2) Click "Completed.
3) Find the order number.
4) Click "Open an After Sale Dispute".
5) Choose the Correct Reason for dispute, refund amount, upload evidences, add description then click SUBMIT.

Ive made around 20 purchases in the site, Im still waiting for some but I received 5 so far and had a great experience with all of them but one. The shoes were completely damaged and its hard to wear something that looks that terrible so I opened a dispute to get a full return or another pair of shoes, because they really are unwearable. The customer service gave me two options, return the damaged product to China and pay shipping myself but the seller would supposedly pay me back the shipping when he received the product and Id get my money back, but that IF they receive the product. The same customer service told me We dont recommend return and refund so how am I supposed to trust that Im getting my money back if they dont even trust that I will? Its useless. The other option they gave me, the shoes cost me $27 and theyd give me a partial refund if I kept the shoes, only $12 and honestly I cant wear the shoes so I basically would lose the $15. Im disappointed in the refund policy, I love shopping in the page but whenever a customer has a situation it should be easier to solve the problem, not risk even more money to get a refund. Im not even asking for my money back, I just want another pair so I can wear the shoes I paid for!

A lot of nice stuff at reasonable prices. My reaction is favorable except for clothes with a S M L XL XXL scale which appear to use an kids scale (or asian scale) and are three sizes too small. A few items have not been received in over a month so you do take chances. Shoes are the exception to the sizing issue as they have specific sizes. Most products come in original boxes with tags. I've bought a number of items and only one was bad. Love what I bought except for clothes.
Item was NOT as described! At all. Rate receive is 0. Was a horrible fit. Would like a refund. Dress did not look at describe. Was definitely a scam and no one should buy this for a wedding dress.

I was really happy when I ordered 4 knives through this site because I thought I was getting a tremendous bargain---But when I attempted to sell them I found them to be fraud.
The Zero Tolerance knife that I have is NOT a Z. T. and when I told the seller I was treated like this was a joke After checking the other knives (their pictures) I see that they too do NOT match the brand that the seller claims they are---TOTAL FRAUD
