Don't trust this site.

I ordered several items from one company. The tracking info is wrong. I have made several (dozen) attemptes to reach the seller with no return emails from them. I asked for a replacement or refund using DHgate customer service, no help at all. I'm still waiting for the order or a replacement. Not holding my breath.

If the problem is not resolved through direct communication between you and seller, or if you don't get a response from the seller, you may request for DHgate Mediation after 5 days that you have clicked on "Return & Refund" link and then we will assign a person from Resolution Center to take care of your case.

This is an amazing discount goods website, they have amazing prices and selection, there are many different variety of products, and many of them offer true consumer satisfaction, although i would pay close attention to the shipping times and make sure the sellers do not rip you off on shipping and ship orders late, however the order I am reviewing right now was not late, this seller was ontime but some sellers are lazy and slow on shipping. I am having an issue with a seller on late shipping didnt get a gift for christmas. But I feel Dhgate will make it right. ONLY BUY FROM SELLERS WITH HIGH RATINGS

NO Returns...

NO returns, they talk a good game, but you must pay return shipping and settle for whatever the merchant decides. The merchant pays DHgate, not you. You are just the money. I fought for over 3 months, they were always nice, always on the verge of helping, but then. Shocked. The request aged out of the system and they can do nothing. So sorry. Offered a small credit for the $80.00 I got ripped off for. Not paying more to get less.
The vendor is "sunsky2013", but DHgate did nothing but promise to help until it was to late..

You have no protection, buyer beware. I bought 2 android boxes that will not boot, no refund, no new boxes. They want me to pay to send back the boxes to China. ALL I WANT IS WHAT I PAID FOR.

Do order anything you don't plan on keeping. It is very hard to send it back to sell. The seller is in China, therefore the cost of shipping it back is more than the item. Not to mention the seller want you to lie to the postmaster.

My first seven separate purchases on this site were all rip offs. I got refunded on 6 out of 7 (the resolution agent on the 7th screwed up communication with me and closed the case before actually resolving it). But you'd think that a refund would mean that I got my money back. Not at all. It's funny that in all my interactions with DHGate agents (at least 8 so far), every time they use the same 2 strategies.
A) Re-direction: they always tell me they are forwarding me to another department but then I never hear from that department or they send me on a wild goose chase to get more information when they have all the information they need in front of them. Getting the information leads to no further results.
B) Dismissal: there is nothing I can do since the case is closed; there is nothing I can do since it is Chinese Spring Festival (which ended over a week previous); they sent me a failed wire transfer for all my refunds. Three weeks later I haven't seen the transfer or my money returned to my DHGate account. I've asked them to look into it a week and a half ago. They continue to ask me to be patient. I've been waiting for several months to hear from their Seller Team on an appeal of that 7th refund. That seller team has done nothing to further that appeal. They continue to ask me to be patient on that case too. For these scam artists, patience equals dismissal.
Note: I see Sam weighed in from After Sales. He was one of the 8 schmucks I've already dealt with. You can see he is still redirecting and dismissing. He knows that I can't go to Canada Post because they just send me back to the seller. He knows this because I told him. He knows the seller has not responded to the several messages I left. He knows because I told him. And here's a question, if there's nothing the AfterSales team can do, why did he promise me that they would follow up with me. I'm still waiting months later. Why didn't they at least try to find out why there was a delivered status being reported. It's because they don't care about the customer being scammed, so long as the seller continues to sell. You can do better on Ebay.

If you haven't received this, it is advised that you contact Canada Post and give them your tracking number LM676839312CN so that they can find it for you.

We also checked this order and it was already closed. To set proper expectations, this issue is no longer within the scopes of our After-sale Service.

In order for your order to be refunded, you can contact your seller and if they agree on a refund, please ask them to leave a message for you saying "I agree in giving you a refund of $****." Once done, you can then send us a screenshot of the agreement you had so we can facilitate your refund. This is another way to have a refund without a dispute.

Moving forward, if you do not receive an item on time, we would encourage you to contact us right away so that we can be able to assist you further in getting a refund or reshipment of the item.

Ordered a pair of "Asics" tennis shoes; they arrived without a box; wrapped in cellophane and boxing tape (sketch much?!) The size was not even close to what I have always worn in this brand. I called customer service and can't reach anyone (shocking). I then called Asics and they informed me that these are NOT authentic Asics and that they are trying to sue DHgate for selling fakes! NEVER AGAIN! DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE

I bought 2 dresses none of them fit. One dress cost $130 and the other is $92. I contacted the sellers here is the response I got from one the seller Before I gave you this dress, I sent a message and you checked your size.
But you didn't say anything wrong with your size.
It's not our responsibility this seller goes by the name (Sweet- life). My size was accurate base on they website descriptions. How ever when you get the item the description of size and almost everything is way off. Stay away from buying stuff at this website. Last but not least this is the other seller respond Dear, the dress is cheap, shipping cost is very expensive. We advice you sell it to your friends or local shops.It can save your money. None of them was trying to help in getting my refund or exchange my item. This sell go by the name ( my girlbride aka Luna..

ZERO stars!
Too many listings do not have items available and they want to substitute items. Listing stated made to order. I placed an order and seller said they don't have the size I wanted. I cancel order and they ship me a different size anyway. Now I have to pay to ship back. Terrible site.

I have bought Fidget spinner from the sight which never arrived. DHL lost the shipment I got the email from them stating that I send that to seller and DH gates but they never send my shipment again or refund the money. Lost all my money.
