They cancelled an order of mine succesfully within 3 hours of placing it - AND NOW REFUSE TO REFUND. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. AND DHGATE REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY.

THE SELLER TOOK MY MONEY AND DHGATE WON'T RESPOND

I CONTACTED A SELLER (SPORTS_STORM) WHEN I WANTED TO MAKE AND ORDER AND EXPLAINED IN FULL DETAIL WHAT I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE. I ORDERED THE ITEM AND CONTACTED THE SELLER AGAIN TO MAKE SURE OF THE ITEM I WAS BEING SENT. THEY SAID THEY SENT ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR THAT I COULD NOT USE. I MESSAGED THEM MANY MANY TIMES BEFORE DURING AND EVEN AFTER THE ORDER TO MAKE SURE OF THE PURCHASE BECAUSE IT IS A GIFT. I CONTACTED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT THIS DISASTER AND THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO CONTACT THEIR SUPPLIER ABOUT A REFUND. THE FINAL MESSAGE TOLD ME THE STORE WAS CLOSED AND I WAS GIVEN NO CONTACT INFORMATION AFTER THAT. I TRIED TO SEND MESSAGES ABOUT A REFUND AND DISPUTE WHEN EVERYTIME I TRIED TO ENTER MY INFORMATION THE SUBMIT BUTTON WAS INACTIVE. I TRIED ON MY PHONE, TABLET, LAPTOP AND DESKTOP AND STILL NO SUBMISSION WAS ALLOWED. I FINALLY SENT A MESSAGE TO DHGATE AND THAT WAS SEPTEMBER 2 2016 AND IT SAID THERE WOULD BE A RESPONSE WITHIN 24 HOURS. NOTHING! I AM OUT OF $183.95 AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING ME ABOUT IT. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DHGATE AGAIN AND WHOEVER READS THIS I URGE YOU TO REFRAIN FROM DOING SO YOURSELF!

I don't know where to start. I have been battling this company for over 2 months now. Sense then they have changed their refund rules ans selling off their imitation name brand stuff. I even had the sellers tell me for a fact that they sell "high quality Name Brand Imitation Stuff". She said you should know, it's marked in red. Before I discovered it was imitation I had already spent $2700. 00+ with them! Call you US ATTORNEY GENERALS office to file a complaint + US CUSTOMS to let them know what they are shipping to the United States. I think I'm going to get a lawyer to recover all my hardships that they put me through. Keep files. Don't delete nothing from DHGATE. Go back and print out all the information, letters to you and everything to start building your file. Print out your order because things have a way of disapearing on your order page, Don't forget to print your dispute page. And lastly, call your bank. Write Kylie and others that you got so called cosmetics from. You will need a letter from the companies for the bank. My bank told me that I was not responsible for false imitation products. I have gotten all the refunds I can get from them so now I have sent my file to the bank for further investigation. Get the sellers to start talking about their imitation cosmetics. They will talk. Print it out! Piss them off, they hate bad reviews! They will beg you to change it. As you can see I have done my homework over the last 2 months. Been through he++ & back but I'm getting somewhere. First thing you do is contact customer service on the imitation products you got. You will need these letters for your bank, US CUSTOMS & US ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE! NOW GET TO WORK!

Stick to sites you know

Before you make the mistake of spending any money on this website like I did, read these reviews.

I purchased an item 3 days ago, after I purchased it I thought I had better check the reviews to make sure that it wasn't a bad site. As you can tell the reviews are horrid, out of the hundreds of reviews I read I only found ONE good one. That one good review had me hoping that I was one of the lucky ones and it wouldn't happen to me.
I know 3 days isn't much but my account has 'pending shipment' since I bought it, 3, almost 4 days ago now my item should definitely have been shipped by now.
Like many other comment say, good luck reaching the sellers, they do not respond as the website is one big scam, I have sent numerous messages to my seller with no response. I should have known when I was purchasing my item and it said that they have more then 9999+ available which seemed a bit extreme.
So word of warning guys, don't even risk buying off this site, stick to gumtree or eBay because they're sites you know you can get your money back if your scammed, this one has successfully gotten away with hundreds of fraudulent activities.
They don't give you an option to rate your sellers or see the personal sellers reviews which is another clear indication of a scam that we don't realise.
I will be starting a petition and doing what I can to have this site removed.
Too bad because I would have been an extremely valuable customer I was really excited when I found this app.
I'm sorry to everyone who wasted their time and money on this site like myself.

And DHgate don't bother replying to this with your little automated response saying that you will help because I don't want to hear anymore bull$#*! from your website.

[3] On the left hand portion of the screen you'll see "Orders".

[4] Under Orders, click on "Active Orders"

[5] It will show you a page with all the orders that are still active, look for the specific item of concern and you'll find the PO# on the left side.

I'm getting married on July 19th, 2015. I have a beautiful dress already from a local vendor and wanted a lighter dress as a second option. I looked through the DHgate website and found this beautiful wedding dress and ordered it. It got here on a very timely manner. However, when I opened the package and look at the dress i was in shock. This wedding dress had stains on the skirt and the under skits. It looked cheaply made and one hip was larger than the other hip. The shoulder straps where too long so the dress kept falling off. I emailed them of course, with my concerns and they told me that i could just send it back and get a refund. Well, reading through the reply it said that I chose to pay for my own shipping back even though I had an option for them to pay it. However if you click on them to pay for shipping, it goes right back to the purchaser ME paying for shipping? WTH? I emailed them again that I DID NOT WANT to pay for shipping and that they should. Took them days to respond with the same exact answer, they will refund money if i send back dress. OK, so I send them another email with the same exact thing. And they said the same exact thing back except they mentioned that they need a tracking number and that it would cost me around $30 to send it back. I went to UPS and they told me that because of the address of where the dress is going to in China, It would cost me over $300 dollars for a $139.00 dress to ship it back and get a tracking number. This is ridiculous. I rater burn the damn thing before I pay over $300 bucks to send it back. Now I'm stuck with it, stains and all and can't even sell it to someone)-: Thanks for nothing. This is the second time I ordered from China. One was called Rosegal and now this one. Same exact experience. SUCKS! So upset with myself for not learning from Rosegal not to order again, trusting another Chinese website AGAIN. Won't be made a third time though...
