Dolls Kill has the best customer service staff. There was an error with my order and they assisted me through the process of returning the incorrect items. The dates they gave me were accurate, shipping, and their response time when I would ask a question was fast. I love this! I got it on clearance, both the top and skirt was 53.36 after shipping, and it's so cute! The colors, the way it catches the light, it's amazing. Only thing you could critique is how short it is, like your $#*! is just out, full stop.

I thought it was going to let me review my order before I confirmed so I wasn't able to add my promo code. I emailed the company and within two minutes they sent me an email back refunding my money and canceling that order so I could put in a new order with the promo code. I checked my PayPal account and the order was refunded immediately.
First of all, why do they train their customer service reps to talk like thizzzzz xxxoxoxo babez~~~!
I get you have a brand image, but this is just soooo annoying to read when you are trying to get real help and real customer service.
Their site had a malfunction when I tried to enter in a code for Cyber Monday. I asked the customer service rep to help apply the code. They responded saying they do not price match. It wasn't an issue of price matching - it was an issue of a system malfunction *on their end*
I even sent a screenshot to the rep showing that the code was valid yet did not apply when I paid.
So beware! Check the totals that are being charged to your card vs what is showing on the website. With the code, my subtotal should have been $75.49, yet my email confirmation showed a subtotal of $83.88
I ordered skates from this website in January. I had to return them because they did not fit the way I wanted them too! I paid through after pay so after my return I STILL could not get my after pay account cleared because dolls kill is telling me they gave me a store credit and told me that I still had to pay after pay to clear my account. Soooo although I returned the skates. I STILL basically had to pay for them so that it could accommodate the store credit they gave me. Please keep in mind, I only made the initial payment before I got them and returned them immediately. So they wanted me to pay $110 to after pay so they could issue me a store credit and the skates are returned! I've been fighting this for months and keep getting the run around. So if you order through after pay or want to make a return. Save yourself the heartache because if you're not satisfied. You matter as well put ya money down the drain. It's no way I'm about to still pay for the skates just so they can give me a store credit! When they have the skates!
Sooo bought boots. Looked cute and they were! But too long for my short legs, so return. Store credit or harsh shipping fee plus depending on how I package it they decide how much they're going to give back? Tf? It's my money. I don't understand companies that have this gross policy. "Okay store credit! Or…oh you. You want YOUR money back.? Why? Fine. I guess you can have your money back." and 3-4 weeks to process my refund at that. Lmao clowns. I don't even know why I bothered with a company that has an ugly history. Disgusting.
So basically me and my friend ordered multiple items from the web and wanted to try out new styles as I see they do returns and stuff. So we did not think much and spend like 400 pounds on their products. (I swear no one will ever thought they do STORE CREDIT for refunds)
Turns out they refund in STORE CREDIT instead of original payment method.
I do not accept this unless I receive I proper reply from their customer service team and they get to refund back into my card. It just seems dodgy that they decided to keep the word 'store credit' so subtle in their Returns & Refund Policy.
As most of the company just make it clear. I really do think this is a huge part of making this company customer friendly or not. As an online merchandiser, you should be thoughtful that we need to receive it to see the real products see know if we actually want it or not.
I do not accept any store credit, they need to get my money back in my card.
I hope someone from their company sees this message and really rethink their refund policy, really not welcoming to new customer. Its really unfortunate because they got really nice products on their website.
I can't even begin to explain how bad Dolls Skill is. They completely ruined Halloween for me. They did not offer me a proper refund because they said that's the way it comes. Unprofessional.
Dollskill is one of those places that is at a consistent level of reliability. Shipping is pretty quick, and there's usually not any problems with my order. The sale category can have you finding pretty great deals as well. The only reason for 4 stars is because if you need to return something, they either charge you a shipping fee or only offer store credit, which is okay if you just need to exchange for a different size. Fix your return process!

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
