I bought an item in Germany on the 29th of may. It was delivered to dhl on the 1st of june and scanned.it was scanned on the 3rd of june and finally on the 07th of june at beladung Germany. I have had no updates since. When I contact dhl they tell me to talk with the seller. I want to know why I have to contact the seller when dhl have signed for this item, it is supposed to be in their hands and control and the seller has absolutely nothing to do with the item when they take control. They are lying and trying to put the blame on someone else. I want an investigation in to this mongrel pack of lying thieves so this does not keep happening. So far this item has cost me $1500:00nzd, over a month and no word of where the item is and dhl do not give a toss. They are as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike at 100 k
De har levererat mitt paket till samma felaktiga leveransadress 3 dagar i rad. Därefter säger de att de lämnat ut det till en random person utan att tagit legitimation och därefter säger de att de hittat paketet men av olika anledningar inte kan leverera paketet och nu har det gått totalt 16 dagar och jag har fortfarande inte fått min leverans.
They text notify me about verifying for no contact delivery. Then text me the following day stating my shipment was going to be delivered by END OF DAY. I place instructions for the dumb $#*! driver, since there's bad theft in my neighborhood, here comes 9:11pm and no package. Proceed to call them and make a complaint and the dumb $#*! representative hung up in my face. Trash $#*! customer service. Called back again to speak to someone HIGHER up, just to be told i have to wait 90 $#*!ing minutes for a call back. This delivery company needs to shut down ASAP. I don't play about my packages, ESPECIALLY WHEN I PAY EXTRA FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY.
I live in a small town in Germany. As everyone, i am ordering alot online, and most of the deliveries are coming by DHL. Every second delivery is left at post office ( even my wife is all the time at home) because personell is so lazy it is hard for them to come to 6th floor WITH ELEVATOR. I am so angry on german DHL, and happy covid is done for now, so i dont have to order anything online anymore.
Last March I sent a parcel from DE to Hungary. As a private seller, I had all documents, proof and insured 1004 value till 500.
DHL stole, or and damaged it: got a letter that your parcel is destroyed!
And more rudely, I got explanation that it was my fault not to wrap it correctly! 100 percent lie, when I confronted them by facts, the watch had 2 hard cased, wrapped in an standard amazon pack, they shut their mouth but found one excuse after another... Each document we uploaded was lost and needed to be 10 times uploaded! After 6 months, they said sorry the case is closed, it was only till 500 insured hence we won't pay any cent!
I don't know how such parasite exist despite laws,...

I needed this package for work! The driver didn't even try ringing the doorbell. And even after calling customer service they failed to deliver it. The customer service rep. And the driver clearly didnt care to get the package delivered. Had to decline and have it sent back to China. Absolute idiots.

Exporters who use DHL do so to save money, not realizing they are shooting themselves in the foot as DHL are absolutely the slowest at delivering by a long shot. Will be asking companies who they use for delivery in future and if it's DHL, they will lose that order

Delivery driver lied said they delivered package never even came in my complex. Called customer service they said they were sending driver back before the last route at 8.9 pm comes no package. Called customer service spoke to four different people they all lied and gave different info. I run a business and had to miss out on items customers requested because of a drivers lack of integrity and true customer service. I will avoid this company and stick UPS. Never again horrible!
How DHL ruined my wedding!
I have been planning my wedding for more than 8 months now and it's supposed to be held next month. My wife and I are interested in the Pakistani style so we have ordered our wedding dresses from Pakistan as they are handmade. After receiving her dress we came to know that the package and the dress are damaged... imagine the wedding shoes were cut open, dress stitches were removed and damaged package got punctured with more than 20 openings! Now tell me how may I stop my wife from freaking out basically her wedding dress is damaged now... this will be the last time to use DHL and yaaaa btw we won't get any refund back not even for the shipping as the shipping was done through a carrier so basically. My wife is gone mad, our wedding may be delayed, money loss, and no refund for anything. I really hope that DHL closes soon I don't recommend sending anything with them as they not trustworthy, and experts in making your life hard, and ya the call center that a different story they will keep on taking you into loops and loops and will treat you as if you are a slave!... if you want my opinion just don't consider DHL as you will regret it!

