I ordered a dog seat belt in December 2019. It is now November 2020, and still no parcel. The tracking states nothing has been shipped, yet when I enquire I get responses saying it's in the way. Clearly it is not. They then try to give me a measly 10% off for my inconvenience on future orders. Like hell I'm ordering anything else! Do not buy from them, I'm guessing it's a scam!

Scam
July 6, 2019

12 weeks after I had placed my order I contacted for a ship date. Turns out the order was "stuck" in China but they could send me a discount coupon for something else I would most likely never receive. They make their money sucking up freight charges and not sending the order. Stay away from this place.

I ordered a pair of paw earrings and a bracelet paid over $27. What I got was plastic and cheap metal. I also ordered 2 t-shirts one was iron on not screened the was a full size smaller than marked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They also tricked one my orders to add an item I did not want. First they said they'd refund the amount but didn't. I am still waiting over 2 weeks. I complained so they gave me an additional refund. I will probably never see them. They never answer their phone or return calls. This place is a scam!

I have contacted this establishment more than once in regards to my three items. The fact a receipt never arrived AFTER making the purchase was a red flag BUT i gave it the benefit of the doubt. Its been days since inquiring on my three safety belts. I will also be filing two more complaints in regards to this companies conduct.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY
September 25, 2020

I ordered a "free" dog seatbelt with $9 shipping in January 2020. Yes, I know. I'm dumb and I fell for the scam. In April, I disputed the charges on PayPal and got a response saying the package was delayed because of high response but it was on the way. So I canceled the dispute. Mistake #2. Fool me twice.

So now it's September. I have emailed them once a week since August 2020. I got one response asking if I wanted the item or a refund. I said refund. They said someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm still out my $9, and received nothing but headache from this terrible company.

This Company is a SCAM

I was $#*!ered into an ad on Facebook that said they were giving away free dog seatbelts. After visiting the site and placing my "free" order I found out I had to pay shipping. Ok fine so I sent money through pay pal. After 5 months of not receiving my item and several emails to their "contact us". I opened a pay pal complaint. Once pay pal got involved I promptly received their excuse email of how my order fell through a crack. They offered me a refund or some free gifts from their site and I responded saying I really just wanted my order I'd been waiting so long for. They agreed in the pay pal open case that they would send it out immediately. So pay pal closed the issue. Here I am 3 months from that and still nothing. Worst company ever. Disgusting customer service.

I ordered a small handful of paw earrings from this place. It said it would be up to 40 days to receive the order, so I waited. Nothing arrived. Contacted customer service and they apologized that somehow the order had never been processed or sent. They refused to refund me but promised to re-process the order, and that it would be 20 days for the new order to arrive. A month later, nothing. Again, they said somehow the order hadn't made it to processing, and refused to refund me. Wasted three months of my time and stole my money, they obviously never even intended to send the order in the first place. Total fraudsters. They deserve to be shut down.

I recently ordered several books and thought I would receive hard copies. When I discovered that my order was processed for a link to download an online version only I requested a refund. This request was processed in a very timely manner. I will purchase items from them again in the future as I can be confident that I will be treated as a valued customer if I have an issue with my purchase. Thanks DogPawty!

I ordered a customized dog tag in November. Never received it. After 2-3 emails to customer service I finally was able to have it re-ordered. It was suppose to take 2-3 weeks to ship. Still have but recieved it.
Emailed a week ago about the status and no response. Asking for a refund. Hope I get one.

I had ordered my dog a leash but he passed away unexpectedly a few hours later and so I emailed them to cancel the order. Despite describing the situation to them they said that they couldn't do the refund because they don't give refunds. If a company doesn't give refunds don't trust them.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I'm never one to leave negative reviews unless I've genuinely experienced terrible customer service. I ordered the pair of dog paw stub earrings that are always on the "sponsored" ad on Facebook. I submitted my order on Aug. 9,2018. There have been 11 emails exchanged for that one order, all of which I am asking when I'll receive the earrings that never arrived and Dog Pawty repeatedly promising they're "on the way." It has nothing to do with the fact that I paid $6.99. It matters that a company takes your money, and then never sends you the product, and completely stops responding to your emails. The last time they responded to me was on Dec. 12, and I've emailed them twice since - no response. Don't waste your money.

Ordered a dog collar on 1st June when they promote a free collar, end up paying around $8. Today is 13th August and I still have not received the product. Have complained 3 times, after the 2nd time you guys admitted a problem that caused the product not been sent. You didn't offer any worthy compensation. Just a voucher towards purchase to replace the unsent product, I asked to just resend the product now. 3 weeks has passed since then, I sent another email and no response.

I am having the same issues everyone else that has left a bad review is having. I originally got the wrong collar size and have exchanged 10 emails with customer service to get the correct size. I got emails asking for pictures of my order, my name, my order number and my address. The original picture I sent them had all of the information in it that they had asked for. So, did they even look to see that I got the wrong size? They repeatedly said they would take care of it but, would never commit to a date or any other action to correct it. I chatted with the original owner pictured on the About page and he told me he had sold the business over a year ago. I didn't ask for any more detail, just apologized for bothering him. This is a seriously broken business model that drop ships everything from China. If your order isn't correct the first time, I believe you are sadly out of luck! I do not recommend doing business with them.

Great Products!

I received an orange collar that lights and we love it! It's so dark after 5:30 pm in the winter months and my dog is chocolate brown. With this lighted collar you can't miss us walking.
Great prices, I have already recommended to a couple friends.

For $9.99 plus $6.98 shipping from China, I had ordered paw print car decals and a pendant. 6 1/2 weeks later, a tiny totally flat envelope arrived with 2 small stickers enclosed that may be worth at best $2.98 and no pendant. Total rip-off! I did send them a message on their website, but expect no response in return. Chalk it up to a relatively expensive lesson, considering I basically received nothing. I should have checked out the reviews first before trusting a merchant advertising on Facebook.

Dog Pawty sells fun things at low prices, not high end jewelry. I've purchased several items and was happy with all of them. Their merchandise is definitely for animal lover. They have pieces that are in memory of dogs we've lost and they're perfect. Touching but not sappy.
Delivery is prompt.

We've got a Golden Retriever who resembles an enlarged chicken nugget, it would seem he is oblivious of this comparison which could be why he has no regard for his safety while lumbering around the bushes. Regardless the reasoning, we are more concerned about hungry coyotes then he is, so it is really nice to have eyes on him while he is performing his perimeter checks. I also made a typo when inputting my shipping address, so I contacted your customer service, they were quick to answer and very helpful. It was over-all a great experience, I would order from you guys again.

I placed an order on December 6,2018. It's now January 25,2019 and still no item. They try to blame the volume of orders they received on that item for the delay when in reality it's the cheap crap they make and ship from China that's the cause of the problem. I emailed customer service who asked me to wait one more week because he was certain I would have it by then. Yeah, ok. Waited and still nothing. I'm now waiting for my refund because this "company" is a joke. They should be upfront when you order and say if you need this item anytime before the next 3 months then don't order bc we get our crap from overseas and they take forever. I will take my business to a USA company where I can track it and know it's actually going to arrive in a reasonable amount of time.
