I ordered four items from Dress Lily on Sunday 9 August 2015 and received promptly on Thursday 13 August at 9.00 a.m.
The clothes are very trendy and fit like a glove as if they had been made especially for me.
My only criticism would be is that the material could be better and I would be willing to pay more. The prices with free delivery are amazing.

Order a top for my wife 12/23/2014. Was sent confirmation delivery but address was wrong (first digit off by one)emailed them a correction they said the item had shipped. They took my credit card which requires a correct matching address for approval so how did they get it wrong? They didn't, it's a scam. I am contacting th U.S. Sept of commerce and since they use USA this is federal case of mail fraud so I will contact USA postal inspector to look into it. In addition I am putting this review everywhere I can. I buy lots of stuff from China through Amazon and usually get it in 2 to 3 weeks. 50 days is ridiculous.
Ordered pants over two months ago and nothing. I had an email from DressLily which all of sudden disappeared from my mailbox, which means they are using self-expiring emails. This business is not ethical and I suspect that this might be a front for something else. DO NOT purchase from this business. If you do, use PayPal to protect against identity theft or watch your credit history very closely.

Read the measurements on each item. They vary by length and bust size. Take an actual tape measure and run from your shoulders to the length listed.
Do not be put off by the sizing scales; Asian clothes run much smaller for labels.
They must be listening to their customers because I got my dresses in less than a week, and WITHOUT any surprise extra duty at the door.
All of my dresses fit, look beautiful and I'm very happy. But if you're spending $20 on a dress, don't expect designer, think more Old Navy. Decent dress, not expensive, fits well.
Just be a smart consumer and actually measure. I'm plus-size and all my dresses fit.
Everything I've gotten from Dresslily has been well-priced and beautiful. My only complaint would be that in order to get a refund if your package gets lost in the mail (speaking from experience here), you must have paid an extra fee for "insurance." Otherwise, I love what I've gotten and recommend the website to anyone who needs nice clothes on a budget.
I ordered two ladies dress hats. The were folded and crammed into plastic bags for shipment. The brims are out of shape as a result of poor packaging. I would have thought they would have been in cartons with packing material to protect them for being crushed. Will never order from DressLily again.

I placed my order on September 25 and received on October 26. They online chat never on. It's very difficult to submit the request or ask question. I ordered a top but the end of the left sleeve was torn. So, I submitted the request about a defective item two days ago. As of today, I still have not received any replies.
Please DO NOT waste your money, your time and energy on this website it doesn't matter how cheap the stuffs are. Or, you will be sorry! Oh well... what do you expect, they are Chinese company!

I have had nothing but problems with this company! Ive been trying to contact them for over a month to return a coat that is child's size rather than the woman's large I ordered. I had the same trouble with a shirt I bought from there, but fortunately my 10 yr old likes it. It fits her perfectly! Their customer service site says it will address the issue within 24 hours, which hasn't even come close to happening! I would strongly recommend that you save your money and run away from this company as fast as you can!

I order 4 dresses from this website. Two of them are fine. One more is defective and the other one would fit a 12 years old girl. I've tried to communicate with their "Help Center" with no success. The "Live Chat" never works, and they don't have a number where you can call. I asked for a refund for the defective dress and an exchange for the one that's small... they never answered. The honest way to shut this business down is to file a complaint in the Internet Crime Complain Center at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (US residents). I'd like to know, where are the Chinese authorities? Why do they allow this business to operate and defraud people from all over the world? Don't they see how bad this is for their reputation?
Dresslily.com has the cutest styles of clothing that you can't find anywhere else. I tell all of my friends and family to order from the site because they have unique items, fast shipping and excellent customer service!
I ordered weeks ago. They took my money but I have heard NOTHING and my order status says it is still being processed. Takes weeks to pack a few shirts?!?! So disappointed. Will be letting others know through all review sites possible. Wish I read company reviews prior to purchase. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Don't know how they stay in business.

