I was concerned about overnight delivery timing. They have been extremely helpful the entire time. I love that you can just text them and get help. With so many ways to get clothing these days, customer service means a lot to me. I feel like they genuinely care. It's how I also run my business. 5 stars y'all!

I accidentally made a purchase using my debit card instead of using my credit. Sydney contacted me immediately and applied the credit returning the funds back to my account. I was afraid the purchase was going to put me in the red. Thank you, Sydney!

I had an issue with an incorrect address causing FedEx to run about a week after delivery date and no way to get ahold of them. I emailed Dolls Kills customer service and talked to Selina, she handled everything for me. I had my shoes in three days.
