I odered a 8.29 pound smokey quartz crystal ball from ebay. It cost me 300 dollars. And dhl lost it somewhere in the abyss. It's now two weeks past the delivery date and dhl declared it lost last week. But me not wanting to give up just yet, called dhl again. This morning a CS rep would say nothing more then it's been declared lost over and over. She would answer any of my questions about how it's even possible to just loose a package? I never got an answer. She just kept saying it's been declared lost and to call the shipper to get a refund or a replacement sent to me... first of all I cant get a replacement hello mother nature isn't just gonna pop another one out for me! Its one of a kind! Second if there was a replacement why the hell would I want dhl to handle it for me again?!?! They are the worst shipping company ever and I've been telling everyone to not order anything from anyone who ships through dhl! I hope karma finds them all!
One of my packages I never received. They delivered it to the wrong address. A driver then contacted me and asked me to go retrieve it myself. Then they are saying I went online and asked for my next package to not be delivered. So now my kids won't have Christmas. Terrible service! Will never order from shein again. Can't even get a refund for the package that never got delivered.(-)
They claimed I refused my package and that they would try again in ONE WEEK! I was home at the time t hey attempted to deliver and they did not even knock. Every single person I spoke to gave me a different answer and told me I had to wait 90+ minutes for a manager to call me back. And then I told it would be the next day that someone called me back. I still do not have my package.
DHL is the worst service provider. Unethical, unhelpful staff. I had a pleasure time at the couriering office but later I got to know I was fed misinformation and was completely mislead. My receiver was forced into paying €150 to get the parcel… ridiculous and I hope they are made to shut down because that's what they deserve. They're not even worth the 1 star
Wow. We paid $220 dollars to ship a 7 pound package to the Philippines. They did not communicate with us regarding the status until it was seized by customs. Now they want $500 more and paperwork submitted that we are not able to fill out. DHL Philippines told us the package would be abandoned and that we shouldn't even bother trying to fight for it or submitting the required paperwork. The package contained supplemental vitamins to help my aging in-laws. We will never use DHL again and want to warn anyone who reads this to not use this company.
Optic Planet uses this horrible place for shipping. Has zero updates, OP offers free shipping and this is what you get. Unknowing this when you order. Then it shows in commerce for 5 days and I'm one state away. BS.
I lost my package, Very important package that was shipped from india from my parents. It could cost like 400$ and a lots of afford. CS ppl are very rude. And just hung up the call. That's not even my address i gave for delivery. And they lost my package. And said i lost it.
The shipment delayed and no one in the call center help you or give you a reason, even they can't fast it. I shipped from 12 March from Cairo to Canada.
Till now the shipment didn't reach and still in Germany (frankfurte).
Why you take a lot of money
Don't use! I have been waiting over 3 months, and find out they sent two parcels back to the US. They had my address, my mobile number, my name and instructions to deliver, but after no communication, they send my parcels back, as they left a digit off my home phone number and said they couldn't reach me. Rubbish! They tell me they can't pull me up on their system, despite having all my details. I have to run around finding some order number, and do their job for them. Hopeless, disappointing, time wasting. Terrible system.
Our small village in Somerset uses a very small printing company in deepest Cornwall, and it always sends our order with DHL - Exeter hub. Info re receipt, dispatch and deliver times are given by email and text, and are accurate to the minute. I have to give the service 5 stars after this week - order placed on Thursday afternoon, job completed and collected by DHL on Friday, and then delivered to West Somerset at 10.30a.m. Today, Saturday!
Send legal documents from Sydney to Frankfurt. It has taken 6 weeks. The person delivering my parcel to the law office could not find the building or the sign of the legal team. On large building with 6 names of the front door could not identified by the person delivering the documents. Parcel was returned to Sydney within 4 weeks.
Documents had to be resigned by the authorities at a cost of approximately $ 400,00. Sydney to Canberra 3 times and additional fees of $300 to the German Authorities. Just because the person delivering it could not see a 5 story building in a well known street. He even did not use the phone number written on the documents but left it with the Post Office without contacting the law Firm. I will not attache photos or documents as this would be to embarrassing for the people named on the documents.
And I have all documents available if so required...
Sadly our company is using this terrible shipping company. My package has been sitting in FL for 4 days and that is not okay. I have clients who are waiting on their packages. If i do not receive my package by tomorrow I will have to report my package as stolen by DHL. My job depends on you and sadly we cannot afford to use you anymore.
I'm not sure why any company would select DHL to ship products to their customers. Tracking shipping is very lacking to say the lease. It appears your shipment hangs out at each facility for 2 days before moving to the next. What FEDEX and UPS can deliver in 3 days literally takes them 10, if you're lucky enough for them to not lose it.
Forth time of failing to deliver different items on from different senders, I'm sure that the senders are just as fed up with the sub standard service provided by this invicient company as I am, forth time of receiving 'Sorry that we missed you' When I've actually been at home each and every time! This has happened on four consecutive occasions! Shockingly bad courier service that doesn't even deserve the the one star that I was forced to provide them with!
DHL will hold your package hostage until you pay their ransom, except they call it "fees." These fees are completely unknown until they charge you. And if you don't pay, you don't receive the package. So they can charge whatever they want, without explanation. I contacted them several times asking for a description of the charges I incurred, and they haven't answered any of my emails. Never use DHL, and never buy anything if the seller ships using DHL.
Never, never delivered a package home. They always say "You weren'tat home". Today they returned the table back! Tree of us were at home... I lived in 4 countries and never saw such irresponsible post anywhere. LIARS!
I order stuff from Amazon or Etsy all the time and have never had an issue getting a package from any carrier except one time from DHL. They said they came to my door three times and I never had any kind of note or letter on my door stating that they had been there. I hadn't seen this package show up so I tried to figure out where this package was come to find out DHL had destroyed it. So instead of just leaving the package on my doorstep they send it all the way to Kentucky from Florida to destroy it. What senses does that make. Just leave the damn package on my doorstep like every other delivery service and take a picture proving you drop it there.
I was constantly calling to get them to redirect my parcel *******4902 and was charged in excess of £25 on my next phone bill. Quite possibly the worst customer service I've known. They come across as complete amateurs and SCAMMERS!
For some reason the handbag I ordered used this horrible service. No live tracking, just repeatedly longer estimates into the future with references to "delays." Supposedly, it will arrive 9 days from the day I ordered, which I don't trust, b/c again, no live tracking. How could a big brand use this terrible service for shipment within the United States. I'm planning to dispute this transaction with my credit card company and never buy from the company LeSportSac who cheaply used this useless service.

Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
