Hi Dream World Travel have finally issued our etickets. But has anyone been issued tickets and had them cancelled before flying by this company.
I was told to receive my e-ticket within 48 hour but Now 3 months had gone and im still waiting .I need to apply for visa so how long you still need?

Still waiting 4 months on. Empty promises is all Im getting.

Only bank, court, police or lawyer can help. Issue a chargeback from bank. If they cannot do it because of the 6-8week period, email dwt to refund within 15days. If they dont, contact bank immediately. Tell others to do the same if they are waiting for refund.
