I have been debating a refund with the seller for months and they keep changing what they say, Boss will send check today, give address. Never received. Boss will send today give Credit Card... did not receive. Now saying did not receive the product back. They owe me 119.89, not to mention the time spent to get my money back. Now DHGate wants me to go through arbitration... it has been a nightmare for me. I will never see my money I am very sure. And will never order from either company again. I will stick with Amazon.