Ordered a jacket and the sizes are not the same posted, I reviewed the measurements carefully, they are not correct. Plus it's a different color. I have emailed through the site several times with no reply at all. Trying to dispute through Paypal now. Stay far away from this business.
Of course, my review of the item didn't show up either. Not only are they a fraud, they bury negative reviews on their page to scam other buyers.
I disputed my purchase via Paypal and will be getting a partial refund. It's better than nothing for the crap I received.
I would love to know why my review of the product doesn't appear though. No way to let other potential buyers aware of the wrong color and sizes.

Same situation as many - I ordered blankets right after Thanksgiving. They "processed" my order & took my money. As of today (12/23/16) - still no word on when or if they will ship my order. I've contacted them 3 times and have been told to "wait patiently". That's insulting! Waiting isn't the problem - if you take my money, then you at least owe me some information on expected date of shipment. Nothing. My granddaughters will be disappointed on Christmas day. I finally contacted my bank to get help in retrieving my money back. I don't care about the products any more.

SCAM COMPANY!
Promised to refund my postage but kept my money instead. The clothes are cheaply made in China. Horrible products sold from the website deceiving customers by showing beautiful images.
Items are not as described, arrived ripped and looked used.
They've blocked me from live chat because I've asked for my refund after returning the tissue like material clothing to their warehouse in Spain.
The website has a satisfactory button which doesn't work or bring up anything. I wonder why the satisfactory button doesn't work!
I still want my postage refund as promised.

This was my first time ordering from the company and was very happy.The quality of the clothing I received was great and I have had numerous compliments.
A few things to keep in mind:
Pay close attention to sizing when you are making a selection, as each top is different on size conversions. My suggestion would be to be sure and look carefully at the size chart and perhaps even go one size larger.
Quality is good, but handle garment with care. My blouses were rayon and very delicate. Hand wash and iron on a very low setting if you need to get the wrinkles out.
Customer service is good and very efficient through email communication.
Great selection and I have ordered more items. Love all the styles!
Placed an order 39 days ago. Got a confirmation that it shipped 2 days later. You had to pay extra to get "tracking" on your package. My BAD! It has now been 35 days and still NO ORDER and no idea where it is at! I understand it's coming from china, but really? I've ordered other things from dealers in China and normally had the items in 2-3 weeks.
I submitted an inquiry ticket today and will hold out my final judgment until I hear back. Definitely don't suggest ordering from these guys.

I wanted this dress since I randomly saw it in a Facebook post almost a year ago, I was so excited once I finally found it on dress lily and purchased immediately. Almost 2 months later I finally received the dress! As most of you can imagine, I was extremely excited to see the tiny package... Wait that is rather small. Oh man they probably sent the wrong size. I open it up and it indeed is crumbled into the smallest possible envelope, at this point I'm thinking oh it might fit. Then my face saddens and I say, well my step sister will enjoy it I guess. But wait. It's completely see through. I can't give this to a 12 year old. Lesson learned, cheap quality, extremely long delays, with exchange rate came out to $20 for a $12 advertised dress and it doesn't fit. Sizes are not true. It's now hanging in my closet and I'm disappointed..

I wish I could rate them a negative star. Save your money. Everything comes from overseas and the workmanship is PURE GARBAGE. Why didn't I see these reviews first? I ordered 2 coats and some boots. I use the term "coat" lightly. They are seriously small and look nothing like the pictures. Just cheap fabric, cheap buttons, irregular seams and fit. The buttonholes weren't even cut open on my last "coat". I have pics to prove. What a RIP OFF.

I placed an order in December, 2015. My items were shipped out on January 1,2016. Today is February 27,2016 and I still have not received my items. My initial inquiry a few weeks ago told me that it could take up to 45 days. I have waited long enough. It's really too bad that the company has such poor customer service. 1 shirt ordered over two months ago still has not arrived. According to the website orders take 7-15 days after shipment so it has passed the latest shipment date by almost a month now. Tracking number didn't work and customer service was of no help (that's if you are willing to wait the extended time for a real person to answer the phone of chat online with you).
