I was excited to place my order for the "Premium Seat Belt" however upon receipt, I couldn't have been more disappointed. I immediately reached out to Dog Pawty for a resolution only to have my countless attempts to get in touch with someone completely ignored. It wasn't until I started commenting on Facebook that I heard from someone. Believe me when I say that those responses were a complete joke!
Picture #1 is a picture of the packaging that the "Premium Seat Belt" came in... notice the return address... Banakok, Thailand. Pretty sure it's Bangkok but what do I know?!?
Picture #2 is that of the "Premium Seat Belt". I have a 30 pound, five month old chocolate lab puppy and that seat belt wouldn't hold her for the time it took to strap her in. It is not safe. I cannot believe that Dog Pawty is putting their name on such a piece of junk. I've seen straps in toy strollers that are stronger and of better quality than this.
The 3rd photo is that of a seat belt I got on Amazon. As you can see, it is made of much better quality and is much safer for my pet.
The 4th picture is the apparent physical location of Dog Pawty, however, the products are shipped from Banakok (see above).
The 5th picture is an email from the supposed CEO of Dog Pawty. When I responded I got a return email about a potential virus... yay me! Anyhoo... I can guarantee you that Mr. John Willards does not want my testimony in his precious portfolio as the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I've been demanding a full refund for weeks now, but get this... I had to provide Dog Pawty with pictures of their poorly made product. Why do I have to send a picture to prove what they sent is not safe? Now I have to wait... yet again, for my request for a refund to be "reviewed by a manager" but I should hear something back in 24-48 hours. I won't hold my breath.
Trust me when I say that I will spread the word about the lack of customer service as well as the poorly made products that Dog Pawty is peddling.
I only gave Dog Pawty one star because I don't have the option to a negative rating. This company needs to crawl back under the rock from which it came. Such a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and order from Chewy or Amazon. You'll have your order in 2-3 days and the customer service is much better.
DON'T DO IT! ORDER FROM CHEWY OR AMAZON. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL FARCE!

This is my honest and true evaluation of my entire experience with Dog Pawty! I ordered two of the LED dog collars from Dog Pawty. I have a 1 year old pekenise, and a 13 year old Yorkie. My pup is not afraid of anything, especially cars, and my elder guy thinks every car is going to stop and take him for a ride. ;) I live in a pretty rural area of a major metropolis, and have tried many 'glow in the dark' dog collars, leashes, etc... When I came across you LED collars I was especially intrigued! As I said, I ordered two, one orange and one black with white light. I have to tell you I am incredibly impressed! I LOVE the feature that I can change the light from various speeds of blinking to a solid color! I feel so much more comfortable walking my dogs, or even just having them playing in the yard at night with these on. Often, I specifcly turn them on to the quick blinking feature at night when my dogs happen to instinctively know my husband will be arriving home from work. He loves that he can see them when he pulls in, as we don't have any outdoor lighting in our driveway other than the lights over the door. We're often asked by our neighbors who also have beloved fur babies where we found this awesome product because these are so unique. They have withstood the subzero temps of Minnesota winter, which this year is especially impressive as cold as it has been. We haven't had any issues with batteries not working, dogs being bothered by the lights, etc... I should add that my Yorkie has never ever tolerated any sort of collar and or leash, and typically will not move if he has a collar on, but this one he does tolerate very well! He acts as if he doesn't have anything on, which speaks volumes as to the actual comfort of the collar! Thank you for making such a suburb impressive product! Also, although I have not has any issues that I have needed to contact Dog Pawty, just the ordering process and follow up by your company customer service has by far exceeded all expectations! I know that if I were to have any future questions or concerns they would be handled quickly and professionally, something that has become obsolete in our progressive culture.

* Also, I'd like to add... I truly love this product, and am considering ordering a couple more for my neighbor and friend who has two elderly Labs who frequently have free will to roam our small neighborhood, and I am always concerned that since they are older and slower someone will be driving too fast and not see them. The only reason I haven't is that I would need to ensure that their owners would actually turn them on and off.
