Like others if I could give a score of 0 I would. No flights booked with airline and no refund. I hope anyone who has has had a similar experience to mine will do as I have done and start reporting this company for fraud. You can report to Ealing trading standards, Action Fraud and ATOL enforcement.Its clear that a lot of the reviews are fake as there is no way these cowboys would get 5 stars!
I booked through them in April and they issued ticket after charging £35 additional admin fee. Then ticket got cancelled by airline and I changed for another day, again they charged £47.
Ticket got cancelled by airline again due to CoVid. Then I contacted them for refund and they are asking again for £35 charge. Waiting for refund for last 6 weeks but no luck, every time there is someone new and a new story. I have attached pictures of email and the charges as well. I have all other proofs of their communication with me.

I booked the flight and departure date was 2nd May 2020 but the flight cancelled but they haven't notice me and I knew that I got the information my flight website.so I contacted the company and I hurried book another flight and paid much money by booking urgently. Even they hadn't given notice me, they still haven't refund money yet. So I don't know what should I do. They must refund within 7days after cancelled my booking by them. Even it's not my mistake, the company haven't refund yet. Can you believe that? I strongly not recommend the agency. They have no responsible at all to the customer. They must compensation to me as well.
After booking my flights through this company I found out that in fact they had cancelled the reservation with the airline and have yet to supply me with the flight details. I paid £589 per person for 4 adults to fly from Heathrow to KOH SAMUI for my daughters wedding and after 24 phone calls and 5 emails I still haven't received these details. I have since lodged a report with the police, the fraud department of my bank, ATOL & ABTA as this company is clearly ripping people off. Bearing in mind the have received £2359 of my money for a service, their level of communication is ridiculous. Most of the calls I have made to this company have resulted in the agent putting the phone down on me once I have questioned their actions. Clearly they are hiding something. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They must be reported and held accountable for their actions
NEVER ever book with these scamming bastards they have taken my money for flights for 4 people and not booked the flights and I've rang them more than 100 times counting on fingers and as soon as someone answers the phone after hours of wait they cut you off! The customer service is so $#*! my dog would provide better customer service than these silly scamming son of a $#*! $#*!ers! Don't be stupid like me to book your flights online with these pricks they will con you and take your money of you I will report to authorities about this travel agency!
They refuse to refund my cancelled ticket, 3 months I've waited for my refund and nothing. And they just tell you lies by email if you can get a reply. Calls are never answered. Absolute scumbags, please avoid this company. How on earth this lot are allowed to operate in the UK is behond me.
My flight to Los Angeles was cancelled due to Covid 19. Refund claim sent to Dream World on 17 March. Their only response to chasing emails is 'we're busy'. Still no refund although I know that the airline, Air New Zealand, has already refunded them. Credit card charge-back instigated, also very slow, complaint made to the Competition and Markets Authority but still nothing. What is the point of having a law that cancelled flights should be refunded within 7 days, if that law is ignored with impunity?
They cancelled my trip and don't respond to calls. They either don't pick up the phone or hang up when you get connected. Neither do they reply to emails. I don't expect to get a refund or even a re-booking. Avoid at all cost!
We are still waiting for our refund since February. Our trip was cancelled due to covid 19. Everytime we call the company, they keep saying someone will get back to us but nobody does. They are a complete con, including the managers. Worst travel agent ever!
Extremely overwhelmed to receive my refund. It's a difficult time for the travel industry and we thought our money is gone but thanks to Dream World travel to get our money back from the airline which is a difficult task. It's worth waiting 14 weeks as we have received our refund and we completely trust this company and will always purchase tickets from them. Trust worthy company.
In December 2019 I booked and paid in full for a return flight from Johannesburg to Manchester leaving mid July.
Due to the Covid-19 problem I decided to ask the airline to defer my flight. The reference number did not exist and was told that no ticket was issued because DWT had not paid for the ticket. DWT now want to charge me £35 for admin fees plus I must wait 6-8 weeks or more for a refund. They have had my money for 5 months and I have had nothing to show for it plus I cannot defer my flight as there is no booking. Their replies always quote their T & C's but do not accept responsibility. Hope I get a refund eventually. As the saying goes - If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
I have foned and email your on the fone you say got to wait 30 days before flight day, I've emailed you from 18/5/2020 to to 01/06/2020 with reference getting a total refund due to world travel ban and Australia borders being closed yet I get no reply at all
I bought tickets from this travel agent, tickets was cancelled by airline, agent not let us know about my cancellation until we asking them.
Airline offering free of date change due to COVID-19 situation, if ticket cancelled by airline. But this agency asking to pay extra fares and extra admin fees.
This is worst agency, i don't want to book with agency again.

