I looked at the catalog of the site for a long time and I really liked Louis Vuitton's bag! I ordered the bag on January 20 and it came to me on February 7 (it's very fast)! That it's also possible to track your parcel! The quality of the parcel is very good! I want and admire!, very kind support and sellers!
Ordered and paid for 2 items - only one arrived - customer service sends you to a 'dispute' area, where you must have taken a movie while you opened the package and found some missing, or send a photo of the package on a scale.
All this for a $18.00 item. Their system is designed as a ripoff.
All I want is the product I paid for - not refund.

I am very dissatisfied with the seller and his negotiations. I received a swim wear product with no lining, unfinished stitching and a stain on it. He has gone back and forth with me instead of just refunding my money. Lastly, he says he will refund the money but I must ship it back and provide a tracking number. He says he will pay shipping but I need to ship it first. I am unwilling to spend $65 for shipping of an item that only cost $18. He is now, not responding. He is a scam and I'll never order anything from this site and will advise all that I know to not order from this site because of the failure of the seller to just refund the money for an inadequate product that he sold. Shipping the material back is not worth it.

I ordered and paid for a wallet, which was supposed to be shipped on December 22 and arrive approximately on January 6th. I still have no sign of my order and no word of communication from DHgate or the seller and it is now February 8. I have attempted to make contact with the seller through the site's LiveChat, yet no response. Every time I try to log in to DHgate, the site does not accept either my email or my password and I have to keep updating it. Furthermore, there is no phone contact, which seems to me the ideal set up to block any contact with customers. It feels like this site is simple a front, and there is nothing real behind it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never write reviews but this is the worse customer service I have ever received. First the wedding dress I ordered from merchant 'Ourfreedom' was NOTHING like the dress I was ordering. It took several weeks and a lot of work and time to finally get a refund. Dhgate told me that they would refund me the shipping fee. Fast forward to 3 months later and about 6 live chats. I am told that I will finally get my refund. But then I get an email saying that I received a CREDIT in my Dhgate account to put towards another purchase. THAT IS NOT A REFUND. Now on my 7th chat I am pretty pissed off and I'm not someone who loses their cool very often. The representative keeps telling me that's how they refund money and that I should use it towards another purchase. He/She named 'Sid' refused to put me through to a manager or supervisor saying that managers don't do live chats and that he/she had no idea when a supervisor might be available. Are you kidding me? Then I push and ask what other options there may be for me to get my money back. I am told that I can withdraw my money from the Dhgate account but will be charged $25! This company lies to their customers. It is unbelievable. I wish I had read reviews before embarking on this 6 month torture. I hope this helps someone save their time and money. Ordered a vest in Small, received Medium, I've been dealing with them for over a month since, simply trying to get a return. They offered to refund me $20, lol, I don't want $20, I want the correct size.
So, instead of waiting I ordered the correct size while dealing with this dispute. A few days after it was supposed to ship I received notice that the order was cancelled. I attempted to reach someone to find out why but reaching anyone through this site is about the same chance as talking to your dead grandmother. DH simply says "deal with the seller", ok, so how do I reach them? Just through this crappy back and forth e-mail box that they provide, you cant actually talk to anyone.
At this point I have an incorrect order received, an order cancelled by someone other than me, and a third order that they are holding in attempt to get me to agree to $20 for the first order that they messed up, which has no chance of getting here on time. First of all, don't buy from this site! They have others making dresses for them and the one I received looked nothing like the photo. When I tried to return a $160 dress, they told me I needed a tracking number to return it to China. The USPS post office said that it would be $126 to return with a tracking number and $33 without. The seller (third party) said they would not accept a return without a tracking. I spent an hour on the chat line with a DHgate rep and she could do nothing to help me. This company does not back those making clothes for them so don't waste your money! Do yourself a favor here folks - bad site to buy anything.

SCAM ALERT! THERE IS A REASON YOUR NORTH AMERICAN CREDIT CARD WONT PROCESS TRANSACTIONS ON DHGATE.com!
I returned a garment that was both very expensive and very poor quality. The cost of shipping to China from North America was over $100, just over half the price of the garment. I contacted the seller, who was to pay for the return shipping, as well as DHgate to confirm that I should indeed return the item when the shipping costs were so unreasonable and the wholesale cost of the garment was probably only $5 or $6 dollars (retail $180). The seller offered me a crappy sweater in exchange for not returning the item -- but since I did not need 2 unwearable items, I declined.
DHgate promised that I would be reimbursed the shipping costs since I had an agreement with the seller, and the item was poor quality (not as described). It's been 2 months and I have not received my money. Every time I complain to customer service DHgate IGNORES ME, or gives me the RUNAROUND. They asked me to email a picture of the shipping label and receipt, which I have emailed no less than 5 times. They do not intend to reimburse me for shipping. I have been given the runaround.
I complained to my friends on Facebook -- and found out that AT LEAST 15 OF MY FRIENDS WERE SCAMMED BY DHGATE.
It seems DHgate provides a false sense of security and customer service to gain business.
This dress is nothing what was in the picture that I ordered it looks like something that my mom made one of my Barbies when I was 5 years old it wasn't even the same material it was almost like a silky satin material gross I ask for my money back a return label sent to my address and they told me no I will never order from this company again I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and my attorney I have 36 days until I get married and this is just so unfair to a bride-to-be I don't recommend them

Interestingly since I wrote my 1 star review, DHgate have been in touch, really apologetic and asking me for proof of my payments. This was easy for me to answer as I simply re-sent them the information I had sent them in November 17, when my money first went missing. It did no good then, I'm not holding my breath now. So far in the past 5 days I've sent them 6 emails, this is in addition to the 34 I've sent them to date. Only another 100 messages to go to make it 1 email for every £1 I've lost!

I transferred £140 to the DHgate Hong Kong bank account in November 2017 and waited for it to be then credited into my DHGate account. Nothing appeared and despite contact DHGate Customer service several times, I got no help whatsoever. After several weeks of trying I decided to cancel and so asked my bank to recall the money (which had still not appeared anywhere). At the moment, my bank tells me that the DHgate bank is being very uncooperative and denying any transfer took place, despite being given all the relevant references.
I'm slowly beginning to accept that I won't see my money again, with absolutely nothing to show for it. Anyone who thinks about sending DHgate money, should do so with the knowledge that it may be the last they see of it.
I continue to order from this website as I am satisfied with the quality and service that DHgate and the sellers provide. I mostly ordered jerseys and they have always turned out great as to the seller descriptions. I have recently started to order other products from other sellers and I will continue to do so!
