Booked flight in July they cancelled it didn't tell me got to departures ready to fly and no ticket ended up having to pay 1468 pound for a ticket because i needed to fly... how can these fraudsters be on skyskanner and get away with it!
Do not use this agency, I booked a flight for me and my children in January 2022 it was cancelled today it's October I have not received my refund of £1203
Bought a ticket on Dec 24,2021 and made payment via credit card immediately. Got a payment receipt from them and an itinerary from the airline. A couple of days later, I tried to retrieve the ticket on the airline's website only to see it was unavailable. I contacted the airline, was told payment was never remitted so my booking was cancelled. Was asked to followup with Dreamworld travel for payment. After several calls that went unanswered, mails unresponded, whatsapp and Instagram messages ignored, I got a travel ticket on January 10, more than 2 weeks after payment was made. Exactly 3 days after Dream world travel sent me the e-ticket, got a mail from the airline the flight has been cancelled. Contacted dream world travel with this update immediately and a refund was initiated since all other available ticket alternatives did not fit my schedule. This refund process was initiated on January 13,2022 and approved on January 17,2022 (See correspondence attached). According to the approval mail, I was supposed to receive my refund between 12-24 weeks. However, it's been 36 weeks and I am yet to get my refund. I have called and emailed to no avail. No response or feedback of any kind.
You do not want to do business with the organisation.

I have booked both way tickets online with Dream World Travel. I went to India. I found out in the Airport that my return ticket was suspended, I spoke to airline, they said it was suspended by Dream Worl Travel. Then I had to purchased new ticket, one way, it cost me £2014. 20, it is much higher than my return ticket.
Since I came back to UK, I am trying to speak to Dream World Travel, Phones going on answering

So please be careful with these people, u can book the ticket online, but any issues u cant speak to them at all. They will not respond to ur email either..
I booked return ticket way back July 2020, due to pandemic it was cancelled and for refund, until today i haven't receive it, they promised me Aug. 11 2022 but still nothing. I will never recommend this ticket agency at all.
Any one please help me, World dream travel took my money more then £2500 and very difficult to contact them, they didn't care at all. I'm hopeless

A more appropriate name would be Nightmare Travel. We have given them one star as we needed to to leave a review. We have had the worst possible customer service imaginable after our flights were cancelled in December 2021. Finally after countless emails and phone calls we contacted our credit card company who have arranged a refund for us seven months later. We believe they would not have refunded the money without us taking this step. Steer clear of Dreamworld Travel!
Dishonest fraudsters. They take your money but at the last minute do not issue tickets. Totally destroyed my holiday. Do not use. I would give zero stars but this is not an option on here.
The flights i booked to see my sons after a year and a half, were booked and paid for on the 10th February 2022 for flights leaving London to South Africa on the 17th July 2022 and returning 28th August 2022.
Dream World Travel never made the bookings with the airlines concerned. Upon phoning the airlines on the 17th July 2022 for seat bookings we were advised that the booking was never paid for or confirmed by Dream World Travel – even though attached confirmation emails and tax invoices were received – see attachments.

I booked early in February 2022 in order to get the price, now with the scam/mismanagement from Dream World Travel, the last minute flights to get my sons to me is going to cost an additional R100,000.00

Stay away from Dream World Travel. I booked my tickets with DWT last Sunday, they send me the reservation code done with LATAM and everything seemed fine. 3 days later LATAM messaged me saying the payment has not been done by DWT and my tickets have been cancelled.
DWT does not answer phone calls nor WhatsApp. Agents via DWT chat says I'll get my tickets 10 days prior to the flight which is completely "BS". I've booked tickets with other agencies and tickets are issued a few minutes after your purchase.
They only respond via Chat and when I raised this issue they say customer centre will contact me and nothing happens. Now I am struggling to get a refund. My bank is trying to raise a dispute and I hope I get my money back.
To sum up, do not be stupid like me. Read the reviews first before purchasing tickets via agencies.
I enquired about some flights to Grenada last week but ended up booking with another travel company as I didn't hear back from them. They won't stop calling me saying I have entered a contract and need to make payment! How is making an enquiry a contract? I said no I'm not interested I have gone with someone else. Im so glad that I never went with them but I wish they would stop calling me!
This company needs to be shut down. Like most customers here, they took my money (>2000 pounds) in Jan 2022 but I never receive the tickets. I was due to fly this week with my family so I called the airline directly and there was no booking with my name. Dreamworld travel made a reservation but they never paid the airline so the booking was cancelled. They don't answer calls or respond to emails, today I got an email apologising saying that they can't issue tickets because of "inventory based error" and offer a refund. I have read people have been waiting for a refund for 2 years, this is their trick, they never pay back unless you take then to court or if you pay by credit card get them to chase for you. If they say your flight is cancelled, call the airline directly to confirm. Most likely they never booked or paid for the flight with the airline. Then they will try to charge you 15% admin to get your money back. I will be putting my complaint with trading standards and ATOL.
Flight was £669, but after deducting airport taxes Dreamworld offered just £209 refund. That was back in February 2022. Since then they have ignored my emails and voice messages.
Today i spent almost 2 hours on the phone to them. I was 27th in the que initially but when I was 9th they disconnected the call. I'm so disgusted this company can operate in this manner and get away with it.

