Answer:

I agree with all the above and they are now trying to use the Covid 19 (Corona Virus) as an excuse to rip off the consumers that have been unfortunate enough to have their flights cancelled. Not only are they telling me that because my flight today was cancelled by the airline company so not only did we lose the full cost of that flight we had to pay £500 to use another company to get home. They are telling me that I will lose £35 per person (£70 in total) in fees to cover for the Corona Virus. Why? What will taking money from me do to help the Corona Virus? It is just a way of ripping the consumer off even more. I have been told I will get a credit note for the cancelled flight less £70 but the European Law states I can have a full cash refund of my fees. Simon Calder even said this on this mornings BBC TV you do not have to accept a credit note or another flight at a later date. My bank are going to do a Charge Back for me and they can then fight a bank that knows the law if they want it back.

Answer:

They are massive con artists, so you are unlikely to ever get them, or, they will wait until close to the departure of your flights and either ask you for more money, or change the dates and/or times of your flights, because they haven't booked them in advance. Contact Ealing Trading Standards.

Answer:

They have even not been issued. Prepare to be empty handed at airport and pay 5x the price for emergency booking. After that, Dream World Travel will claim that you cancelled the tickets yourself. This is how they make money. They have never sold a single ticket, see how similar all the positive reviews are? Fakes.

Answer:

Inform your credit card company that you have not authorised this and according to internet resources this is a scam. If the credit card company has authorised it already, you can do a charge back. Keep declining as in the end you will win.
