Do NOT ORDER

I ordered two dresses here for my friend who is getting married. I am a bridesmaid and when I received the wrong color dress the first time I gave the benefit of the doubt but this website has no support or standards. I am out $200 with TWO WRONG COLOR DRESSES. Sellers don't respond and website customer care is giving me the rum around claiming I have to download load Google Chrome browser in order to upload pictures to their faulty website. I emailed them evidence directly and then they said I had to contact seller and get them to agree to give me refund!? No word from seller and it's been over a week! So upset and feel bad for my friend. I'm going to post everywhere not to order from this horrible website. We have since gone to davids bridal... and found much better quality dresses and customer service.

Buying clothes online always comes with doubt and skepticism, but with DHGate, all your worst fears are confirmed. I bought a dress from DHGate and when it came, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture they used to advertise. When messaging the seller, they had very, very slow replies (trying to drag past the dispute deadline) and false sympathy ("we'll fix this problem, my friend."). Although I had come to an agreement with the seller, they suddenly stopped replying to ALL messages; when I asked customer service what to do, they told me to keep trying to message them and to NOT file a dispute if the problem was resolved. End Conclusion? Customer service basically told me to do nothing while the dispute deadline passed, and now I paid $60 for a dress I could've gotten my 7Y/O niece to create.

SCAM DO NOT BUY

These people are scam artists. They use photos from other legit dresses and pretend its their work. They also write fake reviews from themselves. They did it to me. I received a dress and it was terrible. Measurements were all wrong, fabric was not as described, it was awful. When I asked to return it for a refund they said ok (in broken English) and then never refunded my money, ever. It has been the biggest hassle. Do not waste your time or money- you will never see the money again even though it says "buyer protections" or full refund available.

Please respond to the seller's message and ask them to send you a message stating "I agree to give you a refund of $***". Once the seller sends you this message, please contact us back so that we can operate the refund for you.

We also found here and there was a dispute filed and the seller agreed in giving you a refund and you need to return the item, however, the dispute was released since there was no return tracking number uploaded.

Amazing prices

I mostly order jerseys and they have all been excellent and 90% cheaper I highly recommend them for $25 they are actually way better quality than the $170 replicas from nhl shop and nfl jerseys are as low as $14 and are exactly like the $300 elites from nfl shop!

I ordered a product from DHGate. My order no was *******. I order this product on March 26,2017, and no updates till April 19,2017. I have raised dispute to DHgate, and they return back my money. But returning back the money is not the solution, and i need this product. Very unprofessional sellers are listed in DHgate. DHgate almost ruined my wedding. Ordered my wedding dress on March 6 and expected it to arrive not later than April 1st. Emailed Seller three times requesting status and got ambiguous response "don't worry, my friend" and nothing else. Dress finally arrived on my porch late evening of April 17th! With my wedding scheduled for April 23 (less than a week away) my panic was off the charts. Dress's actual measurements did not match what was posted on the website (I'm size 4 and the dress was size 6). Rush alterations costed twice more than the dress, not to mention the aggravation. Would be cheaper and easier to order through David's Bridal.

Good colaboration

Every time I ordered some products through dhgate, I had no problem with the delivery. One time when the seller have not shipped the order within the days mentioned on the site, dhgate returned my money. Another time when I had a problem with the sender (I got just 10% of the products), dhgate gave me back the rest of the money in a few days. I am very satesfied with this site

Ordered 2 dresses for approx$75 each. Neither was as expected (poor quality) and one of them was completely see through and seams on both sleeves were torn. I had a problem uploading my evidence photos so was instructed to send them directly to the dh gate customer service email address which I did 3 times. No acknowledgement for a week. They are horrible and these dresses might be worth $25/each MAYBE. First and last time ordering from them.

You refused to cancel my order even though I informed you that I would not be able to receive it until after June 15. The order still has not shipped and if I do not get it within 10 days I will not be able to accept it until June 15. I offered to pay additional shipping charges to no avail. It is order #*******. I will write a 1 star Review if nothing is done about this.

Read reviews must all be fake and purchased a dress for a wedding. The dress was not the color I ordered, it had sequences all over it and the dress was sewn terribly actually defective in that you could not even walk in the dress because it was sewn wrong.
Followed the instructions to return the product on the DH Gate website and that was a joke. Right away the seller said ok keep for a discount obviously they do this all the time and it is a scam. The seller was sketchy and kept calling me dear and gave me a different address to return the product to so I was nervous I would never get my credit. Obviously they know if you buy the product you will not return it because of the cost to return it so they send you junk so they can say they send something and the buyer/customer is out the money! By the time I pay for postage to send the dress back it would be almost the cost of the dress not worth it. DH Gate claims they will help with disputes but that is not the truth. The amount of time I have spent disputing this purchase and trying to get my money back has been ridiculous. As far as I am concerned the entire website is a scam. Buyer beware - this site (DH Gate) is a fraudulent site - pray on foreigners by sending them junk!
