Exclent service

Normally i tell my suppliers not to ship by dhl because they are shocking to use but recently they have improved parcel arrived in-country at 6 am they told me it would be delivered the next day but it wasn't it was delivered same at at 1 pm. very good service dhl

HORRIBLE!

The workers are lazy and don't ring the doorbell when delivering. There's no communication at all and the customer service is very difficult to get in contact with. Don't Use DHL!

Parcel shipped to me from St-Petersburg, Russia to Toronto, Canada. Parcel arrived in Toronto in 2 days. 10 days later, still waiting to receive! First they wanted a copy of the commercial invoice (already included by the shipper). Next they wanted a customs declaration for value (already provided by the shipper). Next they insisted that I pay all duties before delivery (other shippers who care about customer service usually delivery the parcel and send a invoice afterwards to collect duties). Now, my parcel is still in limbo with no delivery date specified. Do yourself a favour and use another shipper. This company has terrible, terrible customer service! G

Bad company!

Why is this company still in business? My package has been late for three days plus I call there company to locate my package they did and promise that it would be delivered the next day. Still no package. Why are local business still letting DHL handling there delivery services. Please someone needs to get this company in checked… plus I still never received my package. Angry customer

Unprofessional

This company is so unprofessional I was suppose to get a delivery from this stupid DHL company and it says it was delivered and I looked outside no package and no one seems to help me considering the item I ordered was international never again DHL customer Service was even horrible and they're not helpful

The worst possible service a company could have in the entire world would be DHL Germany. And I am from Pakistan a 3rd world country, and I can proudly say we have better service. Please if you can find other services do so. DHL has a good monopoly in Germany, but it is soo bad. I always had a bad experience with the delivery of products.
I don't know if this is DHL or Germany or the drivers for DHL are just stupid. I was asked to show my ID for package handover, and i had shown him my ID on my mobile, he said to show me a real one. I mean I get the card and original things. But come on wake up are you living in your 40s and 60s still? Are you that backward that you can not understand and so bent on things that you won't change? I asked him i could show you the bill for the item and receipts i got from my seller, it will prove everything. No ID should be original, lol. By original you should say ID should be in hard copy, because digital we do not accept in Germany because we don't believe in digitalization and we call ourselves a paperless country. The hypocrisy is on the rise here.

Well It is not I ordered a top secret official document to which I had to give signatures, retinal scans or my cards of verification, it was small item, for god sake DHL update your rules and services.

Since covid, the will not deliver your package. They hold your package, charge you a fee without notice. When you pay the fee your package will be held for days, if not ever released. Mine has yet to be released. I paid days ago.

DHL does not deliver
August 3, 2021

The packages I ordered via DHL never arrived, I didn't get the correct communication (I got messages that the package was delivered or nobody was home, while I've been waiting at the door) and after they $#*! up all you can do is wait. Because they can't tell you where the package is. Sadly some companies still do business with DHL and therefore doomed to have DHL helpdesk on speed dial.

Shipped package to Europe ~$46; customer refused package; cost to get package back ~$194!
YES, 4+ times original shipping cost. Impossible to reason with them, they just keep reciting their information about the package, which contradicts their original information about the package. When their service works things are good, but when something goes wrong look out, they will take you to the cleaners!

Absolutely useless customer service! Bunch of complete buffoons who couldn't locate the side of a shipping freighter on a dry dock, with GPS, road flairs and smoke signals, if it fell on them! They can't figure out what either side of the a$$ is doing (I'd say the head but seeing as they have no bloody head or brains a double a$$ will do). I don't have much love for many couriers but the utter and blatant hatred I have for this company would put Westboro Baptist church to shame and clamoring for my autograph and to lead their next sermon. If a meteor came down and struck DHL headquarters I would host a giant rave in celebration on the still burning wreckage, rejoice in the knowledge that this skid mark of a company would hopefully collapse to infighting as the warring DHL factions lay claim to the rubble of their service (HA!) points, outdated technology, pass it on techniques and general structure. The end of the melting pot of mediocrity and uselessness would put a smile on my face and fire in my heart that I would pass on to the next generation.

