I bought a i phone 5C for my granddaughter for christmas recently. I decided to activate it to make sure it was all the seller said it was. It activated just fine, the problem is it doesn't keep time. It runs 5plus hours behind, wifi doesn't hold, I requested a return with no word from buyer. It is easy to charge a persons credit card, but hard to get people nowadays to admit they got a problem, I have decided for a few reasons that it is not a good season to sell or buy on ebay. Buyers & Sellers catch a bad rap. If you are not a big name, you probably don't get your item out there before you have to relist, more fee's. Auction style listings is just a license now to steal expensive products. People bid on your items and then don't pay, or claim they thought it was new. I just came back to ebay, and I will be leaving just as quick. I will pay my bill and delete my listings and close my account. This is not the season to support any business, that is shaky about supporting you. I will take a loss on the phone purchase and list it on another marketplace with truthful facts and the bigger loser will be the seller, who's reputation won't hold water as news travel that his or her products are indeed questionable. I am a vendor, who moves products, and work with people who also sold on ebay for years, but outrageous fees or too many problems pushed them right out the door. Ebay is a large marketplace, so you can expect problems down the road. I just assume keep it small, and have a say in my product.

I have shopped at target here in Dover Delaware and have always had a wonderful experience and found the employees to be exceptional customer service people. It is one of the places I love to shop at.

I am really amazed at the number of great products the dollar tree has to offer. I am sure I visit one of the many in Delaware at least twice a week. Great resource and nice customer oriented staff.

I did all my Christmas shopping for the toddler grandkids at TJ Maxx. They have a great assortment of toys and other gifts at good prices. If I want something different, I go here.
They also have great customer service and I enjoy my visit there alot.

I go wherever there is a Kmart. Can always find something to get at Kmart. Great prices and lots of sales. Never had a problem with Kmart and really miss the one we had in Dover Delaware.

I signed up for a 14 day trial in which I had to set up a credit card in the event I wanted to keep it. I wasn't happy with the channels and I removed it from my feed and list after 3 days. They have since tried to bill my card after contacting them to let them know that I didn't have any need to keep the service. I saved all email from them including my confirmation of cancellation. They still tried to bill my card, which is unethical behavior and I feel it is my duty as a consumer to report it.

Years ago I would buy kindles, games and order stuff, but now I feel they are over priced on some things I like. In the app sections to download a free smoothie app, I clicked on a picture of one I like and up popped a fee to get it. I uninstalled it. We recently purchased a vitamix which included quite a big recipe book. I am not happy with most games. They are poor quality and consumer has to make at least one purchase to review an item. Hogwash. I would purchase a movie or something every once in a while, but I wouldn't purchase something like I have in the past.
The customer service is decent, I just dont care for some policies they have.

I need to locate prior marriages and divorce certificates for my government license. So I decided to try this agency a acquaintance told me she used. Big mistake. The fee I selected was 9.95, they billed me 59.95. The information they got upon review was the basic name and address of myself of course.

Each highlighted important information I clicked on had nothing, but a generated note to the right with some 72 hour mumble jumble. I emailed them with my disappointment of lack thereof, and walloh, they responded with some 48 hour mumble jumble, gave a ticket numble.

I have been dealing with walmarts for years. Great products and great customer service and support. Have made a few large purchases and never had to exchange.

I was billed for a inadequate background check supposed to be $9.95 a month. My credit card was billed 22.95 at a little after 4am this morning. The information didn't even have all the information I was told I would receive and parts were very inadequate. Reporting them, sent email and will cancel my card as soon as I speak to my cardholder normal business hours. Don't give them your information, they are totally dishonest.