Dreadful company. Took my money 4 months ago for flights to Brisbane. No confirmation, no record of booking with Singapore Airlines, no interest in trying to sort my queries. Also, I presume... no refund coming my way.
Hopefully my Bank will be more helpful to deal with? Goodluck everyone!

Got money back in full from my bank using charge back. Contacted bank and filled in form for disputed transaction. Needed to send copy of my email asking for refund and email from DWT cancelling the flight. Bank already had info from my account who I had paid and when etc. DWT knew they had to refund me as they never even questioned the banks claw back of my money.
Had my flight today cancelled due to Corona Virus (booked back in September 2019 before the recent lock down)
Got an email from them today stating they will give me a credit note less £70 (£35 per person) fee for the Corona Virus. Talk about ripping consumers off with a stupid excuse to deduct money.
However, I have contacted my bank who will do a charge back for the full amount (taking nothing off for the Covid 19 fee)as the European Law states that if the flights are cancelled by the airline you are entitled to a full cash refund ir a useless credit note.
I have been waiting for more than 9 weeks to get my refund and i am still waiting.
They don't contact back don't give any answer nothing at all they just vanish from the map

Took my money, no confirmation, no interest in discussing it. An absolute sham and I've reported them.
Takes your money but does not purchase the ticket, called the airline i was suppose to travel with next Thursday and they have NO RECORD of my booking in the system. DWT try to tell me that they need to contact the airline to process my booking and charge me £35 for admin fee, absolute disgrace as they haven't even used the money for it's intended purpose. Give you a run around with refunds also, avoid at all cost if you want to protect your money.
This company is just awful and unreliable very difficult to get through on the phone allways get cut off and when u do get through I think your call ends up in India cannot understand a single word they say and as for booking a simple transaction as booking a flight I'm still to receive my e ticket they gave me a code to log in with airline but airline don't have a flight for me so I don't no if this company is a con I've asked for a refund but they say my flight is booked and it's in a que which is just pathetic I will never book with this company again and I warn all u over ppl not to book with them too
Answer: Scam do not use, automated replies no refund since March 6th. Been emailing everyday since. Emailed trading standard and reported as fraud. Sent email to my local MP.
Answer: Prepare to do a charge back with your credit card company as soon as possible and buy the tickets directly from the airline. In most cases you will be at airport with no tickets and Dream World Travel will keep claiming that you got the tickets until you have lost the will to pursue your money back. This is their modus operandi.
Answer: Beware. If DWT has not given you a refund (like to hundrerds of others), you might do these: Immediately inform your bank if you used their services and they should help you issue a chargeback. If they cannot help because of the 6-8 weeks 'waiting time' then immediately email DWT to refund within 15 days. If you still dont get it within this, and you used bank transfer/services, credit/debit card, call bank and ask for a chargeback. For credit card one could issue a section 75. If you used other payment methods, ask the company to issue chargeback. One option is to use small claims court or lawyer. Do not waste time, take action right now. Only the bank or court can get any refund due. Once you have done the work for refund, inform action fraud to help save others too. Copy and share this genuine review that i made from my experience to help others too. I only rated this 4 star so it shows at the top for others to read, and for those people who do not click 1or2 star ratings to see the truth. Only people who personally know the DWT staff have had good experiences. Otherwise the rest had a nightmare with DWT.
Answer: They are massive con artists, so you are unlikely to ever get them, or, they will wait until close to the departure of your flights and either ask you for more money, or change the dates and/or times of your flights, because they haven't booked them in advance. Contact Ealing Trading Standards.
Answer: Inform your credit card company that you have not authorised this and according to internet resources this is a scam. If the credit card company has authorised it already, you can do a charge back. Keep declining as in the end you will win.
