THE DOLLAR AND A QUARTER TREE IS THE PITS! IT CONSTANTLY SHOPS FROM ONE STORE WITH NO INVENTORY! GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND FIND A BETTER WAY! THERE ARE SHOPS ALL OVER THE PLACE, AND YOU KEEP WASTING OUR MONEY! INSTACART OR WHATEVER MAKES MONEY; THE SHOPPERS GET TIPS; WE LOSE OUR COUPONS AND THEN HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN TO FIND WHAT WE WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!
THE ONLY (AND I DO MEAN ONLY) GOOD THING IS THE SHOPPERS/DELIVERERS ARE NICE AS THEY CAN BE! IT IS A SCAM THAT BENEFITS THE COMPANIES, NOT THE CUSTOMERS!
There has been no heat at Dollar Tree in Reno NV for over a month, the employees and customers are very cold! Dollar Tree on Plumb Lane! So sad situation for everyone!
No matter the time in the afternoon that I go to the Dollar Tree on James Island, SC, it is NEVER open. I have gone different days and different times, and every single time, there's a hand written part sign on the door saying closed.
Marvin is an employee at the Grand Island Nebraska Dollar Tree store I went to his line he was angry because I had a return that another employee took he told me to get into her line and she was not even in her line to help people and he made a big episode in front of the entire store which was full of people stay away from Marvin
I have been trying to empty my cart for months. I Can't delete anything at all. No customer service for this issue.
First of all dollar tree raised there priceless
I did not agree with that but accepted it now they they are cutting back on there food instead of 1lb its now 12 ounces I will be shopping else where
In Utah, a "Brand New Dollar Tree" is a beautiful site to behold (clean floors, organized shelves, properly dressed staff and adequately stocked holding area). Shortly, it succumbs to shoplifters, unsupervised children, filth and no loss prevention staff. The un-stocked product grows in the back, which includes refrigeration items that don't get out.
The product that does get put out for purchase is so disorganized, it makes me wonder if the employees can read or count! Items have become a scavenger hunt and one my stumble across a "find" in an unrelated area of the store - it's frustrating!
Apparently, there are no Regional, District or Local Managers for Dollar Tree (or their affiliate stores) that actually come to see if they are running productively. And that's the shame!
Texas, Nevada and Utah are the only states that I've been where each has very differently run Dollar Tree/ Family Dollar/ Greenback All A dollar businesses. And of course, I'm aware of the "Ghetto" placed store differences in the Northside, Eastside, Southside and Westside.
So... What's the real deal with dollar tree and not getting product out?
This store is one of my favorites I go to this store at least twice a week it awesome love it meets my every need so affordable I went to live in Hawaii and the first thing I looked for there was dollar tree I asked where is dollar tree when they told me they never heard of it I was like really what a disappointment thank goodness for dollar tree here in the states kudos to dollar tree
I ordered several cases of different products back in July. I received some of the order, but most of that part of it took quite a while even for them to dispatch. One order was missing an item, which I reported at the time, and nothing has ever been done after months of waiting. Two other items were cancelled by email today, no reason given, after waiting since July due to the items supposedly being out of stock. Now that their website says those items are in stock, and might have been for quite a while for all I know because I hadn't checked for a while, they suddenly cancelled with no reason given.
At the time of ordering, they had free shipping, which they don't have now, so I would have to reorder and pay a lot of shipping, and I can't help but think that is why they cancelled after all this time when their website says they now have stock.
Update - It's almost a month later, and dollar tree have never replied with an explanation of why they waited to cancel my orders until they had the items back in stock.
Dollar tree apparently does not put my safety first.
No masks, no money!
There is a contagious disease floating a around, and this policy is ridiculous.
