Their products look great online, but are CHEAP JUNK when you finally get them! Their 100% satisfaction, free returns is a LAUGH because they do NOT offer free returns. I ordered some nice looking sandals from an online ad. When I did finally get them, OMGoodness were they awful. They didn't fit, strap didn't hold my heel on the sandal and a piece had already broken off and was rattling around in the wrapping. Cheap plastic stuff, with poor stitching. My request for return shipping information only got a response that their warehouse was in Hong Kong and I had to pay return shipping. I contacted PayPal, but they got same response and were unable to help me. I'm not kidding…. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF!

I wanted to return 3 items I purchased from Dresshead. Their return policy says "US customers can arrange a pickup by UPS at the specified address. I repeatedly asked Dresshead to send me the specified US address where I could return these items. They refused to send the UPS address. In several emails, I was told to return items to HongKong, but was NEVER given a return address. Also Dresshead wanted to give me an $8 refund when I was due a $15 refund. I refererred the situation to Paypal (that's how I paid for order)and opened a dispute case. Waiting to hear from Paypal

Quality of my dresses was absolutely TERRIBLE. I know how to alter clothes, but why should I have to?

Cheap doll clothes quality. Picture doesnt match product received. Ordered tye dyed got water paint brush like design. Irregular/defective like items. Tag for brand and size removed. Product take to long to receive. Claims they are US based but warehouse in Hong Kong returning items cost more than items itself even when you've paid for the shipping to you anyway. Ladies, Please dont waste your time especially if you need something for a special occasion!

I ordered two pairs of short shorts which looked nothing like the picture customer service was very rude argued with me about the product being what it was shown to be which clearly was not true

I was looking for maxi dresses for summer online and found Dresshead. I was shocked to see reasonable prices and great looking merchandise. Although my order got lost, they re-issued my dresses and I got them fairly quick. Great quality, great customer service experience.

If you like costume material for clothing have at it! I made a order of over 20 items and only 3 were wearable and to top it off one item was backwards they clearly don't care what they are sending out to people and they are based in Hong Kong so you basically can't return anything and they don't care! Just horrible quality! Never again!

Had 3 separate orders total price. $234. Recipeived a four items. The items were cheap like Halloween costumes. Not pictured as shipped. They offered me 15% back cuz of warehouse and shipping fees. Never received the rest of my order. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND THEY CLAIM THEY NEVER RECIEVED MY PRODUCT RETURNS. PUT IN A COMPLAINT WITH BBB.

Dresshead says 1-3 days to ship orders, my order still isn't shipped after 2 weeks! I have no tracking # and I've tried numerous times to email & that is "under maintenance "! Won't answer phone calls, can't send email & no tracking number! Other than that Life is Great! Beating covid! I do need my money back very badly, broke! I don't just send that much money for nothing! Don't even know if I like the stuff or if it looks like picture! I need a refund! Very untrustworthy Co. Thank you! Tran#**************(pay pal)

Sent 3 dresses when i pad for 4. Dresses are 2 sizes too small. 2x is like a large. Would send other dress they said unless i cancel paypal case. NOT GOING TO CLOSE

The dress I received is nothing like the one ordered. The material is super thin (my summer cotton slips are thicker) and it is not well made. I am trying to return it. The site says Free Returns. Unlimited but the email I received in response to my request to return says I will need to pay for the return to Hong Kong.
I ordered two dresses, one was out of stock and I received a note I would be credited but nothing has hit the account yet. I wish I had paid more attention to the other reviews and not ordered. I feel I have just lost the $ I sent for these dresses.

I ordered 2 tops and what I got did not resemble the pics on the website... the material was different and the measurements were way off. I contacted them to return the tops and was told - despite their policy of free return shipping - that I would have to eat the cost of shipping their substandard product back to Hong Kong. They would not budge an inch on this, even when I filed a claim with PayPal and then my credit card company to whom I provided pics of proof - product, screenshots of website, etc. I then filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission. I see they've taken down their claim of free returns but no doubt are still sending product that does not comport with what they advertise. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS.
