Dhgate has done well for me and I've had pretty good experiences thus far. Customer service from the sellers has been well and I've been able to track my purchases easily. Too bad shipping takes so long but it is free on most purchases.

When you order something from DHgate be sure the currency exchange rate reflects current rate. For example I was about to buy something from 545 USD they asked me to pay 760 CAD, when I checked the current rate, figured out my current rate should have been 740 CAD. By 2017-04-26
Customer service also confirmed the rate, when I asked them without telling my order number, see how much in China, csr said 740 CAD, than I gave them order number asked why 760 CAD. They said beause of the new policy?!

Due too living in Canada it was approximately 25 days for the item to arrive.
(Snail Mail) But there was an option of paying for premium mail which was an extra cost. I went with regular delivery & tracking number was issued by seller.
I was easily able to track my item and also viewing where the item was located in the world.
I do recommend all consumers to do your research before purchasing any items online.

I bought a tablet recently from DHGate and the speaker stopped working so I received a partial refund as I thought that would be fair now the unit has stopped working after this (only 2 weeks after receiving the unit) DHGate have said it is my fault for not asking for a full refund prior for not working.
This company in no way looks after its customers and I have been left with a unit that does not work a really upsetting horrible experience.
The reply seen below by DHGate is a standard reply they actually do nothing about it the reply is just for appearances to be perceived as a fair company which they are absolutely not.
I have done everything requested of me by DHGate and still they run me in circles and have not refunded my money this has been on going for over 2 months now.