Avoid at all costs. Flights cancelled due to Covid and Refund requested. I received and email to say that they had been in touch with the airline regarding the cancellation request but after contacting the airline they confirmed that DWT had not contacted them and that my ticket was still Open/Active.
When chasing I have had a number of Customer Care Officer's refer me to the information in the T&C's > Section 10 which says "in some extra-ordinary circumstances up to six months". It has now been over 2 years and still no refund.
Absolutely shockingly bad customer service. Due to Covid UK & US Government guidelines I was unable to take return flights to Chicago during 2020. Initially only offered a less than 50% refund I challenged this and by April 2021 I was offered an 85% refund minus a 15% admin fee, which I accepted, however we are now 15 months on and I still haven't received this agreed refund. I chased in January 2022 and was initially offered less than 50% again until I provided email evidence of the 85% offer but still didn't ever actually receive the refund. On chasing again recently I was instead offered a voucher for the 85% but on trying to rebook return flights to Chicago I was quoted £600 for the same flights available via their own website for £445, on challenging they came back with a £500 offer, but no answer provided as to why the price was still higher than quoted via their website. I have now booked exactly the same flights via elsewhere for £432 and will be raising a dispute for the full amount of the original payment made in 2020 with my credit card provider, and if this isn't successful for any reason I will now be taking Dreamworld to the small claims court for the £376 they still have of my money, from what is now over 2 years ago. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Booked our flight in10/2021 for July 2022. Received an email from this travel agency stating there is a problem and despite their efforts, my booking is cancelled!
Contacted Egypt Air to find that they have not even booked the flight in the first place, and the flight was cancelled automatically on 10/11/2021 as the travel agency has not booked the tickets till that deadline of the automatic cancellation. The booking was not completed and no tickets were issued.
They kept silent from November 2021 till mid-July 2022 to say your booking has been cancelled.
I wrongly chose them as their price was £100 less than the original price on the Egypt Air website. I really regret my choice of these scammers.

I booked ticket 5 weeks ago and they issue itinerary ticket and not issuing e-ticket. Now they office is close and their call center have only voice recording option.
Initially said, eticket will issue in mid Jun, then 28day before travel, now saying 10 days. I can't believe them.
Only email is the way of communication and they take 3 to 7 days to response on email.
Answer: Scam do not use, automated replies no refund since March 6th. Been emailing everyday since. Emailed trading standard and reported as fraud. Sent email to my local MP.
Answer: Prepare to do a charge back with your credit card company as soon as possible and buy the tickets directly from the airline. In most cases you will be at airport with no tickets and Dream World Travel will keep claiming that you got the tickets until you have lost the will to pursue your money back. This is their modus operandi.
Answer: Beware. If DWT has not given you a refund (like to hundrerds of others), you might do these: Immediately inform your bank if you used their services and they should help you issue a chargeback. If they cannot help because of the 6-8 weeks 'waiting time' then immediately email DWT to refund within 15 days. If you still dont get it within this, and you used bank transfer/services, credit/debit card, call bank and ask for a chargeback. For credit card one could issue a section 75. If you used other payment methods, ask the company to issue chargeback. One option is to use small claims court or lawyer. Do not waste time, take action right now. Only the bank or court can get any refund due. Once you have done the work for refund, inform action fraud to help save others too. Copy and share this genuine review that i made from my experience to help others too. I only rated this 4 star so it shows at the top for others to read, and for those people who do not click 1or2 star ratings to see the truth. Only people who personally know the DWT staff have had good experiences. Otherwise the rest had a nightmare with DWT.
Answer: They are massive con artists, so you are unlikely to ever get them, or, they will wait until close to the departure of your flights and either ask you for more money, or change the dates and/or times of your flights, because they haven't booked them in advance. Contact Ealing Trading Standards.
Answer: Inform your credit card company that you have not authorised this and according to internet resources this is a scam. If the credit card company has authorised it already, you can do a charge back. Keep declining as in the end you will win.