Not a formal/upstanding corporate company. They wanted me to come out for a interview in person. Upon arrival, I did a 10 minute walk through with plant supervisor and we discussed the job, they told me to get back to the agency and sent me on my way. They informed me to reach out to the lady that sent me to move forward with hours and a job position. I got a call 2 hours later that they weren't going to move forward and didn't think I was a good fit. I'm a wonderful citizen of our community and and a wife of 2 kind hearted children. I believe in building up our economy and community and was excited about obtaining a job opportunity. If your needing help for your company and want good customer feedback this is not appropriate business practices. God bless and may you have a change of heart for your future business. This world is built upon a foundation of good deeds. Honestly is policy. Be kind

THE DRIVER DID NOT CALL OR RING THE DOORBELL, JUST TOOK A PHOTO FROM THE DOOR, AND SAID THE PARCEL WAS UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED.
I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RE-DELIVER THE PARCEL BUT THE DRIVER JUST LEFT THE PARCEL AT THE COLLECT POINT. I WAS THE WHOLE TIME AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.

I and my friends have lost our packages multiple times due to the irresponsibility of DHL workers. We live in a building with about 30 households and DHL usually just leave the packages at the building door and call that "delivered to recipient". Most of the time the people are nice enough not to take our packages, but sometimes some people did. This is so frustrating because we were not aware of the delivery since the shippers didn't always ring our bells, and when we noticed that the goods had arrived, somebody had already stolen it. On the other hand, DHL customer service is useless when it comes to lost goods. They don't seem to have any better information than you do. They just ask for your tracking code and get the exact same info that you already have. If you try to blame them they will always say they will have someone to call you back, but no one will ever call.

I wish online shops did not use DHL for shipping. I have never had a positive experience when having purchases shipped via DHL. They have got to be the SLOWEST carrier in the universe! I am currently anxiously awaiting the arrival of 3 packages that were shipped from CA to CO and so far they have ONLY been 20 days in transit! MERCHANTS, IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! DO NOT SHIP VIA DHL! Your customers will thank you.

DHL are a complete waste of time twice in 3 days they have lied to me about a delivery twice they said it would be delivered and twice they said I was not in and missed my delivery I haven't left my house for the last 5 days but what is annoying is that I rescheduled the delivery to the 20. 07. 21 on the 15. 07. 21 yet they said they tried to carry out a delivery on the 17.07 and the 19.07which are total lies I will look forward to asking the courier a how i missed a delivery when I never left the house

Sent a package fro the US through a third party shipper with DHL EXPRESS. Package was sent to Brazil and it was advised by the tracking information that it was going to be sent back. After 9 calls in a week and talk with different departments, process was not reverted as promised and any information why the package was sent back was never foretold. Constant in DHL, customer service is aggressive, violent and rude with poor people skills. Most of them repeat a line several times with no explanation whatsoever and no resolution. Filed a claim but because package was sent through a third party shipper, they are the ones who have to file a claim. Talk with them and they are not willing to do so. DO NOT USE DHL if you want your package to be delivered correctly to your destination.

I literally never got delivered something to home from this company besides the fact that I was waiting inside for the delivery. They must pay very little to their drivers as they never ring the bell and just leave the notice. Not mentioning packages being sent back to the sender for no reason and in less than 7 days after the abovementioned "delivery". Terrible. Avoid at all costs if possible.

The worst delivery company working in Portugal a real fraud and terrible service took advantage of England's departure from the European Union to apply absolutely absurd tariffs and customs services. Do not buy anything that is delivered by DHL!

A headache
July 8, 2021

Every single time I see a parcel shipped through DHL I know it's not going to be a smooth process. From being late all the time to somehow being unable to find an address that has never been an issue for any other shipping company. If you actually choose DHL to ship through for your business you are definitely losing customers.

At least with DHL I've never had a parcel stolen. So that's a 1 star!
