I bought the dr marten cherry jadon platforms and I ordered them in wrong size.
Exchanging was a dream I had an issue with the label and was emailed back same day with a new label and it was a friendly personal email! Later when I emailed as I wasn't sure how to apply my store credit for the exchange?... same thing! Personal email that was warm friendly and detailed explanation as to how to use a store credit. They not only have great merchandise, they have items in stock that are sold out everywhere and shopping online with them is truly like shopping with a friend you've known for years! That's unheard of with online shopping this day and age. I'm a huge fan!
