I ordered from Dollskill for the first time for mine and my friends Halloween costumes. We bought one yellow costume, one black, and paid for overnight shipping. The first thing that went wrong was the fact that despite paying extra for expedited shipping, the package took 4 days to get to us. When I opened the package, they gave us 2 of the same costumes. I ended up trying one of the costumes on, and the zipper was already broken (this costume was $60). I immediately emailed them, requested a refund on the shipping and told them I wanted to return both costumes because of how unhappy I was due to the experience. The reply I got was "So sorry! We have shipped out the right costume to you." They did not even acknowledge the fact I asked to send it back for a refund. I told her to cancel the second shipment and to just refund me. I was told I was being refunded. I looked and they only refunded me for the shipping. I emailed them again, they said they would refund me. I looked, they refunded me for one costume. So I emailed them again and told them I would like a FULL refund and I'd be happy to send the costumes back. They said I don't need to send the costumes back but that I cannot get a refund for the other costume. WHY? Their refund policy clearly states refunds within 30 days, I ordered these less than a week ago. I had to ask for a refund FOUR separate times! This has been so ridiculous and I will never shop here again. Terrible customer service and their quality is not worth their price. Shop elsewhere...

I've been purchasing from Dolls Kill for years now and I LOVE the products. Appreciated I was able to get the shoes I ordered changed to the correct address before it was too late! Great quality and amazing customer service. I'm in love with everything, material quality and the best part…it arrived fast! Surely they gained a loyal customer.

I bought a dress for 37 dollars plus shipping 2 and a half weeks ago and the payment didn't process like my other order placed 2 days prior. So i emailed them 3 days after i bought the dress and asked them why the payment hasn't processed yet… they said they'd email me as soon as they heard something from the warehouse. 2 days went by and nothing. I asked again and got the same response. It's so frustrating because now it's been two and a half weeks with no help and no one has reached out to me to give me a simple update on my order. So frustrating.

When I first got these skates, I was SO disappointed bc they had pretty bad scuffs and chips in the reflective design, as if someone had already used and crashed in them! I contacted their customer service and let them know and sent pics of the damage. THey responded quickly and were very polite and efficient about correcting the mistake. They quickly sent me a new pair in the same size in perfect condition AND told me to not worry about dealing with the hassle of returning the first, damaged pair. So awesome!

I'm from germany and i don't usually buy from other countries bc of the high duties (so i'm really happy that recently all taxes & duties are included) but i literally need everything from this shop. On this website you find the latest grunge and rave clothes and yes you get addicted very quickly. At first you're a bit angry, that shipping costs 8,95€, but you quickly notice that you always order so much that you qualify for free shipping. I never had any problems with this shop, quality has always been appropriate for the price and the clothes looked even better in real life than in the photo. It happened twice, that i accidentally received the wrong item (which is not a lot, bc i've probably ordered around 100 things) and the customer service was always super helpful and cute, it felt like i was writing with my bff. I didn't have to worry about the return shipment and i got the right item straight away. I would totally recommend this shop to my b's and i still will spend a lot of money here haha <3

Got huge haul delivered (as usual) and some items didn't fit as I hoped. Went through the returns process for cash back instead of store credit and immediately changed my mind after the return was confirmed. I wanted to use the store credit I would get for the upcoming Labor Day sale. I contacted DK customer service, and Holland gave it to me straight. I totally forgot I could cancel my return (prior to shipment of course), and start it over requesting store credit. She was super prompt on the response and didn't make me feel dumb for forgetting something I've done already and had slipped my mind. Super nice and very to the point. These Dolls rock my world!

So I would hear about dolls kill and always be tempted to buy something. When I finally hopped on to the site I fell in love with everything I saw. Yes it can be pricey but its worth it. Ive bought 3 pairs of shoes and a fishnet top and I am in love. All I would recommend is putting in more information on sizes and materials. Maybe add a customer reviews because we can all help eachother to pick better sizes. Also customer service is very understanding and simple to reach.
