I ordered clothes off of a website "shein" and usually they ship through ups but recently they changed for whatever reason to DHL and I am highly upset and dissatisfied with that. My ordered was to be delivered to my front porch and at least have the courier acknowledge that they were here to drop it off. But instead no one ever came up to my porch to drop it off I was sitting with the door wide open waiting and received a message saying my package was delivered. I was very confused because I was sitting right in front of the door and did not see anyone walk up drop off a package or anything. So I was thinking maybe I just didn't see and got up to look but I was right no one had came up to my door even my neighbor who was outside at the time said no one had came up to my door. I tried to reach out to customer service and they were very dismissive and rude about it so not care to look more into why my package was put in as delivered even though I had not received it. She just stated that I would have to take up putting in a claim with whoever the products came from and left the chat while I was typing. I had a gut feeling that something was up with this business and sure enough this proved that. I would never recommend anyone using this or getting anything delivered through DHL if so choose to pick up your items from a local warehouse.
As you guys can see, they gave me number to call their team. Nobody gave me answer about my shipment. Called them since9 to 3 in a evening. Waiting for their call. Cut the call without listening me. No supervisor or no manager to hive clear answer. They are just sitting in a customer care and transferring my call here to there. I used express service, this is even not regular service.
I send gift to my wife from USA To india on her birthday DHL Sending email I need to pay custom they send me 3 different amount of custom. When ever I try to talk with DHL customer service in india they are so rude and not helpful service they told me I need to pay custom and DHL will charge me extra handling charges I wouldn't go with DHL again So much Bad service

I posted a suitcase from Germany to Portugal in August. It's now 3 MONTHS LATER and the bag, full of warm clothes, is still missing and I'm cold.
The online tracker states the bag is in a German distribution centre. I spent 90 minutes on the phone to find out what happened to the bag, and got through to three different people. They either forwarded me onto someone else, who hung up, or hung up themselves. Words cannot describe how shocked I am by how TERRIBLE DHL IS! I submitted my claim via their online portal to report the missing bag. It's been three weeks and still nothing back from DHL!
DO NOT TRUST DHL WITH YOUR BELONGS! THEY WILL LOSE YOUR STUFF, AND THEN IGNORE YOU. UNFORGIVABLE!
They urgently needed to send a small (minimal by their standards) package of documents from the United States to Russia. We paid $ 156, the delivery time was set to 6 days. Tomorrow, according to their terms, it should be at the addressee, and the package is in the intermediate center in Portland in the United States. The employees have any complaints about the contents of the package. Inquiries are answered, we will inform you. Tomorrow turns a week, and they report everything. A few years ago, a friend had exactly the same story. No documents were found.

They claimed I refused my package and that they would try again in ONE WEEK! I was home at the time t hey attempted to deliver and they did not even knock. Every single person I spoke to gave me a different answer and told me I had to wait 90+ minutes for a manager to call me back. And then I told it would be the next day that someone called me back. I still do not have my package.

Got this message around 3 hours after the website was stuck telling me I would be the next stop.
"We're sorry but we haven't been able to deliver as our driver was unable to gain access to the delivery address"
As far as I can tell this means the driver couldn't be bothered delivering my parcel or didn't have the time.
Now I have to pick it up from a store as they won't redeliver on a Sunday.
Completely useless, I wish Halfords would use a different delivery service and I have never had a parcel on time with this company.
Avoid, you will regret DHL
DHL IS HORRIBLE. THEY DELIVERED SOMETHING A TUB TO MY HOUSE. THE DRIVER WAS ON HIS CELL PHONE THROUGH OUT THE DELIVERY. HE PULLED DOWN MY POWER LINES AND CABLE LINES FROM MY HOUSE. HE GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO HIS SUPERVISR TOLD ME TO CALL AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. SINCE THEN I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO DHL NUMEROUS TIMES AND NOTHING. IM STUCK WITH THE BILL!
The delivery of the product will take atleast 2-3 months on top of the exorbitant customs charge they bill. The service lines are always busy but no one is actually on the other side. The service is horrible and they copy paste the same message over and over. It would be nice if they actually cared about the courier service instead of laundering money in random charges
DHL is the best example for what the 1960s will look like. Every process of their is manual. The phone lines are a gimmick but there is no actual service. And their charges for shipping the product is more than the cost of the product itself. Here's a clown hat DHL it looks good on you. Stop with this absolute foolery. People will find out one way or the other. 0 stars if possible

