I ordered from Dollskill for the first time for mine and my friends Halloween costumes. We bought one yellow costume, one black, and paid for overnight shipping. The first thing that went wrong was the fact that despite paying extra for expedited shipping, the package took 4 days to get to us. When I opened the package, they gave us 2 of the same costumes. I ended up trying one of the costumes on, and the zipper was already broken (this costume was $60). I immediately emailed them, requested a refund on the shipping and told them I wanted to return both costumes because of how unhappy I was due to the experience. The reply I got was "So sorry! We have shipped out the right costume to you." They did not even acknowledge the fact I asked to send it back for a refund. I told her to cancel the second shipment and to just refund me. I was told I was being refunded. I looked and they only refunded me for the shipping. I emailed them again, they said they would refund me. I looked, they refunded me for one costume. So I emailed them again and told them I would like a FULL refund and I'd be happy to send the costumes back. They said I don't need to send the costumes back but that I cannot get a refund for the other costume. WHY? Their refund policy clearly states refunds within 30 days, I ordered these less than a week ago. I had to ask for a refund FOUR separate times! This has been so ridiculous and I will never shop here again. Terrible customer service and their quality is not worth their price. Shop elsewhere...
