NIGHTMARE! I ordered my dress several months early. I sent my measurements in and the company called me several times. The day came and went that my dress was suppose to arrive. I called repeatedly and the dress finally came five days before my wedding. They must have just t sent the dress not finished... it was missing huge gaps of lace and the dress wasn't even finished being sewed, It was also not the measurements that I gave them. The dress did not look like the dress I ordered. I had to pay someone $151,00 to try to fix it, but the dress still didn't fit. I had no money left to buy a dress and had to wear it. I complained trying to get some kind of refund. I sent pictures as they requested and they said they saw nothing wrong... Really... the dress was shredding apart and had gaps of lace missing. I have read a few good reviews. Those people do not know how lucky they are. I am sure if they ordered again they will have a nightmare on their hands. :(( (( Ordered dress first week in March 2013 and it came overnight express on May 28,2013. Can't believe I haven't reviewed DRESSALE, I LOVE DRESSALE. I have shopped here since the area was not as swank as it is now. I shop here today. I worship shamelessly at the Altar Of The High Heel. They're bad for your feet, but shut up - they're HOT! I can't wear them every day (woe is me!), but I can keep them in the Archives to bust out when necessary. Gorgeous, gorgeous shoes and bags (and jewelry and accessories!). I browse more than I buy, but that's a comment on my wallet, not DRESSALE selection.

I bought a pair of shoes here that I took on an imminent trip to India. The shoes were casual! Shiny! Cute! Dressy! Hot! Comfortable! They were all that and a slice of vindaloo. I wore them OUT in the Subcontinent, and bid a tearful goodbye to them when I left them behind, gasping for breath in the throes of their demise, in a fleabag Chennai motel. They wished me well. But ohhh, did they serve me well - and stylishly - thru cities, villages, rickshaw rides, train cars and ghats.

The selection is yes, that good. You will find the shoes here that will change your life. You heard it from me.:-)

I have tons of e mails from them Kept me busy after I tried to cancel the dress because they tried to charge me twice Nagged me to let them ship it I did It was the worst looking ill fitting thing ever Not like the picture at all. Wouldn't let me return it but I did anyway to the only address provided but was told it was a shipping station The finally offered 1/2 the dress price after I paid 30 $ to get it here and 23 to send it back I kept all e nails which total about 60 Dtill had to buy a dress over the counter for my wedding They asked me to send pictures of me in the dress when I said it was small in the bust... No way! BEWARE.!

Worst experience ever! I was a bridesmaid for a wedding. I came across this site after searching several sites. Found this beautiful dress which looked perfect for the summer. I put in the order sending my measurements. Gave them the accurate measurements and assumed I would have to take it in considering I was working out and dieting. Wrong. When the dress came in, I opened it immediately with excitement. That quickly turned into disappointment. The dress was beyond heavy - like armor. On top of that without trying it on I could see it was nothing like the dress online. I tried it on (mind you I had lost 7lbs since ordering the dress). It didn't fit- it was too small. I ordered it a size 12 - I was a size 9 by this point and I had my friend try it on. She's a size 5. Didn't fit her either. Too small. I went back to them and they kept giving me the run around. Supplied them with pictures and they finally gave me a decision after 50 days - no compensation but 10% off my next purchase. I didn't know I could file a claim with PayPal and of course when I did it was too late. Stay away from this site!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRESSALE.COM THEY AR ERIP OFF! WHAT A WASTE, THEY ARE CHEATERS, THEY SEND ME THE WRONG COLOR OF MY DRESS AND THE DRESS WAS NOT ALL THE WAY STITCHED AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY SAID, FIX IT AT THE LOCAL STORE, CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW RIDICULOUS THAT COULD BE? PLUS THEY OFFER OFF ON NEXT PURCHASE, WHO WILL GO THROUGH THEM AFTER SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE, THEY ARE CRAZY, SAVE YOURSELF SOMETIME, FORGET ABOUT REFUND, MY 200DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN, I EVEN OFFERD TO PAY SHIPPING, WANTED REFUND BUT DID NOT WORK!

TERRIBLE DOESN'T BEGIN TO COVER IT. In my opinion, this place is a fraud!

We ordered a prom dress for my daughter. It was promised to be delivered April 25. It wasn't even shipped from China until the 24th, and arrived the Monday after her prom. Well, ok.

But more importantly, the dress that arrived was so poorly made, it looked like a jr. High home ec class made it. Threads dangling, fabric sewn into the seams to forms bunching and pleats, beading coming loose straight out of the box, uneven hems, and it hangs like a wrinkled tablecloth.

I've been trying ever since to get a refund under their "100% satisfaction guarantee," and what I've been getting is the runaround. They claim they haven't received the emails that I've sent repeatedly (at their request) to two different email addresses they gave, with pictures of the shoddy workmanship, and no refund, nor even a response to my complaints. And when I left a factual, but negative review on their website, it was promptly deleted.

In case you don't believe my review and the many many other negatives--have a close look at the positives -they're verbatim repeats of reviews on other review websites, and they're all written in stilted English, as if someone from, say, China, wrote them.
