I placed an order on December 6,2018. It's now January 25,2019 and still no item. They try to blame the volume of orders they received on that item for the delay when in reality it's the cheap crap they make and ship from China that's the cause of the problem. I emailed customer service who asked me to wait one more week because he was certain I would have it by then. Yeah, ok. Waited and still nothing. I'm now waiting for my refund because this "company" is a joke. They should be upfront when you order and say if you need this item anytime before the next 3 months then don't order bc we get our crap from overseas and they take forever. I will take my business to a USA company where I can track it and know it's actually going to arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

As a dog lover and caregiver, finding this wonderful online store was a pure treat for me and my wife. I love the offerings and the easy reading emails are informative and unobtrusive. So far, everything we've purchased from them has been spot on with quality and pricing and some of the exclusive items were truly beautiful. I highly recommend checking these guys out. The customer service is good as well and the people working there just seem well... nice!

This company never delivered my item and lied to me that they delivered it to my old address. My father-in-law owns that house and he lives next door to it. He has been remodeling the house and assured me nothing arrived. This poor excuse of the company just told me that I was out of luck. The bad thing is that I ordered this item months before I moved. After waiting for a long time, they said, because of demand, it would take forty days for it to arrive. Well it never did. Mr. Murphy, the customer service person I wrote to, must not have read my emails, because I gave him my new address two different times. I also said I wanted my money back. I will not buy from this company again and I have prevented four other people from purchasing anything from them as well. Here is a photo of what I did not receive!

I fell for the free adjustable paw print ring ad and paid for the $6.99 in shipping. It definitely took longer than 40 days and when it did arrive, the head of the ring was snapped off. This is the first item I've ordered from them, which is such a terrible first impression.

Order is supposed to arrive within 40 days, it took 65 days. When we emailed customer service they responded within a couple days and took care of us.

However, the easy protect dog seatbelts that they promote talking about the number of car accidents a year and how this will protect him, built for small and large dogs, and highly durable was not.

You can see in the pictures that the End clipped to their harness or collar broke just from them pulling a few minutes into use. One also unclicked from the seat belt, no matter which seatbelt we tried in our Dodge Ram. These happen with two 45 lb dogs, one lab, one shepherd.

I ordered the Glow-in-the-Dark paw necklace. After more than two weeks it finally arrived from Hong Kong. Well it looks nothing like the photo on their Web site. Worse it doesn't really glow in the dark. You can barely tell it's "glowing." They don't accept returns for products you're not happy with so I'm stuck with a cheap trinket necklace I could have bought at any big box store. Definitely not worth the advertised price of $24.99. I only paid $6.99 for shipping which is about all this necklace is worth. Junk.

I was looking for something special for my beloved Gizmo who was with me for 13&1/2 years before I had to put him down due to cancer, that he never showed any signs of having. He was such a happy baby, even at the vet he was wagging his tail till the end. I was so heart broken and still miss him dearly. I found Dog Pawty and searching their items, when I came across the Paw necklace that glows in the dark! It's very beautiful and I love it so much! It makes me feel like he is protecting me through the night, I have not taken it off since receiving the package. It arrived in a timely manner and they did not disappoint me at all! I will definitely order again! And highly recommend this site for your fur babies memories and keepsakes!

There was a oversight with my order, so I contacted them. Their quick response, apologies, and resolution was guaranteed. Not long after, I received my purchase. In business, theres always going to be mistakes at some time or another, but not all of them feel responsible for customer satisfaction. Well, the lady that helped me, Anna Gibson, with customer service, went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved. My daughter loved her necklace! My recent purchase from Dog Pawty was a tremendous hit in my neighbourhood... Rocky can now be very clearly seen at night and also during the gloomy and foggy mornings and evenings in this winter period. He loves his new collar and walks with pride knowing that he can be seen by all... bit of a show off really!
Only problem that I had was that the catch to fasten and unfasten snapped when it was taken out of the wrapping... this may have been caused in the postal system as the manufacturers packaging was rather on the flimsy side... but a trip to the local repair shop and I soon bought a replacement. Although they did say that it looked to be different sizes on the two sides of the fastener.
