I ordered two dresses from this site! When they arrived, I was VERY disspointed. The dresses were very heavy and bulky and were extremely undesirable. No way could I wear either of them. Tried to return them and they refused to give me a return address. I told them I would send the dresses back to the address on the package that I recieved the dresses in. They said that if I sen the dresses to that address they would be detroyed and they would never recieve them. I will NEVER order from them again! Wish I knew of a site where i could report them! I ordered 2 ceiling light fixtures at about $115 each. On top of the purchase price, I paid about $40 for express delivery, and insurance on the order. The site clearly states 3-5 business days for delivery. After I waited for over a week, I looked on the FAQs to see 8-10 business days. After I waited past that, I contacted them, and they replied to wait patiently. I ordered these Oct 20 and they arrived Nov 28, which is 27 business days. One of the fixtures arrived broken. They agreed to replace the broken fixture, but they didn't have it in stock. I told them I could wait 45 days, but apparently that was not an option. Because I needed a pair of matching fixtures, I couldn't just order a different one from the catalog. I gave them 5 choices of fixtures that didn't show out of stock on the website but they wrote back that they were out of stock. It's now December 19 and we're still dancing this dance. I just want my money back. They not only refuse to refund my "express" delivery charge, saying I needed to allow time for processing and packaging, they also insist that I have to ship the light fixtures back to China at my own expense in order to get my money back (less shipping and insurance). So much for their insurance. I've gone back to my credit card company to ask for a refund. This was a miserable experience.

I had ordered a wedding dress from here. Not too high of hopes, but couldn't resist the price. When it came it resembled the picture only slightly, being a very cheap rendition of the professional photo. It was too big all around which is alterable. However, the bust size was absolutely ginormous. Surprising, since they asked for such precise measurements. Due to the size issue (the craptasticness of the dress aside), I thought to ask for a refund. I did have a case and didn't think it would hurt. Was ensued was ridiculous and insulting. There were about 16 emails back and forth, each one leaving me more bewildered and mad. My suspicion is that they have pre-written emails randomly sent out. One was not even about my dress. Two (the 3rd and last) were copy pastes - the exact same email. None answered any of my questions and all were vary vague.
The fact is, they try and rip off old designer dresses. The quality is horrible. It's a scam. No customer service. Atrocious. Waste of time, money, energy, etc.
Run away.

I ordered a few things at once from this website. I ordered a Mother-of-the-Bride dress for my mother, white satin bridal shoes, a petticoat to go under my wedding dress, and a jewelry set for my sister for the wedding. I was SOOOO satisfied when my order arrived. I took my mother's measurements and sent them in as Custom Measurements, WELL Worth the extra $20! This dress fit her like a glove. It was perfect! I also ordered 1 yard of extra fabric so that I could make her a matching hair piece and the fabric was also perfect. The jewelry set I ordered for my sister was on discount for only $4.99 and it was a necklace, earrings, and a bracelet. Cheap, but Didn't look cheap, it Sparkled on her like she was the sun herself. The petticoat fit me perfectly and I was happy to pay $15 for it rather than rent one from the Bridal Salon for $100 eeeeeep! Then my Bridal Shoes... I had heard so many horror stories about my friends and others buying shoes online and they never fit. Just last year my friend received her bridal shoes the week before her wedding, and had to go to the store asap because they were too small. All I did was follow the sizing chart, measure my feet very carefully 3 times, and place the order for a size 40. BOOM THEY FIT! No fuss, no muss. There are so many negative reviews on this website, and I understand why of course, but no one who has a good experience bothers to write in so of course EVERY website on here looks awful. They're not all awful though, just Buyer Beware.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. I purchased a dress from this website for the military ball. I paid $30 for expedited shipping and the dress was still late. I told them I wanted my compensation and she said she could give me a big discount the next time I buy. I told her there would not be a next time so she proceeded to offer me a sash to my dress, which I told her, "no thank you and I wanted a monetary compensation." Their website says that they will reimburse you 30% of your purchase if they deliver late. When I brought that to their attention, they claimed the best they could do was give me $10, which is about 5% of what I paid. Also, she pleaded for me to just take the $10 because they were a little 3rd party company when there website clearly lies and says that they are not. I have taken this issue up with the legal department of the military so that they can hopefully handle this situation. Even the military told me by just looking at the website some things already is questionable. Their phone number is not reachable because it is a Skype number and becasue they are chinese they act like they don't understand one word you are saying when they do call you. This company does not hold up their end of the bargain even if their website says that they will. The military is also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a dress from this site and was guaranteed a delivery date of 3-5 days. Before I purchased the dress I tried to confirm if this delivery time was in fact correct and found no other information telling me otherwise. I received an email from "Stella" requesting further information including my even date. I stated the date was irrelevant since they said 3-5 days. My next email was to tel me that in fact it would take a total of 27 days. I then told them since they could not deliver when I was told at time of purchase, I wanted to cancel my order. 13 emails later they are still trying to get me to buy the dress and each time I tell them I want my money back. They have told me how much I'll lose in fees including to PayPal, but when I filed a dispute with PayPal they said they do not charge fees for refunds. "Stell", "Esther", and "Gina" told me it was my fault I did not know how long the dress would take when I pointed out to them nothing was stated at time of purchase. Nice customer service, right? I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company, but wanted to make everyone aware of the deceptive practices of this company. BEWARE & think twice before ordering from them.

I ordered a dress and it was a mess. I have attached youtube link to show how bad it is. The company keeps telling me that have quality assurance and 100% satisfaction, but they do not. The dress is unwearable, but they keep telling me it is fine. Please watch my video to see that it is not. Two different seamstresses looked at the dress and one would not touch because of all the work that needed to be done. The other couldn't guaranteed anything, but said I was looking at $150 at a minimum for her to try to salvage the dress. The long blue ribbons going down the dress were uneven. One in particular was so bad, it stood out like a sore thumb in the front of the dress. The others made it look like uneven tentacles on the bottom of the dress. The seams around the waist were showing on one side, but not the other. There were "holes" in the dress that the seamstress noticed that I missed myself. The quality is so poor. This company did a very poor job. They have offered to give me 10% off my next purchase! I know I will NEVER purchase from them again. Then they told me that the dress is beautiful and wearable. It is not. Then they offered to reimburse me SOME money to have it altered. When I asked them to define SOME, they did not. I said I wanted to return the dress for full refund and asked for a prepaid shipping label, they said no and told me they would send me back 10%. After continually complaining, they offered me 20% refund. I am still waiting for 100% refund as they advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee, not 20% satisfaction.

I ordered a wedding dress that took forever to get to me, and was evidently coming from Japan and stuck in customs. When finally received (after the wedding) we tried the dress on, it was sewn in an odd type of measurement. Sleeves too tight, breast area huge, trunk of body extremely small and belly area in front bunched up and was as if sewn for a pregnant person. I tried to return it, and I could not get a return address from the first-name only people responding to my emails. They repeatedly cut and past the same message to me stating that I am not allowed to return the dress. They stated that I am basically stuck with the dress, and they do not accept returns just because I am unhappy with the dress. Then they insisted that I try the dress on and send pictures to them. I don't even know where these people are. They also said, do not send to the japanese dress, as it will just be lost and I will not get any money back. I AM LIVID! I WOULD SUE THEM, BUT I DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THEY ARE! The only people that I dealt with besides this first name only crew, was the shipping company. Very odd company and very odd apparel. I am stuck with a $150+ dress that would not fit any normal human being.
