They took two parcels from me to ship to Belgium and Germany. Both of them after 3 months returned back to me fully damaged and ripped. Nobody responds for claim forms and all the time staff are away. I gonna apply a complain against them to the court.

Additional charges added

I have recieved text messages requesting additional funds. The message appear like fraudulent phishing messages but where actual addition shipping charges. They give inaccurate cost and add charges while in transit and dont deliver until you pay additional costs.

Delivery Problems
January 4, 2022

My package was supposed to be delivered today. I was tracking it and everything was going fine. I saw the truck park outside my house. It sat for about five minutes before I got a notification saying that the delivery had to be changed and then the truck drove off. I had to select to have to delivered tomorrow - which I hopefully actually get the package tomorrow. It makes absolutely no sense when the truck was parked right outside my house.

Liars and horrible delivery services

An order from Harrods was to be delivered before Christmas, I tracked it consistently and when it said delivered I was shocked to see an image that was NOT my door. I live in a complex with multiple buildings. Each building has its own address. And each building has the same condo door numbers but in different numbered buildings so yes they delivered to the right numbered door but NOT at the RIGHT address. So the door looked very different. My door had a different pattern carved in the door. The locks on the door looked different. The door number was in a different location. There was a ring doorbell on my door and NOT the door they delivered to. I sent them a photo of the door they posted as delivered to and my door explaining the difference. I kept receiving those cut and past emails about they were researching it. And each time I replied with the images of the wrong door they deliver to and my door. Finally they came back with the investigation that they had delivered to the correct address HOW ODD were they BLIND. So I had to investigate myself. There are 197 units in this grouping of different building numbers. So I had my walking shoes on. Two buildings up from my building at the WRONG ADDRESS I found the door they had snapped in their original proof of delivery. The occupant did have the package and from the way they reacted was probably going to keep it. To make matters worse for the horrible DHL delivery service not only could they NOT read the proper property address, they could not read the instructions I had placed on the original delivery from #Harrods The instructions stated it was a back building not a front building. They delivered to a front building at the wrong address. Then they lied about it. Never use DHL, they have a bad reputation for a reason. User's recommendation: Never use DHL

Horrible company
December 30, 2021

I ordered a package with express shipping Dec 9, with expected delivery Dec13-16... in plenty of time for Christmas, as it was a gift for my brother who lives far away. Shipping was included in my purchase, yet I was told my package was on hold unless I paid an additional $25 in taxes and duties... DHL is the only company that seems to need extra fees to deliver. Fast forward to today, Dec 29 and I STILL haven't received the package, even though I reluctantly paid the additional fees... they basically robbed me of my money, and my gift, and the multiple times I have contacted customer service, they just tell me it's coming... why should anyone pay for express shipping ++ if this company can't actually deliver? Absolutely horrible experience, and sadly I will not purchase anything from anyone who uses DHL... EVER.

After having my package in their facility for 5 days and also late for the original delivery date I called to find out why. After being on hold for over 30 min i got a guy on the phone who had no clue what was going on he kept tell him it had been sent to usps and to track it there on the usps website it shows they have not yet received the package.

DHL is the worse shipping provider. After paying thousands of dollars for a plant outside Canada, the shipper DHL did not do their job to deliver on itine. It's almost 3 weeks now and by the time my plants arrived, they will all be dead. Please do not ship with DHL. Seriously they charge high like 200 dollars more for a package that is lost along the way. Nobody is taking responsibility to help customers. All their employees are by the hook but no services provided. I will not ever use them to ship again.

The Worst
December 16, 2021

I'd give zero stars if I could. You people are the worst at delivering packages. Everything take 2 to 3 times longer than any other currier. Even when you pawn off the final leg of the delivery onto the USPS it takes forever for you to even deliver it to them. If it wasn't for other people shipping something to me using DHL I'd never let them touch a damn thing of mine. Absolutely Worthless!

Worst customer service experience i have ever had

The worst shipping experience i have ever had. Their customer service is so poorly trained i was told something different EVERY time i called, i probably spoke with about 8-10 people. For some reason they were unable to deliver my package due to incorrect address, even though it was correct, and i've had to go pick it up myself. Their agents lied to me multiple times and made no effort to make the situation easier for me. I was extremely nice the whole time and never raised my voice or blamed them for the issues. Working at a call center, you expect the bare minimum- such as leaving notes, consistent training, and kindness. I had to explain my situation each time i called and the agent did the most to get off the call as quick as possible- including lying so i would end the call. It's quite embarrassing how poorly trained their employees are. I hope i NEVER have to have a package shipped by this company.