DHL LOST my package I had to keep calling them they did not send me a email to let me know that it was misplaced they also told me I need to contact the sender when they were the ones who lost my package they could not refund me they told me to reach out to the seller numerous of people have been filing a complaint with DHL due to so many missing packages I believe the driver stole the package this is so sad I also will be filing a complaint with the Board I also ask to speak with the supervisor the agent told me he is not available he will call me back so careless and no type of sympathy to the person stuff they just lost its not fair I will be reaching out to the news this place needs to be SHUT DOWN this has happened on more then one occasions they are just hiring anybody to work and do the job but someone is stealing people things this is very unfortunate and not fair I cant stress this enough I would NEVER recommend DHL you all should be shut down for all the missed packaged.
I ordered a product through Amazon.com, which ended up being shipped from Europe. Of course, the seller chose to use DHL to ship the product. DHL stated that they made repeated attempts to deliver my package. It was marked, Delivery Attempted, Lost, and Delivered. A few days later, I stopped by the local post office to check my PO box. The package was apparently left unattended in the lobby of the post office, and the post office staff kindly made a note of it and allowed me to collect it. How does DHL even exist with such sloppy service?
Well... I ordered a costume for my daughter from China.The costume was done on time and I paid $40 to have it shipped within 3-5 days with DHL. I have already ordered from the same company 7 times, my address has never changed and DHL has delivered to me every time.
This time a message popped up saying that they couldn't find me? I haven't moved... why couldn't they find me now? I called customer service on Friday and they guaranteed me that it would be here by the end of day on Monday... 12 days later. I stated that it had to be because my daughter needed to wear it tonight.It is now Monday night, my package is not here and no update from DHL.My daughter will miss being in her show.If I would have known I could have picked it up.Its too late now.

This is the pathetic company you have sent me the package from. June 1 - They say that recipient not at home - This is a lie. My entire family was here. June 2nd I called in the morning and they promised me they will deliver on 2nd between 4 pm-8 pm. I took half day from work and when I called at 7 pm to check they told me that it will not be delivered. I asked to speak to the supervisor and no response from anyone. Today, June 3rd I again called them and they opened the ticket and a person from the station called me and said that it will be delivered immediately It is 5:30 pm and when I called them they are telling me it is not out for delivery and it will not be delivered today. Like stupid, fool I am missing my work for 2 days and they seem to care least... Customer service representatives are pathetic, rude, and arrogant. No one cares and no sense of responsibility and reliability. Every call I get different answers. I still do not have the shipment and can not afford to miss a single day of work. Never had such an irresponsible and horrible experience in my entire life
DHL SUCKS! Communication is horrible, drivers are incompetent, inconsiderate, and suck at managing time. If you're looking for you package to be delivered at your direct time time stamp, I suggest you take your business else where. Package was shipped DHL but to be delivered by USPS. The package just sits at one DHL locacation for 5 straight days with no movement. Then gives the excuse of bad weather and poor road conditions. It's May 19th and being as I'm only 1.5 hrs. From my package location there isn't any snow or bad weather conditions on May the 19th! This place is a joke!
I shipped my items and clothes from Egypt to Canada. First, the bags were delayed 33 days from the date that was agreed upon. Second, the bags were searched so poorly that the clothes arrived very dirty. Third, and most importantly, they stole a lot of things from my bags. Many clothes and personal items. Unfortunately, you are a company that doesn't have any credibility in dealing with it and there is no insurance on the shipment. I spoke to customer service in Egypt, they didn't give me any solution, and in Canada as well. Can you tell me how do I get my stolen items back or at least do an investigation on how they disappeared, or at least offer some kind of compensation as a last resort... I'm missing stuff estimated at around $ 560!
I will never repeat dealing with DHL again. I do not advise anyone to deal with them, and I will publish this review everywhere on Social Meda so that those customers dealing with you will be careful
First, DHL couldn't find my townhouse for 3 straight days. Finally on the fourth day some genius put it into a GPS and they found it. I live 1/4 mile off a major highway in the center of an established town and it took them 4 tries. When the package arrived it was damaged from being thrown on and off trucks for four straight days. I returned the package for here in New Jersey to the shipper in England for a replacement product, $240.00 pair of shoes. They shipped a new pair. That was two weeks ago. The package is sitting at a DHL facility in Ohio for over a week, long cleared customs. After spending waaaaaaaaaay to much time on the phone just trying to speak to a live person when I finally do the answer I received was that "DHL is currently receiving a lot of packages from Asia that are holding up the deliveries. So apparently the company that sold me these expensive shoes in England are less important than DHL's Asian customers. Or maybe it's just an excuse because the package probably got lost or damaged or stolen by one of DHL's hard working, honest and sharp minded, customer service orientated employees (Sarcasm totally implied)! Bottom line, if your a business and you are looking to ship something to your customer, keep in mind that DHL in all likelihood does not care about YOUR business or the needs of your customers. If you are a customer who is consisting a purchase from a retailer, I explore you to check and see who their shipping provider is. If the answer is DHL ask yourself if buying that item is worth the absolutely painstaking hassle you will probably have to encounter waiting for that stupid yellow truck! Even though there is absolutely no way I can blame the seller of the product for my experience at this point do I still even want their product? And I'll I hesitate to purchase from that company again knowing that I may never receive my product because of DHL? Ask yourself! Is your business valuable to you? Do you really want DHL ruining your bottom line by driving your customers away with their poor, poor service. Funny, it took about 80 years, but I think DHL is firmly helping Germany rid itself of the reputation of being thorough. DHL... do the world a favor and fold like the Third Reich!

Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