I had mobile phone delivery scheduled for Tuesday and was home all day on that day, driver never ringed(I only saw missed call after) and i got a message we did not reach you. Supposedly they could not ring intercom (if they read simple 1 sentence instruction on intercom it would work). So I used their system to change to pickup at Dublin DHL service point hoping I can pickup EOD. Then just called them to confirm that, but they said it will be next day so we rescheduled for deliver on next day instead. Next day i check tracking and they sent the item back to Belfast, saying delivery attempts exceeded! (sic! One attempt so far). Called again they said they send it back to me but because it's in Belfast will be back in next 2 days, now it's day 3 and the last status update is yesterday arrival to Belfast. Called them and in the morning and they said they'll work on it, but nothing changed, and i doubt I will even get this tomorrow (fiday). I selected express
Delivery as I really needed device before holiday.

This is the second time DHL has absolutely mis-delivered my package and when I call in, I get told someone is going to call back within a few hours but no one ever does. I called in 3 times and got the same answer and still no package and no call back. I'm in Canada. My name is Marshall. I live near Orangeville and DHL is absolutely incompetent.
Waited all day for a delivery and it was attempted at 7:30 at night. I was at my location but they just left and never delivered. Said location was closed but it was not. Lights on, cars in parking lot. REALLY? Called customer service and no one cal help. Everyone said I need to send a message to my manager and they will call you back. No wonder they no longer operate in the USA. Only deliver international deliveries. No idea how they are still in business.
DHL is a portal to Hades, a place where parcels, common sense and delivery service dies. I ordered merchandise from Europe, waived the mandatory signature requirement on the parcel and was told it would arrive Oct 15th. It didn't. It got stuck 45 minutes away and they want me to pick it up! I never agreed to that, the vendor never arranged for that…DHL did this all on their own. I'm not making a 90 minute round trip drive just because DHL can't manage to put the box on a truck. Oh…one of their customer service people promised delivery to me by Oct 20th and I even received an UPDATED DELIVERY email confirmation from them. Did it arrive? Oh no. It remains untouched in Santa Ana, CA and today I was told THEY COULD NOT DELIVER IT, I MUST PICK IT UP. Well guess what? I'm not doing that, I already paid for delivery. I'm filing a chargeback request for the merch, getting my money back and giving up on the order…I have more important things to do than appease a delivery courier that cannot deliver! Common sense is not common enough and DHL has apparently set the customer care bar so low you need a shovel to see it. Truly pathetic, they store freight rather than deliver it.

Ordered something online (food) that was suppose to be delivered within 3-4 days with DHL. It took a week before the package even arrived in my country and 2 days in a row the tracking site kept telling me "your package is expected to arrive today between 2pm-6pm" but as the day passes by it will keep on canceling the delivery and show "your delivery is on hold" on the tracking site.
When contacting the supplier (because thats what they tell you to do) they are not even able to track the package properly because DHL is not giving them any information.
Now idk about you but this "please wait another 2-3 days until package arrival" is kind of insane to me when it was already on its way to my house 2 times now!
There is no other way for me to contact them about this either, if theyd let me know where the package was I wouldve come to pick it up myself at this point.
The supplier was so kind to send me another batch just in case this one got lost, but seeing the state of things and how the second package will have to be delivered via DHL as well is concerning.
If you are a business owner, DO NOT use this shipping company. I am never buying again, simply because of the shipping company choice.
This is the worst delivery service I have ever had to deal with. I am only giving them a 1 because 0 is not an option. I have only had to deal with them twice and both times have been ridiculous. 1st time they could not find my home so a week later i still have no package. The driver did call and ask if there was an alternate place he could leave my package, so i had him take it to my sisters place of employment because he just happened to be right across the street. 3 days later, same driver had a package to deliver for my neighbor. Instead of trying to find her home, he took the package back to my sisters place of employment and asked if she could drop it off with my neighbor! Now i have another package out for delivery and its over a week late. I have been calling and cannot get any answers as to where my package is or when it might be delivered.

Have $4000. 00 worth of uniforms that was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday 9/8/2021 and we are sitting here on Friday 9/10/2021 at 6:34 and still haven't got them. They have been saying they are coming since Wednesday and we have a football game Saturday! Worse delivery company ever! Will request to never use them ever again!
