YouTube might have been good at some point. It's devolved into a place to watch ads, and not much else. Users get kicked to the curb for NO REASON, then it's a hassle setting up a new account. They do NOTHING about the racist Trump supporters who love to bully others. Hmmm... I wonder if YouTube supports Trump, like FacistBook does? New sheriff in town, so they'd best rethink how they conduct themselves. NEVER PAY THESE PEOPLE! Watch free content if you can stomach the incessant ads but stay away from YouTube premium!

NEXT COVID19 HOTSPOT (BOYCOTT IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH): although Smart and Final has BIG signs at the entrance of their Laguna Niguel store on Crown Valley there were at least three employees who were NOT wearing masks. Some MORON there has decided that a plastic face shield is sufficient. My daughter and I are therefore BOYCOTTING this store and shopping at Stater Brothers (on La Paz) and Albertsons (on Alicia Parkway) instead, as THEY both require all employees to wear facial masks. Masks AND face shields are great together... facial shields without masks do NOTHING to protect their customers. I am also calling corporate to inform them they have have LOST my business for the duration. The manager of this Smart and Final MUST be a complete MORON. If he or she doesn't have corporate permission to do this, I smell BIG TROUBLE.

The following review was censored by Joann employees - I purchased these Boye crochet hooks but replaced them with another brand from Amazon w/ rubber handles, as these hooks are very uncomfortable to use. My order for multiple items was broken up into several packages. This item took SO long to be packed up for shipping that I checked Joann website to see if it was even in stock. IT WAS. Delivery was so messed up by FedEx that Joann ultimately refunded the item price AND the total shipping cost. This was good as one of the hooks was bent just enough to render it unuseable. I had already ordered and received the better quality hooks from Amazon.

This wasn't the only time Joann completely messed up an online order. I tried to purchase white linen but received light brown / tan linen instead. The photo on Joann website clearly shows WHITE, so when I complained, I was fully refunded.

Additionally, Joann remained OPEN for in-store purchase throughout the pandemic lockdown - their EXCUSE was "essential mask making" materials, which is LAME. Joann has placed a higher value on their profits than on your LIFE. Doesn't that just stink?

I use Etsy and Amazon far more often than Joann, as I resent their lack of ethics. Time and time again, Joann has proved to be below the mark for quality & customer satisfaction. In other words: JOANN SUCKS! Don't trust them.

ZERO STARS - CAREMARK MAIL ORDER IS THE WORST! These clowns will kill someone, if they haven't already, through incompetence and sheer stupidity. My physicians office had to call Caremark and ask for an override for the inhaler for my SEVERE ASTHMA. After 2 refills of 30 days supply, my insurance asks for a 90 day supply either thru Caremark mail order -OR- to pick up at CVS pharmacy (or they will mail via USPS). FYI: if I run out of my medication, I wind up in the hospital... a VERY BAD place to be during the pandemic. My physicians office approved my 90 day supply, then Caremark promptly denied it as being "too early" to fill, 35 DAYS after my last 30 day supply was filled (I always ask for refills BEFORE I'm out). My physicians office then was forced to call Caremark to ask for an override, as their computers don't track how many days supply, which is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Per my physicians office, Debbie of Caremark, was rude, sarcastic, flippant and unprofessional in the extreme. Debbie is apparently one of those women who must control and steer the conversation to the point of refusing to listen to crucial details from my physicians nurse as to WHY she was calling and what was needed. Debbie wasted so much time trying to control the narrative, and displaying a sub-normal intelligence (her comprehension is VERY low) that a supervisor was requested. Supervisor Lauren took over the call; she was professional, she fixed the issue and reported Debbie to her supervisor. I called Caremark today and spoke to Donna, a very nice lady who took down my complaint about Debbie and apologized many times.

Caremark nearly killed my husband earlier in the year by refusing to fill his high blood pressure meds and NEVER informing him. After he'd run out for several days and his BP was dangerously high, I called CVS and got a few emergency pills while they fixed the MESS Caremark created. Had he suffered a stroke, Caremark would've been the subject of a huge lawsuit.

I haven't used Caremark mail service in a long time and I've told my husband to NEVER use them either. CVS retail pharmacy will mail meds via USPS freeing charge. We trust CVS retail pharmacy and shun Caremark for their gross incompetence and negligence.

Yelp is currently cherry picking Caremark reviews and have refused to publish 16 complaints with ONE STAR each. Caremark must have ups their bribes to Yelp... untrustworthy!

Tip for consumers:
Use CVS retail pharmacy and they will mail your meds to you FREE OF CHARGE !!!

These unprofessional scammers RIP OFF artists creations regularly. They display racist themes to sell their JUNK. A tee shirt saying "Dead Girls Can't Say No" is promoting RAPE CULTURE. Their customer service is the worst... rude and unprofessional (screen shots have gone viral of nasty emails to customers). DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Amazon outsources their customer service to India, and hires employees who really don't speak English. It takes several emails to solve issues and most of the time Amazon's employees don't even understand what the customer needs. Amazon only cares about their profit margin. Customer satisfaction doesn't matter. They have also stopped using the Post Office for delivery, and their Amazon drivers aren't competent. I've had orders misdelivered since the Post Office was dropped as their shipper. Amazon drivers were also caught using USPS boxes for their deliveries, which is a Federal offense. These packages were confiscated by USPS and customers were having to pay postage due. Amazon soon learned NOT to use USPS property for Amazon delivered items. This is just one example of how Amazon does business... they lie, cheat and defraud whenever they are allowed. I've just about given up in Amazon, as they never improve. Then there's the issue with Amazon in bed with the NRA. Huge, evil corporations like Amazon NEED TO FAIL...

LL Bean absolutely REFUSES to publish any comment that is not flattering to their products. (CHERRY PICKING). They outsource their manufacturing of garments to El Salvador. IF you make note of this FACT in your review - BAM... NOT PUBLISHED. IF you make reference to the FACT that their products quality has slipped and is not as good as years ago - BAM... NOT PUBLISHED! Just try to get a refund from unused gift cards. They will ignore you until you threaten to turn them in for FRAUD. LL BEAN IS A SCAM AND A RIPOFF.

UPDATE: I turned in LL Bean to the Better Business Bureau for "cherry picking" reviews and suddenly my review of their shoddy merchandise was published! Even more proof that LL Bean is just NOT the company it USED TO BE...
