I have been a GEEK(WISH? £ shopper for past cuple years. I have bought over 100 watches from them All personal. Recently i Ordered a new 3D Dragon watch waited and waited then im TOLD that it was delivered on a certain datebut i assured them i didnt receive it. They called me a lier a theif? I even showed them that id went tothe pat office Inspectors office sent them the ref number mans name ect ( THEN they haha told me i exceeded the 30! Day RETURN POLICY) haha so i lost 30 bucks so what? Your watches come Everytime and great quality im your new loyal customer.

I ordered 5 dog coats as I thought from dhgates when they came they was cheap and nasty they was not at all like the pictures, I contacted dhgates straight away and they washed their hands off it, they told me to contact the sella they didn't give me the name or anything. I tried for 5 weeks to contact the sellar ywsaikeshi and they just ignored me. So it went to dhgates arbitration that was a big joke they said they found for the sellar and closed the dispute down. The same day the sellar messaged me and said they wouldn't give me a refund. Don't trust dhgates or ywsaikeshi go some where else they are not to be trusted

First off, I live in the US, and usually if i happen to order over seas the shipping time would run any where from 3months to the longest waited 6 months. I know, ridiculous right. So I applaud DhGate, on shipping alone, fastest I've ever received an over seas shipment, 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks. Secondly, I got glass filltips, they were blank but different colors made by cypress hill, roor glass. I got 10 for a decent price 8$ and some change. The glass is of great quality, thick glass, harder to break if you drop. I give 5 stars for the quality of glass (the tip) and for the quick delivery. As well as my money was not released to them untill I received my product, definitely a plus, makes you feel more comfortable to order through them. I'd definitely recommend your site to others.

Shipping took longer than website said it would. Seller blamed the shipping company but seemed to be a issue on sellers end.
I am satisfied with my order as the item I ordered is of very good quality. There was a very slow delivery time. It took twenty-three days to arrive. I would have given 5 stars if the delivery was faster.
