using there chart I ordered a 4x! People need to understand that when your ordering from a site Read the entire thing! I ordered in March and received today! Quality of the clothing was Amazing-Size was perfect! Their Merchandise in Amazing! Definitely will be ordering again! I myself am one very happy customer! They definitely get a High rating from me! Thank you DressLily! Very happy in New York!
