I get you have a brand image, but this is just soooo annoying to read when you are trying to get real help and real customer service.
Their site had a malfunction when I tried to enter in a code for Cyber Monday. I asked the customer service rep to help apply the code. They responded saying they do not price match. It wasn't an issue of price matching - it was an issue of a system malfunction *on their end*
I even sent a screenshot to the rep showing that the code was valid yet did not apply when I paid.
So beware! Check the totals that are being charged to your card vs what is showing on the website. With the code, my subtotal should have been $75.49, yet my email confirmation showed a subtotal of $83.88