My outgoing parcel has not been collected despite DHL giving me 2 separate time windows. On facebook & Twitter no response to my question 'when will my parcel be collected?'. Not good enough DHL if you cannot provide the service that you advertise perhaps you should withdraw from the market place!
Update: This ended well DHL pulled out the stops and collected and delivered 4 days late. My opinion is that DHL can do it but seriously need to review their systems of communications and management. The person who collected did apologise for the delay.

Worst company for international courier... worst company for international courier pls do not use this company at any cost and pls stay away from this company...
Personal item diwali cholcates for sister... not even worth 30 pounds... ask me to pay duty 89 pounds which is 300 percent... more than 1 month the parcel was on hold... really made very difficult and started even everything is right... made there own assumption it is business parcel and started demanding import paperwork... pls I request pls do use dhl.co.uk... really bad company and worst experience you will have and also you have to pay more... dhl india advisor also worst... they replied uk dhl is different and india dhl are differnt both are not one company... playing games both UK DHL AND INDIA DHL...

Never use this company pls honestly i am truth and honest... pls do not use this company for international letters, parcels or packet or any document... anything do not use this company... it will get lost or they will have it or they will hold it, you will use your money as well as packet or documents or they will demand more money worst people

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
December 1, 2021

Package was on hold Nov 29th called to get it resolved they said no action needed package will be delivered and of course nothing was delivered. Called again next day to complain they wrote a ticket someone one call me and let me know updates to release the hold. Nothing happened no call receive then I called throughout the day 6 times and each representative which was HORRIBLE at helping me said the exact same thing. Now on dec 1st I called again they said supervisor will call you 3 times and I am still waiting for the package to be released. On top of them 4 out of the 10 representatives hung up on me while I was talking. DHL worst shipping carrier on earth.

What a poor service
December 1, 2021

I send a package to my niece (5 YEAR OLD)
I Pay 125 dollars from Switzerland to Mexico.
They destroy the childrens shoes and say they wont give it because they were not new. The shoes, and all the items where nice packed in plastik bags (they opened every thing and make it dirty to say that they were used. This shipment was not to cell it was a X'mas present.
They wantet to gel money to give the mother of my niece the package.
Very sad for your service!
Never again!
Now they are returning the package to Switzerland and they just said: I send used things...

Unreliable and slow
November 28, 2021

DHL quoted me for delivery of items from London to Australia in 6-8 working days, collecting on Tuesday 9th November. DHL did not collect my items on the 9th November. The earliest I could rebook collection was the 11th November. DHL did not collect my items on the 11th November. I had to take the items to a DHL location on the 12th November. It is now the 29th November, 11 working days later, and the items have still not been delivered to their final location. DHL's communication has been poor throughout.

I have weird consistencies with quality when it comes to DHL. Whenever I order one of my model kits from Thailand, they come in as fast as a day or two later, with no issues whatsoever. Lets me consent to contactless signature release, too. Notifies me when it arrives in the country, when it's leaving the office for delivery, etc.

But. Every experience outside of Thailand is an absolute nightmare. Was supposed to recieve a package on the 21st from Germany. Was not aware it was coming yet, and was never told they'd tried to deliver, and never recieved my package. So a few days later I check the tracking. That's when I found out the delivery "could not be completed." They have not attempted to redeliver, customer service does not work, as every inquiry I make that involves inputting my tracking just redirects me to the shipment page.

Redirecting delivery won't work either, as it redirects me to a page with a language I don't recognize.

Now I'm stuck on a late saturday, all offices closed at 5, obviously no office are open Sunday, and since it's been a week since come Monday, they're likely going to ship it back to the seller before I can get to the office.

DHL SUCKS! I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE DESPITE DHL LYING ABOUT DELIVERING IT! THIS COMPANY DESERVES 0 STARS! I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE GOTTEN A PACKAGE ON 11/24. IT WAS ALLEGEDLY DELIVERED TO THE "WRONG ADDRESS" AND WHEN I CALLED ABOUT IT NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. DHL ARE LIARS AND THEIVES! THEY'RE UTTERLY INCOMPETENT AND DESERVE TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOREVER! I LOATHE DHL. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THAT BULL$#*! $#*! COMPANY AND PRAY IT GOES BANKRUPT!
