Pathetic can't come with a more nice word for them. Ordered yet struggled to pay. Got in touch and they wanted pictures of my card. Ok here you go... Even after 2 weeks no response. Some stupid holidays. Several Online complaints several complaint numbers several people to talk to and send bunch of info. Again and again yet no outcome. Finally orders are cancelled. Total crap!

We purchased two dresses on DHgate for a homecoming dance. They said it would be delivered well before the dance. Not only did we not receive them for the dance we received them 2 weeks later and then the seller said it was past the time to return the item. What a crock of crap. I will NEVER order from these guys again and I suggest you do your research if you do. They are very unwilling to work with you even when it is their fault. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE and order for the good old USA. Customer support sucks too. They constantly redirect you and then hang up on you.

Timberland boots

I ordered a pair of white timberlands boots. And instead of sending me the boots they sent me a ugly dark blue dress a ugly purple sweater and a ugly pink zipper cotton track jacket. Now I have to dispute the transaction with my bank because I know that they are not going to give me my money back. And I am waiting to recieve a red pair of timberland boots that I ordered as well. Lets see what they give me for those.

My first order was late by 6 days.The product sold good so I doubled my order and paid never received it. Spoke to someone and they said my order never got send out and they would resend it. Two weeks latter I called back and they said it was send out. I waited another week called them again and they said it was delivered to look at some pictures they send that I never received either so I have no idea what there talking about pics. Put in dispute and they denied it and kept my money and never send products.

Absolute $#*!E of a site

Sent wrong size

I ordered two jerseys September 25,2017. One for myself and one for my daughter. I received my jersey in about a week. However my daughters jersey didn't come until today, October 14,2107. She has waited patiently everyday for this. Finally it shows up. Only to be totally disappointed due to the fact that it is huge on her. It clearly had a M on it and is the exact same size as my jersey. I can't tell how disappointed we both are after waiting for several weeks. She doesn't want to return because she would like to give it to her sister. I have made the decision after this experience not to shop on the website anymore in fear of not receiving what I paid money for or for the disappointed look on my daughters face again.

I ordered 2 shirts 3 weeks ago, which said it would only take 2-3 days to ship. I've left several messages. They keep telling me the post office is closed for some dumb $#*! holiday. However I got another message saying I won't get it until Dec. IM PISSED!

We checked here and this order was shipped by the seller on October 5, according to the tracking site the item item arrived at the USPS facility in BURLINGAME, CA 94010 on October 16,2017 at 1:38 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

Can you tell us where did you see the 2-3 days shipping time please? We checked the items you've ordered and the processing time needed by the seller to prepare the products after your payment is confirmed is 7 business days for each and you chose Chinapostairmail as the courier which takes 8-29 days for delivery according to the item page.

The deadline for the shipment to be delivered is on 2017-12-04, however, it doesn't mean that this is the date that the parcel will be delivered. Amazing!

Professional scammers

I paid for a dress sent it directly back to seller officesupply (poor poor quality) who agreed to refund me, but what a scam never got it. After months arguing that I would not take down the review (I was going to post it again after my refund) in order to get partial refund ($40) I had to remove the review and I did. Then they were suppose to send my the balance of the refund. Unfortunately, they are scammers they told me today the seller was fired. I said you are seller that I've been dealing with you for almost 4 months. Now, they don't respond. Dhgate is no better they deactivated the online chat.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding and not only did it not fit (I specifically looked at all the measurements that were given to me) but the material used was at best sub-par! The dress does not resemble the picture at all. I have tried repeatedly to return the dress. The address that was given does not exist (per my local post office) the mediation was a joke. I have spent way too much time trying to resolve this and still have nothing to show but an extremely ugly and poorly made dress. They continue to give the run-around knowing people will eventually give up. How many times does one have to "give evidence" that the dress is a piece of crap! After you continually give evidence they claim that you cannot ask for a refund because it has been more than 7 days. 7 days? Who has a return policy like that?

I receive an incorrect order. No big deal, only $20, but there is absolutely no way to contact the company to correct the order. I tried 'online chat' and waited for 20-min, then 25-min, and gave up.

We checked here and the 15 business days is the processing time needed by the seller to prepare the item after your payment is confirmed and this is different from the shipping time. The shipping time refers to the time needed by the courier to deliver the item to your location. We found here and you chose DHL which takes 2-7 days according to the tracking site. Bought a pair of (fake) trainers that came apart at the seam, DHGate don't get involved in anything- they just tell you to contact the seller. The "live chat' page takes forever and is no help. Seller is a conman not prepared to pay for return shipping and offered a low refund. Scam artists, don't bother
