I recently buy outfits of your store tand I feel in love with them. At the beginning I have a problem with the carrier but the girls of Dolls kills help me alot and resolved my problem. I'm very satisfied as a client, they answer all my questions real soon and I appreciate the effort as well. I highly recommend it. The clothes and the shoes are really amazing guys.

I had gotten the wrong costume & it was slightly damaged. I emailed customer service, heard back in a timely manner, they were helpful, & speedy in getting me my refund. Was disappointed about the costume but costume service made my experience better!

I ordered some clothes to my old address across the country. SMH. When it got shipped back to them, I reached out and they easily and swiftly resent it to my new address! It's rare that in 2021 that things go smoothly but in this case they have!

I mistakenly put the wrong address on my order and for that it was sent back but, I contact their customer service and they made sure I got a replacement order and store credit for the items that were sold out!

This site and the customer service are always top notch. They go out of their way all the time and get back to you right away, even on weekends. I love their stuff and the reps are ALL awesome. 10/10 all the time!

I was having some issues that were totally my fault and I contacted dolls kill about it and laura got back to me SO quickly and she was so sweet! I reccomend this brand a lot especially if you're looking for some killer statement shoes. I'm personally hoping they bring back the knee high lamoda boot, I'm in LOVE with them! But seriously if you need assistance, they are ON TOP of it!

I had a outfit that came in and the sleeve was sewed on wrong and I sent pictures and told customer service about it. I had like 5 different people help me out and the whole process was fast and everyone was sweet. I now have a new outfit coming in no issues. Thank you babes

There was an issue with the carrier in trying to deliver my items. I reached out to DOLLS KILL customer service and Bree assured me they'd help me out. She was super courteous and attentive. I did eventually receive my order within a days delay at no fault of DOLLS KILL. They really do provide great customer service!

Had an issue with my shipping address - my mistake - and it was an overnight order, so I emailed immediately knowing they had probably started processing it, and I had a response first thing from an angel named Jesus saying he had fixed the address! Just like that! No muss, no fuss. I'm so grateful!
