Ordered items for my daughters birthday and was worried they wouldn't arrive in time especially as I am based in Scotland but I shouldn't have as items arrived two days earlier than expected!, from order to shipping this only took five days, would also like to thank the customer service team for there friendly and fast approach on any mails I sent, for that I am grateful…all items are packaged well and of great quality and true to size, found that I made some really good bargains and wouldn't hesitate to use again. My new bag is absolutely fire! I am IN LOVE and sure it's gonna get all the looks! I can't wait to take it out for a spin. And even better is the service: when I noticed the zipper was faulty about a week after I got it I just sent a video to the team and within a couple of days had a replacement shipped my way (including the same express shipping method as in the original order!). I've always known dk was overpriced but I didn't expect their quality to be this bad. The top I ordered which was the:"baby lasso my heart corset set". The material was like a halloween costume. It's pretty much $50 overall if you don't have a discount code. The shirt is sewn into the corset which isn't stated in the description which is disappointing because I was hoping I could use the corset for other things.

I placed a fairly larger order on Monday and they arrived by Friday! I ordered some shoes and dresses, necklace and earrings and couldn't find my earrings or necklace. I emailed and received a response maybe 1 hour later from Angel, suggesting to check in a shoebox if I bought shoes, if not she'd be happy to figure out what happened. What do ya know? They were in there! I emailed back to let them know and she was as sweet as can be! I will DEFINITELY be ordering again…soon!

DollsKill is always my go to place for my rave and goth clothes wide variety or styles and sizing is pretty standard throughout the site. Customer service is always super helpful! I LOVE the texting ability for order support. It makes it so much easier for me to be able to send pictures or videos if I need help with my order. I generally only have a couple big orders that I place every year when they are having their sales or I have a coupon. Each time I think I may have had one or two items that had a minor problem and customer support was able to help! They usually always offer to either replace the item itself or to give me store credit. I absolutely love everything about this site and will continue to always use them in the future!

An item I ordered arrived broken (a glass 5 minute glass, like an hour glass but just 5 minutes ;) so needless to say there were tiny bits of glass and sand all over the inside of the packaging. I requested a return, but then thought better of it because I didn't want anyone to get cut when they opened the return. I texted customer service to let them know what was going on and I had a response within minutes. Angel, my awesome CS rep told me not to send the broken glass back and she credited my account immediately. She also sent me instructions on how to use my account credit and made sure I completely happy with my experience. It's hard to get even just "ok" customer service anymore let alone exceptional customer service, so yes even though my item arrived broken, bummer, but because Angel was so great I'm not in any position of inconvenience. This is the only website that has a perfect mix of what I feel like wearing. Sometimes I want victorian gothic and sometimes I want pink princess; nevertheless, they always have something for what I want. I've had to go through a lot of trial and error with sizing (especially shoe sizing), but with their store credit, sending it back is easy, so I don't mind. And they always have me covered when my overnight shipping doesn't show up on time (I do a lot of overnight shipping). Their response time is super quick and they're so nice, even when I text at 10 at night <3. Overall, love it.

I recieved a damaged product NOT damaged from shipping (the parcel was intact and the top was missing a strap) and I had to pay twice the price of the product in customs for returning it. I should not have to pay twice the price for a damaged product. It is entirely the company's fault and they will not do anything about it. Will definitely never buy again.
