DHL IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! The DRIVERS NEVER FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND THATS $#*! UP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORST. I HATE DHL AND I HOPE I NEVER GET MY PACKAGE DELIVERED BY YOU GUYS
I had A very expensive package being delivered to my home. I live in an apartment where you need a pass code to get in and…unfortunately, the passcode box is broken …. So I, (being well aware of this) …. Gave specific instructions on how the driver would be able to deliver the package…. Simply when you arrive call me so I can let you in… simple Right!… the driver shows up, sees the broken box and decides to leave with the package which also was and still is very time sensitive… so im upset cuz im in the house twirling my thumbs waiting all day! So when i realize What had happened I called the customer service number and im telling you! Not once, not twice, not even three times but I spoke to seven different individuals …. 7! two of which hung up on me! 3 of which offered me no help at all…. One gave me a fake email address! Then finally someone told me it will be redelivered the next day (She also Verified that there was a note explaining to the driver that the call box is broken and you have to call the customers cell phone number)…. So that was fun! Then today now being the "Next day, and of course again im twirling my thumbs all day and nobody shows up……. So i call again…. And again…NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHERE MY PACKAGE IS SO I CAN PICK IT UP!
IF YOU LIKE BEING pissed off and irritated DHL is the way to go… il never ever …. EVER! Buy from a vender using this crap bucket of a company! And if i can save someone else from their terrible service by writing this review I'm am honored!

DHL lied about delivery attempts. They never came to my house and they said they tried delivering but no one's home. LIAR
I called the customer service many times for help. They guaranteed 4 times to deliver my parcel the next day. Each day I ended up being so frustrated, here is what happened: Sep 21: I request delivery on the next day and it was confirmed by DHL. Sep 22: I waited at home the whole day but no one delivered my parcel, I called the customer service and the rep said it would get delivered tomorrow FOR SURE. Sep 23: I waited the whole day and no parcel, called again and the rep PROMISED the next day delivery. Sep 24: NO PARCEL again and I called and asked for a manager, the manager named Ruth GUARANTEED it would get delivered on the next day. Sep 25: GUESS what, today is the Friday and still no parcel. I called and the supervisor on the phone said they could only deliver my parcel on the NEXT Monday.
Its fair to call DHL Liar at this point right?
The specialist at DHL is like a joke. They sent you a scripted email and asked me to wait 2 days for a simple feedback on my parcel. Two days after, they sent you an email saying they closed my case becuz my "parcel is with the courier and it would be delivered today
". BUT where is my parcel, LIAR?
DHL is a joke. They lie and have many excuses why they can't deliver my package and still waiting. Joke
I left directions for delivery and it did no good. DHL set delivery time and delivered much earlier without changing delivery time.
Asking lots of document by saying that they are needed by the Customs and other depts, but actually, Customs and those other depts ask nothing.
What a terrible experience no sense of urgency and professionalism! No sense of delivery very delayed service!
Unacceptable! They never gave me my box. They never come here. And they sent this back. Unacceptable.

Really bad customer service. Even managers were very unprofessional. I would not recommend to use this company at all.
Do not use this company. Packages sit in their facilities for DAYS and end up damaged. I have lost numerous customers because of them.
A 4 day courier service from Mexico to the UK, it took 22 days! No refund, pity there isn't less than 1 star.
I feel that if the agent helped me evaluate my parcel, like other shipping companies, it would not have a problem at destination.
After constant complaining, they finally contact driver and then only we came to know that by mistake pakage was delivered at neighbor backyard.
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