7TH ST. SOUTHLAND TERRACE, LOUISVILLE, KY. MARGARITA (CASHIER) MEDDLES & KEEPS UP CONFUSION WITH HER CO-WORKERS & CUSTOMERS, TO THE POINT THAT THEY GET VERY LOUD & ANGRY WITH HER IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR CHRIS(MANAGER) DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. IT MAKES PEOPLE FEEL LIKE STAYING AWAY FROM THERE. NOT A GOOD THING
The value proposition at Dollar Tree is an illusion. First of all, on multiple occasions I have not gotten what I ordered, instead, it was a smaller/fewer ounces container of the same or a poor substitute. This is a big deal when you are a charity ordering 100's of something only to get half the product you paid for andoften times of poorer quality. Shipping is another problem, you place an order, and they say ground shipping is going to be over two weeks, so you pay extra (a lot) for expedited shipping, only to, when you're lucky, receive the product in 3-4 days with a ground shipping label on it, or worse yet, they profess that your order is on its way and that it must be 'lost in shipping', and then when you finally get it, the shipping label indicates it left their warehouse days after they said it was already on the road. So these issues are consistent, not anomalies, and when you call Customer Service it takes multiple phone calls adding up to hours telling multiple people how you were ripped off, and even when you get them to say that they'll give you a refund, unless you call back several more times to pressthem it will never happen. Dollar Tree is genuinely the worst company I have ever done business with.
I bought 14 ribbons for one dollar and twenty Five cents each. TODAY my daughter went to exchange the 14 ribbons but they only gave her 50 cent credit for each ribbon instead of the full amount. That means that I lost 75 cents for each ribbon. So instead of exchanging what I paid for I had to get something that costed 75 cents less therefore I lost money. Their explanation was that they had to give us what it was half price for each item. There is nothing on the receipt nothing in your policy that states this about holiday items. She said that she was not supposed to do anything with holiday items except return the amount that the item was at the time of the return which was half price. This is not fair to the customer so who is getting the extra money? In addition, we had to add 50 cents to get what we were getting. Don't mind it's changing items as your store does, but your store does not have a sign about seasonal items that we cannot exchange it for the item amount that we paid for it. It is not written anywhere in the store, on the wall, on the items themselves or either online either. We had the receipt. The ribbons were still in the package unopened. So you can put them on display next year and use my money!
Is very unfair and I would not recommend the Dollar Tree for anything this one anyway. This is the Dollar Tree on Steiner way in Grovetown, Georgia. Store number 7384.
This store needs HELP. I constantly see the same mgr open til close daily. Seen one female unloading multiple truck ALONE while supposedly Corporate ppl there just standing around talking. A Billion dollar company should be ASHAMED!
The staff were extremely caring and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and safe. Providing us with all we needed we really appreciated their help.
If you need some cheap stuff, this place is the place to go. Most of their stuff is very low-quality, but what do you expect for as low priced as they are.
I walked in the store Miss yonnie greeted me told me she was at the balloon station if I needed help to let her know. The store was quiet then Renee the freight manager from Wilmington North Carolina started screaming at Miss yonnie I asked the cashier what was the matter I told her I don't know Renee was so disrespectful to the cashier it makes no sense then she came back took her till down and told her to clock out I met with Miss yonnie briefly outside the store and got the manager's name and also the store manager Dylan something need to be done with Renee how she talks to her employees. Miss yonnie is a very hard worker she's always there she always have a smile on her face when she leaves and Dollar tree will be sad and this is the store military cutoff road and Wilmington North Carolina. I only gave it three stars because of miss yonnie
I am really amazed at the number of great products the dollar tree has to offer. I am sure I visit one of the many in Delaware at least twice a week. Great resource and nice customer oriented staff.
If you dont have money or want stuff that doesn't last long. You have to waste your time getting through all the crowded aisles if they even have what you want. Cheap products and cheap food
This is the perfect store to find 'just what I needed' for daily household items, as well as presents, art supplies, pet supplies. I like knowing I will find what I want at really good prices.
Answer: It means you have to buy a certain quantity, full stop, and they each cost a dollar plus tax and shipping, or free shipping if they send it to a store.
