Stay far, far, far away from this company. I have been ATTEMPTING to deal with them for three months, to no avail. I ordered a ring, followed their instructions, received it - MESSED UP - and have not heard one word from them in compliance with their so-called warranty/refund/return. They pretend to be from China or somewhere, but their office is in Las Vegas. They don't even answer their phone or texts, aside from countless emails. They advertise on facebook, which is how I found them. Don't even bother with them... spread the word.
I cannot recommend dealing with this business. They are unreliable and deliberately play games. I have been waiting for my August check for two months, and they are well aware of it. I am also now waiting for my October check.
I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO SICK OF THIS COMPANY IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE PITS! THERE IS NO BRAIN AMONG THEM! IT TAKES WEEKS TO GET ANYWHERE WITH THEM AND MONTHS TO GET THE "REWARDS"!
Forget instacart! Forget publix! All they do is screw-up! They make no effort whatsoever to correct the mistakes! It is absolutely infuriating since this is their business! So much for their "promises" to make it right! WRONG!
Originally, I thought it was a nice place with competitive rates - no; clean; the only difficulty I had encountered was the limited access - l0:00 p.m. cutoff (not too beneficial for moving) - but that turned out to only be the first.
Update - I can't recommend the company, but Manager Audrey (Jax.) gets FIVE STARS from me!

Check all the reviews first.
DO NOT send your pictures to Walgreens to be printed! They will give you trash time and time again! All you will get is wasted time and wasted money spent on pictures that are not any good! Onward to the competition - of which there is plenty - which HAS to do a better a job! They certainly cannot do any worse!

Guideposts has resorted to commercialism and false advertising. It has also fallen into the hands of idiocy. HUGE disappointment! The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. One of those hands needs to be chopped off!

THERE ARE SHOPS ALL OVER THE PLACE, AND YOU KEEP WASTING OUR MONEY! INSTACART OR WHATEVER MAKES MONEY; THE SHOPPERS GET TIPS; WE LOSE OUR COUPONS AND THEN HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN TO FIND WHAT WE WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!
THE ONLY (AND I DO MEAN ONLY) GOOD THING IS THE SHOPPERS/DELIVERERS ARE NICE AS THEY CAN BE! IT IS A SCAM THAT BENEFITS THE COMPANIES, NOT THE CUSTOMERS!
