Just like others I paid $10 shipping fees for a sol called 'free' item and was told to wait it can take 40 days. 60 days on after numerous emails to them nothing. They sent back one email asking me to supply info which I had already done, email address, Order number and so on. I even sent them a screen shot. I ordered two amber collars, which were nothing like what was advertised on the website. They came in some weird Chinese packaging, with no Dog Pawty logo, and no English. They smell artificial, and unlike amber. I was also supposed to receive some free dog paw earrings, as part of a promotion, but I never received them.
Really liking our glow collar! Minnesota winter (short) daylight makes reflectivity a necessity - Im walking my dog in the dark before and after work. We get a lot of comments when we use the collar- it shows up!
Placed two orders with dog pawty now. Delighted with both. My dog loves her new coat. Size chart was spot on. Great fit on her. Looks good. Received well within timescale also. Happy to use this company again.
Offer for free battery operated glow collars was just that. I paid approximately$10 for shipping and got two sturdy collars which keep my dogs visible and safe when on early morning and evening walks. Thank you so much
The fact that the collar we're free is AMAZING! I love ours and my bulldog loves it. The 3 settings are easy and convenient. I've had mine on multiple times a day for many months and I've yet to change the battery. The light is bright and beautiful. Was cute on Halloween, Christmas and everyday. I feel much more safe at night land my dog who stays close prefers to be off leash when possible and this is possible at night now. Thank you guys so much for the gift of safety and fashion for my dog
This has to be the one of the worst companies I ever tried to order from. I ordered a harness 2 months ago (mid October) and it hasn't shipped yet. Each time I try to contact them, I get a generic email that says this:

Have ordered from these guys a few times now first items were free just paid shipping. Product arrived in good time and worked well. Especially love the ease of use of the seat belt dog lead so quick and easy to secure my doggies in the car. Also the light up dog collars are awesome help me keep track of the dogs in the forest especially at this time of year.
They were giving away harness for dog... you still had to pay something... received the harness after weeks of waiting... measured my dog and ordered a med size... well I am not happy with this at all for it doesn't fit... looks cheap and was a waste of my money...
I first ordered a "Life Companions Paw Print Pendant" in memory of all my furry friends that have crossed over "Rainbow Bridge." I hung it by my bed side and found it a wonderful sort of touch stone to remember all the great times I had with them. Recently, my brother and sister in law had lost their dog and a cat. I bought another one for them and although a tearful gift, it brought them great joy as well. It truly is a special and unique present to anyone who has loved and lost a true best friend.
I ordered one of the light up collars and a seat belt. I just love the collar we have a black lab and he's hard to see at night so this was a perfect fit for him. Also the seat belt keeps him from seat hopping but still allows him room to move and to put his head out the window. I did had an issue of not receiving my seat belt but contacted dog pawty and their response time was quick and they resolved the error in a timely manner. I will order again and would recommend their products.
I bought a 'light up' dog collar from Dog Pawty recently and its is amazing! I have a large puppy that comes with me to my livery yard every night and because it is winter it's very hard to keep track of where she is.
The collar allows me to see her straight away and gives me peace of mind.

I bought seat belts for my dogs and are trip was much easier since everyone had to stay close to their seat and not help me drive. They were priced good and certainly worked as expected. I use them all the time

I absolutely love the light up dog collar that I received from Dog Pawty. I ordered it in neon green and it really stands out on my black dog. It makes a big difference when walking the dog before sunrise or after sunset and I like that the collar has blink settings. My experience with your website was wonderful and I check back regularly to see what new items you have. I will definitely be ordering again!
Stay Away from this Company!
I ordered stuff over 2.5 months ago and never received it. 5 emails and a week later, I keep asking for a refund and they completely avoid my request and start offering me random deals/the same product. I have asked numerous times for a phone number to speak to someone directly, and naturally, they avoid that request too. It is bizarre. Either they cannot read or I am talking to a robot!

Was not sure about ordering the "free" necklace but thought I would since pay shipping only. It took several weeks as comes from overseas but worth the wait. Ordered another one & it got delayed but the company was very good at updating me. Glad I ordered these as good memory keepsakes of my 2 dogs i recently lost. I will order again but just allow plenty of time for receiving it.
I am overall very pleased with Dog Pawty. I purchased 3 LED red dog collars for my 3 grand-dogs as Christmas gifts this year. From the feedback of one son, he REALLY liked it. Unfortunately the collar broke at the clip area shortly after its use. The staff responded quickly to my inquiry and is sending out a replacement collar. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism in which my inquiry was handled. I would shop here again!
A few months back I ordered the Rainbow Paw Print ring during a special sale. I basically had to pay the shipping and got the ring for free, which was awesome! I am always a bit skeptical of jewelry because I wear it continuously and it tends to scuff/tarnish/wear off. This ring has far exceeded my expectations.
